本实用新型涉及一种汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统,包括:液化燃料罐(110);蒸发气体压缩器(120),与所述液化燃料罐(110)连接,对所述液化燃料罐(110)内的蒸发气体(BOG)进行压缩并供应到船舶内的辅助引擎方向;热交换器(130),与所述液化燃料罐(110)连接,将通过配备于所述液化燃料罐(110)内部的罐内泵(110a)供应的液化燃料与通过一侧供应的蒸发气体(BOG)彼此进行热交换,从而对所供应的蒸发气体内的冷却热进行回收;增压泵(140),对通过所述热交换器(130)排出的液化燃料进行加压并供应到船舶内的主引擎方向;以及,整合型热交换器(150),配备于所述增压泵(140)与主引擎之间。

Description

汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统,具体来讲涉及一种可以利用多个热交换器对在液化燃料中产生的蒸发气体(BOG)进行再液化并效地进行再利用,尤其是可以通过将热交换器与用于对供应到主引擎中的液化燃料进行加温的汽化器整合成一体而更加紧凑地实现蒸发气体再液化设备的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统。
背景技术
通常来讲,因为液化天然气(LNG)与传统的化石燃料相比可以减少如SOx、NOx以及二氧化碳等有害物质以及温室气体,因此成为了新兴的清洁燃料,不仅仅在陆地,在海洋即造船以及船舶领域也逐渐受到了非常广泛的应用。
液化天然气即LNG通常来讲在常压以及-162℃左右以液态状态存在,因此在储藏到配备有隔热系统的储藏罐之后供应到各个需求点。作为参考,船舶上的主要的需求点包括如锅炉、发电机引擎、抵押(例如,Wartsila公司的X-DF引擎)以及高压(例如,MANsolution公司的MEGI引擎等)引擎等,以5至300巴的范围供应到如上所述的需求处,各个国家在陆地上连接到主要需求点的天然气的主供应管网的压力各有不同,但通常是在70至120bar的范围之内。
对于储藏到储藏罐内部的液化天然气(LNG),虽然通过使用隔热材料而对热量的流入进行抑制,但是因为大气温度与罐内部之间的温度差异,会不可避免地发生热量的流入,最近伴随着隔热技术的发展,在船舶上使用的薄膜式储藏罐的设计水准可以达到每天只有所储藏的液化天然气(LNG)中的0.15vol%左右发生蒸发。所蒸发的蒸发气体会被蒸发气体(BOG)压缩器进行压缩,而储藏到储藏罐中的液化天然气(LNG)将在通过低压泵以及高压泵升压至主供应管网的供应压力之后汽化并送出。
蒸发气体再液化装置所采用的是通过低压泵进行第一次升压之后的液化天然气(LNG)在相应压力下的温度上升微乎其微并借此维持其过冷状态的特性。即,是通过使得经过第一次升压的液化天然气(LNG)与经过加压的蒸发气体(BOG)彼此直接接触,利用经过升压的压力下的液化天然气(LNG)的过冷(Sub-cooled)的显热(Sensible heat)对蒸发气体(BOG)进行冷却/液化的装置。在如上所述的过程中,一定量的蒸发气体(BOG)将被液化,并在通过高压泵进行第二次升压之后作为燃料供应到主引擎或被回收到液化天然气(LNG)储藏罐中。
通常来讲,通过热交换器排出的液化燃料在通过称之为汽化器(vaporizer)的气化装置转换成主引擎所需要的形态之后进行供应。此时,因为需要在热交换器的后端配备单独的汽化器,因此蒸发气体再液化设备的规模也会随之增加,但是考虑到船舶内用于配置蒸发气体再液化设备的空间比较受限的问题,需要对当前的整体设备规模进行紧凑化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决如上所述的现有问题,其目的在于提供一种可以利用多个热交换器对在液化燃料中产生的蒸发气体(BOG)进行再液化并效地进行再利用,尤其是可以通过将热交换器与用于对供应到主引擎中的液化燃料进行加温的汽化器整合成一体而更加紧凑地实现蒸发气体再液化设备的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统。
适用本实用新型之一实施例的蒸发器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统100,其特征在于,包括:液化燃料罐110;蒸发气体压缩器120,与所述液化燃料罐110连接,对所述液化燃料罐110内的蒸发气体(BOG)进行压缩并供应到船舶内的辅助引擎方向;热交换器130,与所述液化燃料罐110连接,将通过配备于所述液化燃料罐110内部的罐内泵110a供应的液化燃料与通过一侧供应的蒸发气体(BOG)彼此进行热交换,从而对所供应的蒸发气体内的冷却热进行回收;增压泵140,对通过所述热交换器130排出的液化燃料进行加压并供应到船舶内的主引擎方向;以及,整合型热交换器150,配备于所述增压泵140与主引擎之间,将通过所述增压泵140供应的液化燃料与通过所述蒸发气体压缩器120供应的蒸发气体彼此进行热交换,从而在对所供应的蒸发气体内的冷却热进行回收的同时对通过所述增压泵140供应的液化燃料进行加温汽化。
在一实施例中,其特征在于:所述整合型热交换器150,包括:供应管路151,贯通所述整合型热交换器150;以及,乙二醇水供应部,用于供应通过所述供应管路151的加温冷媒即乙二醇水。
在一实施例中,其特征在于:所述乙二醇水供应部,包括:乙二醇水加热装置,通过对所回收的乙二醇水进行再加热而使其维持预先设定的加温温度。
在本实用新型的一方面,可以利用多个热交换器对在液化燃料中产生的蒸发气体(BOG)进行再液化并效地进行再利用,尤其是可以通过将热交换器与用于对供应到主引擎中的液化燃料进行加温的汽化器整合成一体而更加紧凑地实现蒸发气体再液化设备。
此外,在本实用新型的一方面,即使是在利用自然产生的蒸发气体的中小型液化燃料推进船舶上也可以在不受到航行条件限制的情况下有效地对蒸发气体进行再液化并作为燃料进行再利用,并借此节省船舶的航行成本以及燃料加注成本。

