Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained below.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a magnetic liquid level meter with an audible and visual alarm function comprises a liquid level meter body 1 and an audible and visual alarm device 2. The liquid level meter body 1 comprises a pipe body 11 and a magnetic float 12 positioned in the pipe body 11, wherein a mark for showing the height of the liquid level is arranged on the pipe body 11. The acousto-optic alarm device 2 comprises an acousto-optic alarm module 21, a shell 24, a magnetic switch 22 and a power module 23, wherein the magnetic switch 22 and the power module 23 are positioned in the shell 24, the shell 24 is fixed on the pipe body 11 through a connecting piece, and the acousto-optic alarm device 2 is fixed on the outer side of the shell 24 so as to facilitate transmission of acousto-optic signals. The magnetic switch 22, the power module 23 and the sound and light alarm module 21 are connected in series through a wire, wherein the magnetic switch 22 is in a normally open state, the magnetic switch 22 and the magnetic float 12 can form a magnetic induction link when being in the same horizontal plane to close the magnetic switch 22, and the sound and light alarm module 21 sends out a sound and light alarm signal after the magnetic switch 22 is closed. When the audible and visual alarm signal is sent out, an operator can timely know whether the liquid level is in a high state, a low state, a high state and a low state; when the liquid level is high, low, the acousto-optic alarm device 2 will send acousto-optic signal, remind the scene to patrol and examine, the operating personnel can know what kind of state the liquid level is in.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the connecting member is set as the metal rolled strip 3, the housing 24 is fixed on one side of the metal rolled strip 3 departing from the pipe body 11, and when the sound-light alarm device 2 is installed, the metal rolled strip 3 is bundled on the pipe body 11, in actual use, an operator can adjust the position of the sound-light alarm device 2 on the pipe body 11 according to specific requirements, or can bundle a plurality of sound-light alarm devices 2 on the same pipe body 11, so as to perform sound-light early warning on a plurality of alarm values. Because the metal rolling belt 3 is detachable, the metal rolling belt can be singly replaced after the audible and visual alarm device 2 is damaged, and the replacement cost is reduced. In the embodiment, a rubber layer can be arranged on the side wall of the metal rolling belt 3, which is used for being in contact with the pipe body 11, the hardness of the metal rolling belt 3 is high, the outer surface of the pipe body 11 can be scratched when the audible and visual alarm device 2 is moved on the pipe body 11, and the rubber layer can effectively reduce the scraping phenomenon between the metal rolling belt 3 and the pipe body 11 and protect the pipe body 11; meanwhile, the rubber layer is arranged to increase the friction force between the metal rolled strip 3 and the pipe body 11, the phenomenon that the acousto-optic alarm device 2 slips down on the pipe body 11 due to self weight is avoided, the rubber layer has certain elasticity, certain buffering can be achieved for binding the metal rolled strip 3, a reserved space can be provided for deformation of the metal rolled strip 3 or the pipe body 11 to a certain degree, and the damage probability of the pipe body 11 is effectively reduced.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 4, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the connecting member is made of an adhesive or a welding material, the sound and light alarm device 2 is fixed on the pipe body 11 by the adhesive or welding, and when the magnetic float 12 in the pipe body 11 and the sound and light alarm device 2 are in the same horizontal plane, the sound and light alarm device 2 can give an alarm to remind an operator to inspect.
The magnetic liquid level meter with the sound and light alarm function provided by the utility model is introduced in detail, and the principle and the implementation mode of the utility model are explained by applying a specific example, and the explanation of the above embodiment is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the utility model; while the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments and applications, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
