A cabinet according to claim 3, wherein the adjusting member (3141) is connected to the frame (312) through a connection block (3143), a rotation locking structure (3144) is disposed between the connection block (3143) and the adjusting member (3141), the rotation locking structure (3144) includes a first groove (31441), a second groove (31442) and a ball (31443), the first groove (31441) is disposed on the connection block (3143), the second groove (31442) is disposed on the adjusting member (3141) and opposite to the first groove (31441) to form a ball groove, and the ball (31443) is disposed in the ball groove through an elastic member.

8. A cabinet according to claim 7, wherein each cleaning brush (321) is supported on the sliding seat (3223) by a respective pivot (3211), and the driving member (3221) drives the pivot (3211) through a transmission mechanism (323) to rotate the cleaning brush (321).

A cabinet according to claim 8, wherein the transmission mechanism (323) comprises a rack (3231), a first gear (3232) and a second gear (3233), the rack (3231) is fixedly arranged on the cabinet (1), the first gear (3232) is engaged with the rack (3231), and the second gear (3233) is engaged with the first gear (3232) through at least one intermediate gear (3234) or directly engaged with the first gear (3232).
