With the development of sensor technology and control technology, various cleaning robots with sweeping, sucking, dragging and washing functions, singly or in combination, are gradually accepted by consumers. The workplace of the cleaning robot is mainly the household floor, but the working environment is very easy to generate long and thin linear garbage such as hair, lines and the like, and the garbage is very easy to wind on a rolling brush component of the cleaning device, so that the normal operation of the rolling brush component is blocked, and even a motor is burnt out.
In order to solve the problem, in the prior art, a cutting accessory (usually called a bird knife because the shape is similar to that of a standing bird) is usually given along with a machine, so that a user can conveniently and autonomously cut and process wound linear garbage. However, this solution relies on user involvement, is not intelligent enough, and the bird knife is easily lost. Based on the above problems, the following embodiments of the roll brush assembly and the cleaning device have been developed and designed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a roller brush assembly, including a fixing cap 200, a roller brush main body 100, at least one cutting member 300, and a reset mechanism equal in number to the cutting members 300.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the fixing cap 200 is provided with a working portion 210, the working portion 210 includes at least one protrusion 211 and at least one recess 212, and the protrusions 211 and the recesses 212 are uniformly staggered in the circumferential direction.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 4, one end (e.g., the left end in fig. 1 and 2) of the roller brush body 100 is inserted into the fixing cap 200, and the roller brush body 100 can rotate relative to the fixing cap 200. The drum brush body 100 cleans the garbage by rotation, and linear garbage such as hair, clew, etc. among the garbage is easily wound around the drum brush body 100 due to the rotation of the drum brush body 100. Specifically, the roller brush body 100 is inserted into the fixing cap 200 through the bearing 610 and the insert shaft 620 and rotates relatively, wherein the right end of the insert shaft 620 is provided with an external thread which is in threaded connection with a central internal threaded hole of the roller brush body 100 to realize fixation; the fixing cap 200 is provided with a mounting hole for positioning and mounting the bearing 610 and a through hole for the embedded shaft 620 to penetrate through, and the left end of the embedded shaft 620 penetrates through the fixing cap 200 and is rotatably connected with the bearing 610. By mounting the fixing cap 200 on a mounting portion (not shown, the same applies hereinafter) of the cleaning apparatus, the other end (e.g., the right end as viewed in fig. 1 and 2) of the roll brush body 100, which is different from the fixing cap 200, is drivingly connected to a roll brush driving device (not shown, the same applies hereinafter) of the cleaning apparatus. Specifically, if the floor sweeping robot is arranged at a suction opening on a chassis of the floor sweeping robot, one end of the floor sweeping robot is positioned through the installation part, and the other end of the floor sweeping robot provides rotary power through the driving device.
In the illustrated embodiment, the number of the cutting member 300 and the reset mechanism is three, and for convenience of description, three are illustrated in the following embodiments unless otherwise stated, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the number is not limited to that illustrated in the drawings or the specific embodiment. The three cutting members 300 are uniformly distributed on the roller brush body 100 in the circumferential direction, and the phase angle between two adjacent cutting members 300 is 120 degrees. The cutting member 300 is slidably disposed on the roller brush body 100, and the cutting member 300 can also rotate with the roller brush body 100, that is, when the roller brush body 100 rotates, the cutting member 300 is driven to rotate simultaneously; at this time, each cutting member 130 is movable by the working portion 210 (specifically, the projection 211 of the working portion 210) from a position close to the working portion 210 to a position far from the working portion 210, i.e., from the left side to the side in the drawing.
Specifically, the cutting member 300 may be selected from a blade, a saw blade, and other strips having a cutting function, and in the embodiment of the drawings, the cutting member 300 is selected from a saw blade 310. The saw blade 310 is provided with a plurality of teeth for chopping or cutting the wound; further, the inclination directions of the teeth of the adjacent saw blades 310 may be set to be opposite, that is, one of the saw blades 310 is installed in a forward direction, and the other saw blade 310 is installed in a reverse direction, so that the cutting effect can be further improved. It will be appreciated that the mounting position and configuration of the cutting member 300 may be adjusted as desired, so long as cutting of the hair is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the reset mechanism is disposed at an end (i.e., a right end in the drawings) of the roller brush body 100 away from the fixing cap 200, and the reset mechanism enables the cutting element 300 to be reset from a position away from the working portion 210 to a position close to the working portion 210. That is, when the left end of the cutting member 300 rotates with the roller brush body 100 to abut against the protrusion 211 of the working part 210, the cutting member 300 moves from left to right, and the right side of the cutting member 300 abuts against the reset mechanism; when the left end of the cutting member 300 rotates with the roller brush body 100 to be not abutted against the protrusion 211, the right side of the cutting member 300 moves from right to left under the reset action of the reset mechanism, and the left end of the cutting member 300 moves to be abutted against the recess 212 of the working part 210. Thus, the cutting member 300 performs a complete reciprocating cutting action; the cutting member 300 continuously rotates along with the roller brush body 100, and the reciprocating cutting action of the cutting member 300 continuously circulates, thereby continuously realizing the reciprocating cutting of the wound object.
