With the above installation, the cockpit door 110 is disposed outside the first cargo door 230. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the cockpit door 110 may be disposed inside the first cargo box door 230. Specifically, the first openings 11a and 21a may be opened inward to mount the cockpit door upper pulley 112 and the cockpit door lower pulley 113 of the cockpit door 110 disposed inside. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo door 230 shown in fig. 8 and 9 may be directly exchanged and, when installed, the cockpit door 110 is disposed inside the first cargo door 230, as in the modified example of the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo door 230 shown in fig. 10 and 11.
Fig. 13 is a modified example of the upper rail 10 and the lower rail 20. As shown in fig. 13, the first upper rail 11 and the second upper rail 12 are disposed side by side in the width direction of the logistics car 1000, the first lower rail 21 and the second lower rail 22 are disposed side by side in the width direction of the logistics car 1000, the first upper rail 11 and the first lower rail 21 are opposed to each other and provided with first openings 11a, 21a opened toward each other for mounting the cockpit door upper sheave 112 and the cockpit door lower sheave 113, and the second upper rail 12 and the second lower rail 22 are opposed to each other and provided with second openings 12a, 22a opened toward each other for mounting the first cargo box door upper sheave 232 and the first cargo box door lower sheave 233.
In fig. 13, the first upper rail 11 is disposed outside the second upper rail 12, and the first lower rail 21 is disposed outside the second lower rail 22, and thus the cockpit door 110 is disposed outside the first cargo door 230. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first upper rail 11 may be disposed inside the second upper rail 12, and the first lower rail 21 may be disposed inside the second lower rail 22, so that the cockpit door 110 is disposed inside the first cargo box door 230.
In addition, according to embodiments of the present invention, the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo door 230 may further include a stop assembly to enable movement of the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo door 230 by pushing one when the other is in covering relation.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 8 and 9, the cockpit door 110 may be disposed outside the first cargo box door 230. The side of the first cargo door 230 adjacent the second cargo door 240 may be provided with a first outwardly projecting cargo door handle 231 to restrain the cockpit door 110 and the side of the cockpit door 110 remote from the first cargo door 230 may be provided with an inwardly projecting flange 111 to restrain the first cargo door 230. The first cargo door handle 231 and the flange 111 may act as a stop assembly for the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo door 230 so that the cockpit door 110 can be pushed together when the first cargo door 230 is pushed forward and the first cargo door 230 can be pushed together when the cockpit door 110 is pushed backward.
Specifically, when the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo door 230 cover each other, the first cargo door 230 restricts the cockpit door 110 by the first cargo door handle 231, and the cockpit door 110 restricts the first cargo door 230 by the flange 111. By the restraining action of the first container door handle 231 and the flange 111, the cockpit door 110 can be pushed together until the cockpit 100 is closed when the first container door 230 is pushed forward to open the container; when the cockpit door 110 is pushed backward to open the cockpit 100, the first cargo door 230 is pushed to move together until the first accommodation space 200a is closed. In addition, the first receiving space 200a may be closed by directly pulling the first container door handle 231. In addition, a cockpit door handle 114 may be provided on the cockpit door 110, and the cockpit door 110 may be pushed by the cockpit door handle 114.
The above describes the check assembly when the cockpit door 110 is disposed at the outside of the first cargo door 230. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the cockpit door 110 is disposed inside the first cargo door 230, a side of the first cargo door 230 adjacent to the second cargo door 240 is provided with an inwardly protruding flange 234 to restrain the cockpit door 110, and a side of the cockpit door 110 remote from the first cargo door 230 is provided with an outwardly protruding cockpit door handle 114 to restrain the first cargo door 230. Flange 234 and cockpit door handle 114 act as a stop assembly and act as a stop for both cockpit door 110 and first cargo door 230 so that cockpit door 110 can be pushed together when first cargo door 230 is pushed forward and first cargo door 230 can be pushed together when cockpit door 110 is pushed backward.
