It is worth mentioning directional terms as mentioned in the following examples, such as: up, down, left, right, front or rear, etc., are simply directions with reference to the drawings. Accordingly, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting. Further, in the following embodiments, the same or similar components will be given the same or similar reference numerals.
The replaceable power connector according to the embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a replaceable power connector 100, which includes a voltage adjuster 101 and a plug 102. The voltage adjuster 101 includes a housing 103, an electrical connector 104, and an elastic locking portion 105. The housing 103 has a slide groove 106. The sliding slot 106 and the elastic buckling part 105 are arranged on the same side of the shell 103. The sliding slot 106 is located above the elastic buckling part 105 and is communicated with the top surface 107 of the shell 103. The electrical connector 104 is positioned in the slide slot 106 and terminates toward the top surface 107 of the housing 103. The plug member 102 includes a fastener 108, a plug portion 109, and a sliding protrusion 110. The plug portion 109 and the sliding protrusion 110 are disposed on opposite sides of the fastener 108. The sliding contact protrusion 110 is adapted to be slidably connected to the sliding slot 106 and has a corresponding adapting slot portion 111 of the electrical connector 104. The side of the fastener 108 having the sliding protrusion 110 is also provided with a fixed fastening portion 112 corresponding to the elastic fastening portion 105. The fixing clip portion 112 is integrally formed with the fastener 108.
As described above, the replaceable power connector 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the fixed fastening portion 112 integrally disposed on the fastening body 108, so that there is no need to provide another component, and thus there are fewer components to simplify the manufacturing process, such as simplifying the mold opening and reducing the welding. As shown in fig. 3, the replaceable power connector 100 of the embodiment of the present invention can also have a more compact structure without occupying too much space.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment, the elastic locking portion 105 includes an elastic arm 113 extending from bottom to top relative to the housing 103 and a locking protrusion 114 disposed at a distal end of the elastic arm 113, and the fixed locking portion 112 is a locking hole. When the sliding protrusion 110 slides into the sliding slot 106, the fastener 108 slides on the housing 103, and when the sliding protrusion 110 slides into the sliding slot 106 to be positioned, the fastening protrusion 114 of the elastic fastening portion 105 is fastened into the fixed fastening portion 112 to form a fastening. The elastic arm 113 may further be provided with a pressing portion 115. The pressing portion 115 is adapted to be pressed when the elastic locking portion 105 is elastically locked to the fixing locking portion 112, so that the locking member 108 can be separated from the housing 103.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment, the electrical connector 104 includes two first metal inserts 104a, and the adapter slot portion 111 includes two slots 111a. When the sliding contact protrusion 110 slides down to the sliding slot 106, the two first metal inserts 104a are also inserted into the insertion slot 111a at the same time. The first metal insert 104a can be pivotally connected to the housing 103, so that when the plug assembly 102 is not assembled, it can be turned out of the housing 103 to be plugged into a wall socket (shown in the figure).
As shown in fig. 2 and referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment, the housing 103 of the voltage regulator 101 has a plurality of dc electrical sockets 117 on a side opposite to the side where the sliding slot 106 and the elastic locking portion 105 are disposed. The dc electrical jack 117 may include a USB jack, a Micro USB jack, or a PD jack, but is not limited thereto. The dc electrical jack 117 is electrically connected to the electrical connector 104 through a coil (shown), a circuit board (shown) and other electrical components housed inside the housing 103.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the fastener 108 may be plate-shaped. The sliding projection 110 is proximate to the top of the fastener 108 and the plug portion 109 is proximate to the bottom of the fastener 108. The fixed snap portion 112 is also proximate to the bottom of the fastener 108. In the prior art, an elastic snap member is usually disposed on the plug 102, and since the plug 102 is usually designed to be thin, the elastic snap member passes through both sides of the plug 102 and must be offset from the plug portion 109, for example, the elastic snap member may be disposed below the plug portion 109, so that the plug 102 in the prior art cannot have a compact structure, and even the voltage regulator 101 must be matched to have a high height. The embodiment of the present invention provides an elastic buckle component of the plug 102 instead of the prior art, and the fixing buckle portion 112 is disposed outside the plug 102, so the fixing buckle portion 112 can overlap the plug portion 109 in the horizontal direction, and the plug 102 has a tightening structure, and the height of the voltage adjuster 101 can be reduced, so that the replaceable power connector 100 of the embodiment has a tightening structure. In addition, the advantage of disposing the elastic locking portion 105 on the voltage adjustment member 101 is that the voltage adjustment member 101 has a larger inner space than the plug member 102, so that the elastic locking member 105 can have a sufficient elastic deformation amount, and the elastic arm 113 can be designed to be long enough because it extends from bottom to top, thereby having a better elastic locking force.
As shown in fig. 4 and referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the fastener 108 of the plug member 102 includes a front cover 108a and a rear cover 108b. Plug portion 109 is provided on front cover 108a, and sliding contact protrusion 110 is provided on rear cover 108b. The plug portion 109 has two second metal plugs 109b, and two metal elastic pieces 116 electrically connected to the second metal plugs 109b are disposed on the inner side of the rear cover 108b. The metal spring 116 is exposed to the through slot 111 for electrically contacting the electrical connector 104. The second metal insert 109b and the first metal insert 104a shown in fig. 1 are respectively used for being inserted into wall sockets (shown in the figure) with different specifications.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, to combine the voltage adjuster 101 and the plug 102, the sliding convex part 110 of the plug 102 slides into the sliding slot 106 from the top surface 107 of the voltage adjuster 101 and continues to slide, and in fig. 6, it can be seen that when the plug 102 slides onto the elastic latching part 105, the latching convex part 114 of the elastic latching part 105 latches into the fixed latching part 112 in the form of a latching hole, and at this time, the sliding convex part 110 also slides into position. If the plug 102 is to be separated from the voltage regulator 101, the pressing portion 115 of the elastic latching portion 105 is pressed to disengage the latching portion 114 of the elastic latching portion 105 from the fixed latching portion 112 in the form of a latching hole, so that the steps of fig. 5 and 6 can be reversed to pull the plug 102 away from the voltage regulator 101 from the top surface 107.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
