Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying figures 1 through 5 and the detailed description, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts, unless otherwise specified. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.
The utility model provides a discovery after the people research relevant prior art's product, so the reliability of prior art's general air cock connector is poor, and easy card dies, life weak point etc. mainly because the apical axis is blocked or the card dies easily to lead to the operation not smooth or even unable operation, must lead to the user to increase the operating force degree or carry out unconventional operation when this kind of condition appears, and then accelerated the damage of product. Further research has found that the further reason for this problem is that the hardness of the steel balls and the mandrel used for clamping the mandrel in the prior art is high, while the hardness of the shell is relatively low and the wall thickness is thin, and in the case of a small contact surface, the shell is easily scratched or deformed to be clamped, and finally the clamping or deadlocking condition occurs. From this, utility model people has conceived the improvement scheme that the card of the area of contact of multiplicable casing held the apical axis to solve the above-mentioned problem that prior art exists.

Through the size fit relation between the lining 55 and the adjacent components, the second restoring component 8 can be limited in a specific space, and the conditions of dislocation and the like in the process of converting the working state are avoided, so that the product can work more stably and reliably. In addition, the upper end surface of the lining 55 is an interference inclined surface 555 for jacking the roller pins 9, and the interference inclined surface 555 is high inside and low outside. This way the resetting of the needle 9 is facilitated, with respect to the case where the tip is plane.
As shown in fig. 1, 2A, and 2B, the top shaft 4 includes a top shaft upper section 41 and a top shaft lower section 42, the diameter of the top shaft upper section 41 is greater than that of the top shaft lower section 42, and the top shaft upper section 41 and the top shaft lower section 42 are in transition through a cone. The plunger 3 is provided with a top shaft accommodating cavity 31 with a downward opening along the axial direction, the top shaft accommodating cavity 31 at least can accommodate the top shaft upper section 41, and the inner diameter of the lining 55 corresponds to the inner diameter of the top shaft accommodating cavity 31. The first reset component 7 is located in the top shaft accommodating cavity 31, and two ends of the first reset component respectively abut against the bottom of the top shaft accommodating cavity 31 and the upper end surface of the top shaft 4. Therefore, the upper section 41 of the top shaft can be guided and limited, deviation in up-and-down movement is avoided, and stability and reliability of a product are improved.
