in the process that the valve shaft (3) rotates to a second angle from the original state to the other direction, the valve core (2) can be driven to rotate to a third through hole (24) to gradually communicate the valve core vent cavity (21) and the second ever-burning open fire vent channel (16), and meanwhile, the valve core vent cavity (21) and the second main vent channel (17) are in a blocking state;
in the process that the valve shaft (3) continues to rotate in the same direction from the second angle state, the valve core (2) is driven to rotate to the valve core vent cavity (21) and is simultaneously communicated with the second ever-burning flame outlet channel (16) and the second main outlet channel (17);
the direction of the valve shaft (3) rotating towards the first angle is opposite to the direction of the valve shaft (3) rotating towards the third angle, and the first angle is equal to the second angle in size.
