Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a multi-functional ICU bedside nursing device convenient to accomodate, including the preceding frame 1 and the back frame 3 that can dismantle the connection each other.
Referring to fig. 1, on one hand, the front frame 1 and the rear frame 3 can be disassembled for independent use and storage, on the other hand, can be combined to form a table for nursing beside the ICU bed 5, and can be compressed together in a mode shown in fig. 2 when necessary, so that the volume is reduced, and meanwhile, the table can be placed at the head of the ICU bed 5.
Wherein the front frame 1 comprises front legs 12, a transverse sleeve 13, a vertical bar 14 and a front nursing plate 11. The front support legs 12 are supporting structures of the front frame 1, the number of the front support legs is generally two, the front frame 1 needs to be matched and used in a mode of being erected on a railing beside the patient ICU bed 5 when being used independently, and more than three front support legs are arranged in some embodiments for being more convenient to use independently of the front frame 1, so that the front frame 1 can be used independently without other structures.
The transverse sleeve 13 is used for facilitating the movement between the front frame 1 and the rear frame 3, the inserting rod 34 on the rear frame 3 is a set, and the distance relation between the front frame 1 and the rear frame 3 is adjusted according to the depth of the inserting rod 34 inserted into the transverse sleeve 13.
The vertical rod 14 is vertically arranged on the transverse sleeve 13, on one hand, a broken line type structure is formed, as shown in figure 2, the protruding part can conveniently extend into the bottom of the ICU bed 5, and the use is convenient. And the front nursing plate 11 is mounted on the vertical bars 14.
The rear frame 3 comprises at least two rear support legs 32, a plug rod 34 and a rear nursing plate 31, the rear support legs 32 are similar to the front support legs 12, the rear frame 3 can be conveniently and independently used when more than two rear support legs 32 are provided, the rear support legs 32 are generally longer than the front support legs 12, and the function of hanging and airing sundries can be achieved. The rear care plate 31 is used for placing sundries.
In some particular cases, in order to further reduce the space occupied by the front care plate 11 when not in use. In some preferred embodiments, the front nursing plate 11 is divided into a fixed plate 111 and a movable plate 112, the movable plate 112 is hinged to the fixed plate 111, so that the movable plate 112 can rotate around the fixed plate 111, and the rotating member 2 is arranged between the fixed plate 111 and the movable plate 112 for controlling the relative position between the movable plate 112 and the fixed plate 111. When the movable part is in a state of being laid down, as shown in fig. 2, the movable part and the fixing plate 111 form a downward hook-shaped structure, so that the baffle plates 24 at the head and the tail of the ICU bed 5 can be hooked, and the nursing device beside the whole ICU bed 5 is prevented from being accidentally jumbled.
And a plurality of rotating members 2 capable of locking the movement between the movable plate 112 and the fixed plate 111, for example, a ratchet is installed on the fixed plate 111, and a pawl is installed on the movable plate 112, and the movable plate 112 is fixed when the ratchet and the pawl are engaged. However, this method does not work well when the movable plate 112 is loaded, and easily causes the pawls to slip off the ratchet, causing the table debris to topple, which is very disadvantageous for the patient.
In some preferred embodiments, therefore, the rotary member 2 comprises a rotary plate 21 and a fixed hook 22. One rotating plate 21 and one fixed hook 22 are provided as one set, and two sets are provided on two sides of the whole front nursing plate 11, taking the rotating plate 21 and the fixed hook 22 located on the right side in fig. 1 as an example, i.e. the structure shown in fig. 6, the rotating plate is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the moving plate 112, the fixed hook 22 is disposed at the bottom of the fixed plate 111, the end of the protruding end of the fixed hook 22 is provided with a hook slot, the end of the rotating plate 21 protrudes a moving pin 23 leftwards, when the moving pin 23 is overlapped in the hook slot, the moving plate 112 and the fixed plate 111 are located on the same horizontal plane, the plane where the moving plate 112 and the fixed plate 111 are located forms a triangular top surface, and the rotating plate 21 and the fixed hook 22 respectively form two sides of a triangle, thereby forming a structure of triangular support, which has strong bearing capacity and is convenient to lock and unlock.
Generally, in some embodiments, the moving pin 23 and the hook slot on both sides are completely independent structures, and there is no connection between them, in some cases, it is necessary to separately move the moving pin 23 on both sides to lock the fixed plate 111 and the movable plate 112, and in general, both sides are located on both sides of the patient ICU bed 5, which is troublesome to operate.
