s1: placing an ampoule bottle into the automatic ampoule medicine feeding assembly (8) with the rotary spiral structure;

s5: the feeding ampoule bottle clamping assembly (14) conveys and operates the ampoule bottles to the intelligent clamping and pulling ampoule bottle mechanism (5) through the conveying synchronous belt (12), and the ampoule bottles are sterilized and clamped and pulled bottle caps;
s6: the bottle caps are poured into a garbage recycling bin through the first bottle cap breaking guide plate (71);
s7: the multi-shaft linkage intelligent liquid medicine pumping and injecting manipulator (9) sucks liquid medicine;
s8: the feeding clamp ampoule bottle assembly (14) conveys and operates ampoule bottles to the position of the bottle pushing clamp assembly (6) through the conveying synchronous belt (12), and the waste ampoule bottles are pushed out of the feeding clamp ampoule bottle assembly (14);
s9: the waste ampoule bottles are guided into the garbage recycling bin through the second bottle-breaking-off guide plate (72).

Claims (9)
1. An annular automatic ampoule bottle conveying device is characterized by comprising an ampoule bottle belt feeding assembly and a bottle ejecting assembly;
the ampoule bottle belt feeding assembly comprises a servo speed reducer assembly, a conveying synchronous belt and a synchronous wheel, and the servo speed reducer assembly drives the conveying synchronous belt and the synchronous wheel to realize annular conveying;
the ampoule bottle belt feeding assembly comprises a feeding clamp ampoule bottle assembly and an ampoule bottle opening and clamping assembly, the ampoule bottle opening and clamping assembly is matched with the feeding clamp ampoule bottle assembly to open a clamping arm, and the feeding clamp ampoule bottle assembly is used for feeding an ampoule bottle into the ampoule bottle belt feeding assembly;
the top bottle assembly comprises a screw rod motor and a top bottle rod, the screw rod motor is arranged below the top bottle rod, the screw rod motor drives the top bottle rod to lift and descend, and the top bottle rod is used for jacking the ampoule bottle to a set station.
2. The annular automatic ampoule conveying device of claim 1, comprising an ampoule conveying assembly seat plate, wherein the ampoule belt feeding assembly is arranged on the ampoule conveying assembly seat plate.

The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the servo reducer assembly is disposed at the bottom of the ampoule conveying assembly seat plate, a conveying driving wheel shaft of the servo reducer assembly passes through the ampoule conveying assembly seat plate to connect with the synchronizing wheel, and the servo reducer assembly drives the conveying driving wheel shaft to rotate the synchronizing wheel, so as to drive the conveying synchronous belt to perform circular horizontal reciprocating rotation.
4. The apparatus for automatically feeding ampoules according to claim 1, wherein the feeding clamp assembly is connected to the feeding timing belt by a pulley.
5. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the top bottle assembly is disposed in the ampoule transport seat plate, the lead screw motor is disposed at the bottom of the ampoule transport seat plate, and the top bottle rod passes through the ampoule transport seat plate from bottom to top.

The annular automatic ampoule conveying device according to claim 2, comprising an intelligent ampoule cutting assembly, wherein the intelligent ampoule cutting assembly is arranged at one end of the ampoule belt feeding assembly, and after the ampoule is adjusted to a set station by the ampoule ejecting assembly, the ampoule is conveyed to the intelligent ampoule cutting assembly to perform an ampoule cutting process.

The annular automatic ampoule conveying device according to claim 6, comprising an intelligent clamping ampoule mechanism, wherein the intelligent clamping ampoule mechanism is arranged at one end of the ampoule belt feeding assembly, and after the ampoule is cut by the intelligent ampoule cutting assembly, the ampoule is conveyed to the intelligent clamping ampoule mechanism for ampoule disinfection and clamping.

The annular automatic ampoule conveying device according to claim 8, comprising a first ampoule-severing guide plate disposed on a side of the ampoule conveying assembly seat plate close to the intelligent ampoule-clamping mechanism, the first ampoule-severing guide plate guiding the clamped ampoule caps into a garbage collection box, and a second ampoule-severing guide plate disposed on a side of the ampoule conveying assembly seat plate close to the ampoule-pushing mechanism, the second ampoule-severing guide plate guiding the discarded ampoules into the garbage collection box.