The rolling brush component of the embodiment cuts linear garbage through the cutting piece 300 which is arranged in a sliding mode relative to the rolling brush main body 100, wherein the fixing cap 200 is arranged, the fixing cap 200 is provided with the working part 210, the protrusions 211 and the depressions 212 which are distributed on the working part 210 in a circumferentially staggered mode are abutted to the cutting piece 300 alternately, the protrusions 211 can enable the cutting piece 300 to move from the position close to the working part 210 to the position far away from the working part 210, and meanwhile, the cutting piece 300 is reset from the position far away from the working part 210 to the position close to the working part 210 by matching with the action of the resetting mechanism, so that the cutting piece 300 can perform reciprocating cutting action, the linear garbage wound on the rolling brush main body 100 is cut off automatically, the linear garbage can be cleaned or sucked conveniently and is not wound on a rolling brush, and the trouble that the rolling brush cleaning device often needs to clean hair wound on the rolling brush is relieved. Through the cooperation of a plurality of cutting members 300 and along with the continuous rotation of the roller brush main body 100, under the effect of the working part 210 and the reset mechanism, the cutting members 300 continuously cut back and forth, and longer hairs are effectively cut into short hairs and broken hairs.
It is understood that, in the above-described embodiment, the number of the projections 211 and the recesses 212 on the working portion 210 may be set as required, and the number of the projections and the recesses may be set to at least one. The number of the protrusions 211 and the depressions 212 determines the number of left and right reciprocating cutting motions of the cutter 300 within one rotation period; the more the quantity, the faster the cutting frequency and the better the cutting effect; of course, the number is suitable, for example, as in the drawings, the protrusions 211 and the depressions 212 are respectively provided in three, that is, the same number as the cutting members 300. So set up, can make at same time point, three cutting member 300's action is the same, if all cut the action from left side to right, or all cut the action from right side to left. The concave 212 does not mean that it is a concave surface, but it may be a flat surface, and the protrusion 211 may be formed to be undulated with respect to the protrusion of the concave 212, that is, the protrusion 211 and the concave 212.
With reference to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in some embodiments, the working portion 210 has a ring-shaped wave shape, the protrusion 211 is a raised portion of the wave shape, the recess 212 is a recessed portion of the wave shape, and the protrusion 211 and the recess 212 are connected in a smooth transition manner. The working part 210 is waved and forms a closed loop structure along an annular path, so that the protrusion 211 and the recess 212 are smoothly transited, the impact generated by the change of the reciprocating cutting action of the cutting piece 300 is reduced, and the cutting action is smoother. The middle part of the annular wave shape is a through hole for the embedded shaft 620 to pass through.
Referring to fig. 4, in further embodiments, the fixing cap 200 further includes a fixing end 220 on a side different from the working portion 210, that is, the fixing end 220 is disposed on a back side of the working portion 210, the fixing end 220 is in a square or irregular structure, and is fixed by the fixing end 220 being engaged with a corresponding square hole or irregular hole on the mounting portion of the cleaning device, so as to prevent the fixing end from rotating with the insert shaft 620 and the roller brush body 100.
It is understood that the fixing end 220 may be provided with at least one corner 221, that is, the fixing end can be positioned by the corner 221 being clamped, and is not limited to the square (having four corners 221) or the special-shaped structure (having a plurality of corners 221), such as a triangle, a hexagon, etc.
Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 2, in detail, the cutting members 300 further include a connecting member 320 connected to one end (i.e., left end) of the saw blade 310 close to the fixing cap 200, and each cutting member 300 abuts against the working portion 210 of the fixing cap 200 through the connecting member 320. Be equipped with the slot on the connecting piece 320, the one end that saw blade 310 and connecting piece 320 are connected is equipped with convex first connecting portion 311, the cooperation of pegging graft of slot on first connecting portion 311 and the connecting piece 320, still be equipped with first through-hole 3111 on the first connecting portion 311, the corresponding position on the connecting piece 320 is equipped with the second through-hole 321 that runs through, use the fastener to pass first through-hole 3111 and second through-hole 321 like the bolt, and use nut locking fixed, realize fixed connection between them. The connecting piece 320 is provided with a head part at one end abutting against the working part 210 of the fixing cap 200, and the head part is provided with an arc surface, so that the friction resistance of alternately abutting against the protrusion 211 and the recess 212 in the rotating process can be reduced, and the blockage can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, in some embodiments, the roller brush assembly further includes three brackets 500 equal to the number of the cutting members 300, and the cutting members 300 are mounted on the roller brush body 100 through the brackets 500, thereby defining the positions of the cutting members 300 on the roller brush body 100.