The logistics vehicle 1000 of an embodiment of the present invention can further comprise a second container door 240. The second cargo door 240 may be slidably or pivotally provided to open or close the second accommodation space 200b.
As one example, the second cargo door 240 is slidably provided outside the second accommodation space 200b. As shown in fig. 2, the logistics car 1000 may include a second container door upper rail 30 fixed to an upper deck 400 or a container top rail of the logistics car 1000 and a second container door lower rail 40 fixed to a side panel 600 on an upper side of a rear wheel 310 of the logistics car 1000. The upper and lower ends of the second container door 240 may be provided with a second container door upper pulley (not shown) and a second container door lower pulley (not shown), respectively, which are slidably coupled to the second container door upper guide rail 30 and the second container door lower guide rail 40, respectively. When the second cargo door 240 is opened, the second cargo door 240 may slide beyond the back panel 500 of the cargo box 200. Thus, there may be no side space restriction when opening the second cargo door 240.
As another example, the second cargo door 240 may be a flip-open type vehicle door. Specifically, a side of the second cargo door 240 remote from the first cargo door 230 may be hinged to an end of the back panel 500 of the cargo box 200.
Alternatively, a second cargo door handle 241 may be provided on a side of the second cargo door 240 adjacent to the first cargo door 230 for pushing or flipping the second cargo door 240. Since the second cargo door 240 does not have a linked relationship with the first cargo door 230, the second cargo door 240 can be opened separately as needed.
Further, although not shown, it should be understood that the logistics cart 1000 may also include door locks to lock the cockpit door 110, the first cargo door 230, and the second cargo door 240 as desired. For example, the logistics cart 1000 can include: a cockpit door lock for locking the cockpit door 110 as needed when the cockpit door 110 closes the cockpit 100; a cargo box door lock for locking the first cargo box door 230 and the second cargo box door 240 as desired. For example, a cockpit door lock may lock cockpit door 110 to a side panel of the cockpit. The first cargo door 230 and the second cargo door 240 may be lockable via a cargo door lock.
In addition, the logistics cart 1000 may further include a door lock that locks the cockpit door 100 and the first cargo door 230 together when the cockpit door 100 is pushed backward to overlap the first cargo door 230 to prevent the cockpit door 110 from sliding when the cockpit door 110 is opened while traveling.
As described above, according to the utility model discloses a logistics vehicle, cockpit door and first cargo container door can be promoted together, and do not change express delivery person and use car custom. Furthermore, according to the utility model discloses a commodity circulation car can satisfy the totally closed two kinds of situations that travel and offer the cockpit door in the garden of vehicle.
As described above, the cockpit door 110, the first cargo door 230, and the second cargo door 240 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be separately opened in different use cases. For example, in the case of fast driving or open road driving, the three doors may be fully closed to close the cargo box 200 and the cab 100. For example, when driving on a campus or in a community, couriers habitually open the cockpit door 110, and at this time, the cockpit door 110 and the first cargo box door 230 overlap outside the first accommodation space 200a. When goods need to be taken, the cockpit door 110 and the first container door 230 can be pushed to the cockpit position (or only the first container door 230 or the first container door handle 231 is pushed), only one action is needed, the action is consistent with the operation action of the ordinary logistics vehicle door, and the courier does not increase other door opening actions.
In addition, when the cockpit door 110 and the first container door 230 are overlapped and pushed outside the cockpit 100 and the second container door 240 is opened, the cargo box 200 may be fully opened. Therefore, the cargo door does not interfere with the cockpit door, and the action when opening the cargo door is simple.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cockpit door 110 may be disposed at one side or both sides in the width direction of the cockpit 100, and the first and second cargo box doors 230 and 240 may be disposed at one side or both sides in the width direction of the cargo box 200.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, a removable horizontal partition 200c may be provided in the cargo box 200 as necessary to facilitate classified storage of the cargo. In addition, the horizontal partition 200c may be removed when transporting larger items.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the logistics vehicle 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention can further include a tailgate assembly 700 disposed on the tailgate panel 500.
