The oiling device for a cake production line as defined in claim 1, wherein the oiling device (3) comprises an oiling frame (31), an edible oil tank (32), an oil pump (33), a receiving oil cavity (34) and oil dripping pipes (35), a plurality of oil dripping pipes (35) are arranged below the receiving oil cavity (34), and the oil dripping pipes (35) are in one-to-one correspondence with the grooves for placing cakes in the mould frame; the oil dripping pipes (35) are uniformly distributed along the axial direction where the accommodating oil cavity (34) is located, the tail ends of the oil dripping pipes (35) are arranged towards the mold frame, and two ends of the accommodating oil cavity (34) are fixedly arranged on two side plates of the oil applying frame (31) respectively; oil frame (31) fixed mounting is in frame (1), edible oil tank (32) and oil pump (33) are all fixed mounting on oil frame (31), pipeline connection is passed through with the one end of oil pump (33) in edible oil tank (32), and the other end of oil pump (33) passes through the pipeline and accomodates oil pocket (34) and be connected.

The oiling device for cake production line as recited in claim 1, wherein the roller brush (41) comprises a rolling shaft (411) and brushes (412), the brushes (412) are uniformly distributed on the surface of the rolling shaft (411), and the positions of the brushes (412) are distributed in one-to-one correspondence with the grooves for placing cakes in the mould frame.