In some of these embodiments, the bracket 500 includes a main body portion 510 and a defining portion 520, the defining portion 520 being disposed on a bottom side of the main body portion 510, and the cutting member 300 being slidably disposed on the defining portion 520. Specifically, the main body 510 and the limiting part 520 are extended in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the roller brush body 100 (i.e., the left-right direction in the drawing), the limiting part 520 is provided with a sliding groove 521 parallel to the axial direction of the roller brush body 100, the cutting member 300 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 521, and the first connecting part 311 and the second connecting part 312 at both ends of the saw blade 310 protrude from both ends of the sliding groove 521 to be connected to the connecting member 320 and the elastic member 410, respectively.
The main body 510 of the bracket 500 is further provided with an avoiding groove 511 extending along the sliding direction of the cutting element 300, that is, the avoiding groove 511 is parallel to the sliding slot 521, and at least a portion of the cutting element 300 (specifically, a cutting portion at the top end, that is, a sawtooth) passes through the avoiding groove 511 from the sliding slot 521 to be cut by contacting with external hair.
It will be appreciated that the length of the escape slot 511 is less than the total length of the cutting member 300 and the coupling member 320 after they are coupled, thereby confining the cutting member 300 to the sliding groove 521 of the confining portion 520 to prevent it from escaping outwardly through the escape slot 511.
In some embodiments, the bracket 500 further includes two first mounting portions 530 disposed at two sides of the main body portion 510, referring to fig. 2, the seat body 110 of the roller brush main body 100 is formed with a first mounting groove 111 corresponding to the position of the first mounting portion 530 and a caulking groove 112 corresponding to the position of the limiting portion 520, and the two first mounting grooves 111 are disposed at two sides of the caulking groove 112. The bracket 500 is clamped in the first mounting groove 111 through the first mounting part 530, so that the mounting and positioning of the bracket 500 on the roller brush main body 100 are realized. At least a part (a part or all) of the defining portion 520 is fitted in the fitting groove 112.
Specifically, the main body 510 of the bracket 500 is arc-shaped and matches with the periphery of the seat 110 of the roller brush main body 100; the first mounting parts 530 at both sides of the main body part 510 are located at the bottom of the main body part 510 and protrude outward, and the first mounting grooves 111 are shaped to match and snap-fit with the first mounting parts 530, so as to prevent the bracket 500 from being separated from the roller brush main body 100 in the radial direction. When the second mounting part of the bracket 500 is inserted into the first mounting groove 111 from a lateral direction while the defining part 520 is inserted into the insertion groove 112, the connecting member 320 and the elastic member 410 of the bracket 500 at both ends of the cutting member 300 are placed on the insertion groove 112; after the installation, the top surface of the main body 510 is on the same circumference as the outer circumferential surface of the seat 110 of the roller brush body 100, so that the bracket 500 is perfectly engaged with the roller brush body 100, and the structure is compact, as shown in fig. 18. The three sweeping pieces 120 and the three brackets 500 are circumferentially staggered.
In some embodiments, the main body 510 of the bracket 500 is further provided with a plurality of protrusions 540 spaced apart from each other along the sliding direction of the cutting member 300, a gap through which linear garbage can pass is formed between two adjacent protrusions 540, the avoiding groove 511 transversely passes through the plurality of protrusions 540, and the protrusions 540 are distributed on two sides of the avoiding groove 511.
The holder 500 has a main function of arranging and smoothing linear waste such as hair, in addition to a function of mounting the cutter 300 and restricting the movement (sliding only in the right-left direction) of the cutter on the roller brush body 100. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, when the bracket 500 rotates with the roller brush body 100, the linear garbage is wound around the roller brush body 100, and due to the arrangement of the protrusions 540, the linear garbage passes through the gaps between the protrusions 540 and is wound forward along the gaps, so that the linear garbage is wound more regularly around the roller brush body 100, as shown in fig. 10. Meanwhile, as the roller brush main body 100 rotates, the cutting member 300 performs reciprocating cutting action to apply a left-right cutting force to the linear waste, the linear waste cannot easily move left and right due to the limiting action of the convex blocks 540, the convex blocks 540 are distributed on two sides of the avoiding groove 511, the avoiding groove 511 is transversely arranged through the convex blocks 540, and the cutting member 300 can transversely cut the linear waste, that is, the cutting direction of the cutting member 300 is approximately vertical to the winding direction of the linear waste, so that the linear waste is more effectively and stably cut.
Referring to fig. 11 in conjunction with fig. 2, in some embodiments, the restoring mechanism includes an elastic member 410, and the elastic member 410 provides a force to keep the cutting member 300 and the working portion 210 in contact with each other all the time. Wherein when the cutting member 300 rotates with the roller brush body 100 from the position of the protrusion 211 to the position of the recess 212, the elastic force of the elastic member 410 pushes the cutting member 300 back toward the recess 212. The elastic member 410 is used as a reset mechanism, and the elastic force formed by compression of the elastic member 410 is used as a thrust without providing additional power, and the elastic member 410 has a buffering function, so that the impact generated by the reciprocating action of the cutting member 300 is reduced.