具体实施方式
接下来,将为了帮助理解本实用新型而对较佳的实施例进行说明。但是,下述实施例只是为了更加轻易地理解本实用新型而提供,本实用新型的内容并不因为实施例而受到限定。
图1是对适用本实用新型之一实施例的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统100的构成进行图示的示意图。
参阅图1,适用本实用新型之一实施例的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统100大体上可以包括液化燃料罐110、蒸发气体压缩器120、热交换器130、增压泵140以及整合型热交换器150。
首先,液化燃料罐110是指用于对船舶的推进动力源即主引擎以及辅助引擎所需要的液化燃料进行储藏的储藏空间。此时,液化燃料可以解释为包括如液化天然气(LNG)以及液化氢气等在内的所有液化状态燃料的含义。
在液化燃料罐110内储藏有液化燃料,此时在液化燃料罐110的内侧下部配备有用于将液化燃料加压供应到热交换器130方向的罐内泵(In tank pump)110a。借此,通过罐内泵110a抽出的液化燃料可以通过与热交换器130连接的连接管路供应到热交换器130方向,并在通过热交换器130与蒸发气体(BOG)进行热交换之后向整合型热交换器150排出。此外,罐内泵110a的加压力可以适用5bar至20bar。
液化燃料罐110内的液化燃料将在液化燃料罐110内汽化成蒸发气体的形态并借此提升液化燃料罐110内的压力。借此,本实用新型可以将如上所述的蒸发气体供应到蒸发气体压缩器120方向。
蒸发气体压缩器120通过连接管路与液化燃料罐110连接,起到对压缩燃料罐110内部的蒸发气体进行压缩并供应到辅助引擎方向的作用。蒸发气体压缩器120的加压力通常适用5bar至10bar。在如上所述的蒸发气体压缩器120的一实施例中可以适用中间冷却器(inter cooler)。
在一实施例中,可以在蒸发气体压缩器120的后端追加配备冷却器(未图示)。冷却器起到通过对利用蒸发气体压缩器120进行加压的蒸发气体进行冷却而调节至辅助引擎所需要的燃料温度的作用。此时,作为冷却器可以适用水冷式冷却器或风冷式冷却器中的某一个以上。
热交换器130起到对通过罐内泵110a供应的液化燃料与通过蒸发气体压缩器120供应的蒸发气体进行热交换,从而将蒸发气体所具有的冷却热回收到液化燃料方向的作用。此时,在通过热交换器130排出到液化燃料罐110的连接管路中可以适用减压阀,还可以追加适用气液分离器(未图示)。
作为加压阀可以适用利用焦耳-汤姆森效应的焦耳-汤姆森(Joule-Thomson)阀,借此可以将通过第一热交换器130进行冷却的蒸发气体减压到1至10bar的压力,从而实现压力的骤减,而在如上所述的情况下温度也会随之下降,从而使得蒸发气体发生液化并储藏到液化燃料罐110中。此外,在实施例中作为减压阀也可以适用膨胀器。此时,在一实施例中根据减压阀的特性,并不是对所有的蒸发气体进行再液化,而是对一部分进行再液化,从而达到气体状态的蒸发气体与液体状态的燃料混合存在的状态。借此,可以通过在减压阀的后端安装气液分离器而将通过减压部分液化的蒸发气体分离成气体以及液体,并通过形成与各个状态对应的分支管路而仅将液体形态的燃料回收到液化燃料罐110。
增压泵140起到在通过与热交换器130连接的连接管路接收液化燃料的供应之后对液化燃料进行加压并供应到整合型热交换器150方向的作用,此时增压泵140的加压力可以是5bar至600bar。通过增压泵140进行加压之后排出的液化燃料将通过整合型热交换器150。
整合型热交换器150配备于增压泵140与船舶的主引擎之间,起到对通过增压泵140供应的液化燃料与通过蒸发气体压缩器120供应的蒸发气体彼此进行热交换并借此对蒸发气体内的冷却热进行回收的作用,同时还起到对通过增压泵140供应的液化燃料进行加温汽化的作用。
如上所述的整合型热交换器150,包括:供应管路151,从一侧向另一侧贯通整合型热交换器150;以及,乙二醇水供应部(未图示),用于供应通过供应管路151流动的加温冷媒即乙二醇水。此时,因为乙二醇水相当于50℃左右的温度,因此可以对通过增压泵140供应的液化燃料进行汽化。
此外,乙二醇水供应部,可以包括:乙二醇水加热装置(未图示),通过对所回收的乙二醇水进行再加热而使其维持预先设定的加温温度(例如,50℃左右)。
乙二醇水加热装置可以包括温度传感器(未图示),通过始终利用温度传感器对通过供应管路151的乙二醇水的温度进行感测,在下降到预先设定的温度以下时利用乙二醇水加热装置进行加热。
在一实施例中,在将蒸发气体供应到辅助引擎方向的情况下,可以在辅助引擎前端配备微调加热器(Trim heater),从而通过微调加热器加温至辅助引擎所需要的燃料温度。其中,辅助引擎可以是指用于驱动发电引擎(Generator Engine)或锅炉(Boiler)的引擎等。
此外,在一实施例中可以配备通过与整合型热交换器150的供应管路151一起配置而贯通整合型热交换器150的附加供应管路(未图示),此时可以通过附加供应管路供应利用上述说明的微调加热器进行加热的蒸发气体。在如上所述的情况下,可以追加通过利用微调加热器加热的蒸发气体所具有的热量对通过供应管路151供应的乙二醇水进行加热。
此外,在一实施例中,本实用新型可以不将通过热交换器130进行冷却的蒸发气体经由减压阀供应到液化燃料罐110,而是直接将其重新供应到增压泵140。
图2是对适用另一实施例的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统100的构成进行图示的示意图。
参阅图2,在适用本实用新型的另一实施例中,通过热交换器130得到冷却的蒸发气体可以直接与增压泵140连接并供应到增压泵140的连接管路,从而与液化燃料混合并供应到增压泵140方向。
此外,在另一实施例中,本实用新型可以适用混合器替代热交换器130。
图3是对适用又一实施例的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统100的构成进行图示的示意图。
参阅图3,在其他构成全部相同的状态下,可以将热交换器130变更为混合器130’。
混合器130’可以对从液化燃料罐110供应的液化燃料与通过整合型热交换器150供应的经过冷却的蒸发气体进行混合并供应到增压泵140方向。
在上述内容中参阅本实用新型的较佳实施例进行了说明,但是相关技术领域的熟练的从业人员应该可以理解,可以在不脱离所附的权利要求书中所记载的本实用新型的思想以及领域的范围内对本实用新型进行各种修改以及变更。