In a preferred embodiment, therefore, the rotating plate 21 and the movable plate 112 are rotatably connected by a synchronizing mechanism. The synchronizing mechanism comprises a synchronizing cross bar 25 and a baffle plate 24, wherein the baffle plate 24 provides a mounting base for the synchronizing cross bar 25, and has a left plate and a right plate, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a plate is also arranged on the side of the rotating plate 21 away from the baffle plate 24 to achieve a supporting effect.
The synchronizing bar 25 is rotatably connected to the blocking plate 24, and the rotating plates 21 are connected to the synchronizing bar 25 such that when one of the rotating plates 21 rotates, the other rotating plate 21 is also rotated, and the fixed hook 22 is fixed, so that when the moving pin 23 and the hook groove of one rotating plate 21 are engaged with each other, the moving pin 23 and the hook groove of the other rotating plate 21 are also engaged with each other. Thus, the locking between the movable plate 112 and the fixed plate 111 can be completed only by locking the position between the movable plate 112 and the fixed plate 111 on one side, thereby reducing the operation complexity.
In some embodiments, to facilitate the movement of the pin 23 into the slot, the arc of the slot is set relatively small and the slot is relatively shallow, so that the pin 23 runs the risk of slipping out of the slot under heavy pressure of the table.
In some preferred embodiments, the hook slot is therefore an arc-shaped slot, the centre of which is located on the axis of the timing crossbar 25. This allows the pressure to be directed to the fixed hook 22 in the radial direction of the hook groove without generating a component force that slides outward when receiving the pressure transmitted from the table, while ensuring easy insertion of the moving pin 23 into the hook groove.
The side of the fixed hook 22 facing the movable plate 112 is arc-shaped and is not concentric with the hook groove, so that the movable pin 23 can slide to the joint of the fixed hook 22 and the fixed portion as much as possible, and the movable plate 112 can be conveniently put down as soon as possible.
The lower part of the outer side of the rotating plate 21 and the inner side of the baffle plate 24 is provided with a tension spring 26, when the movable plate 112 and the fixed plate 111 are in a splicing state, the tension spring 26 is in a stretching state, and the moving pin 23 can be pulled towards the bottom of the hook groove to prevent slipping. When the movable plate 112 is rotated downwards to a position perpendicular to the fixed plate 111, the tension spring 26 is restored to the initial state, and the movable plate 112 is kept in a downward folded state under the action of the elastic force of the tension spring 26, so as to be folded and stored towards the position near the ICU bed 5.
In some embodiments, the back care plate 31 and the rear legs 32 are fixedly connected, so that the back care plate 31 can only serve as a place for placing sundries, and the back care plate 31 cannot be fully utilized.
Therefore, in some preferred embodiments, the rear leg 32 for mounting the rear nursing plate 31 is provided with a slot 321, and the rear nursing plate 31 is provided with a latch 311, so that the rear nursing plate 31 and the rear leg 32 can be detached through the slot 321, and the rear nursing plate 31 can be detached to be used as a table top or the like when necessary. And the rear care plate 31 and the latch 311 are rotatably connected to facilitate the accommodation of the rear care plate 31.
In some embodiments, the back care plate 31 is laid flat by means of the latch 311, holes are formed on the lateral sleeve 13 and the back care plate 31, and then the latch 311 connects the two holes to fix the back care plate 31. However, this type of method has many inconveniences, such as many parts that need to be considered, easy loss, and the like. Therefore, in some preferred embodiments, the front ends of the two sides of the back care plate 31 are provided with the placing blocks 312, and the corresponding positions of the transverse sleeves 13 are provided with the supporting blocks 131; after the insertion rod 34 is inserted into the transverse sleeve 13, the pins 311 at both sides of the back care plate 31 are inserted into the slots 321, and the supporting block 131 is located right below the placing block 312, so as to support the placing block 312.
Similarly, in some embodiments, the rear care plate 31 is raised and secured to the rear legs 32 by latches 311 or locks, which also require a large number of parts and are easily lost. Therefore, in some preferred embodiments, the placement blocks 312 are disposed at the front ends of the two sides of the back care plate 31, and the back plates 322 are disposed at the inner sides of the two back support legs, so that when the back care plate 31 is rotated upwards to the vertical position, the back plates 322 are disposed right opposite to the placement blocks 312.
In a preferred embodiment, the top ends of the two rear legs 32 are connected by a split cross bar 33, the height of the split cross bar 33 matching the height of the vertical bars 14. The mounting holes 331 are formed in the two ends of the top of the splicing cross rod 33, a pair of fixing columns opposite to the mounting holes 331 are arranged on the bottom surface of the rear nursing plate 31, and the fixing columns are inserted into the mounting holes 331, so that the rear nursing plate 31 and the front nursing plate 11 are combined with each other to form a table for a patient.