Claims (3)

1.一种汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统,其特征在于,包括:
液化燃料罐(110);
蒸发气体压缩器(120),与所述液化燃料罐(110)连接,对所述液化燃料罐(110)内的蒸发气体(BOG)进行压缩并供应到船舶内的辅助引擎方向;
热交换器(130),与所述液化燃料罐(110)连接,将通过配备于所述液化燃料罐(110)内部的罐内泵(110a)供应的液化燃料与通过一侧供应的蒸发气体(BOG)彼此进行热交换,从而对所供应的蒸发气体内的冷却热进行回收;
增压泵(140),对通过所述热交换器(130)排出的液化燃料进行加压并供应到船舶内的主引擎方向;以及,
整合型热交换器(150),配备于所述增压泵(140)与主引擎之间,将通过所述增压泵(140)供应的液化燃料与通过所述蒸发气体压缩器(120)供应的蒸发气体彼此进行热交换,从而在对所供应的蒸发气体内的冷却热进行回收的同时对通过所述增压泵(140)供应的液化燃料进行加温汽化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统,其特征在于:
所述整合型热交换器(150),包括:
供应管路(151),贯通所述整合型热交换器(150);以及,
乙二醇水供应部,用于供应通过所述供应管路(151)的加温冷媒即乙二醇水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽化器以及热交换器整合型蒸发气体再液化系统,其特征在于:
所述乙二醇水供应部,包括:
乙二醇水加热装置,通过对所回收的乙二醇水进行再加热而使其维持预先设定的加温温度。
