the safety rope needs to be reliably fixed on a roof beam (the safety rope cannot be fixed on a hanging basket body), a u-shaped clamp is used for reinforcement, soft protection measures are taken for each sharp corner of the safety rope, and the self-locking device is directly arranged on the safety rope. Note that: the self-locking device cannot be reversely installed. And requires the construction personnel to properly keep the self-locking device.
The fourth step: installing a hanging basket safety lock and a hoister: the safety lock and the hoister are respectively arranged at two ends of the suspension platform, the safety lock is arranged on a safety lock bracket on the hoister at the end surface of the construction basket platform by adopting a special bolt, and the swing arm roller faces the inner side of the platform when the safety lock is arranged;
the hoisting machine is arranged in the suspension platform, the hoisting machine is conveyed into the suspension platform during installation, a rectangular concave frame on the back of the hoisting machine is aligned to the hoisting machine for supporting, the pin shaft is inserted and locked by the lock pin, and the hoisting machine is fixed on a transverse frame of the hoisting machine installation frame by using a two-cap connecting bolt at the upper end of a hoisting machine box body. Or after the power is on, the working steel wire rope penetrates into the hoisting machine outside the suspension platform, and the hoisting button is clicked to hoist the hoisting machine into the suspension platform for installation. When the method is adopted for installation, the rope outlet of the hoister needs to be stably filled in the air, and the rope is carefully led out by hands when the steel wire rope is exposed out of the rope outlet, so that the head of the steel wire rope is prevented from impacting the ground and being damaged.
The fifth step: installing a hanging basket electrical control box: the electric cabinet is arranged on a high column in the middle of the suspension platform, the electric cabinet door faces the inner side of the suspension platform, and then the electric cabinet is fixed on a square pipe of the railing; after the electric cabinet is installed and fixed, plug heads of a power supply cable, a motor cable and an operation switch cable are inserted into corresponding sockets at the lower end of the electric cabinet.
And a sixth step: and connecting a power supply and performing a power-on test.
The seventh step: inserting a working steel wire rope into a safety lock and a hoisting machine: two steel wire ropes positioned at the inner side of the front section of the suspension mechanism are working steel wire ropes and penetrate into the elevator.
(1) And after penetrating the penetrating end of the steel wire rope through a roller groove on the safety lock swing arm, inserting the penetrating end of the steel wire rope into a rope inlet at the upper end of the hoist, slightly lifting the steel wire rope when the steel wire rope is not inserted, and forcibly inserting the steel wire rope downwards so as to tightly insert the steel wire rope into the hoist.
(2) The change-over switch is rotated and the corresponding lifting button is pressed, so that the steel wire rope automatically passes through the rotating disc of the hoister in a balanced manner.
(3) And vertically guiding the steel wire rope which penetrates out to the outer side of the suspension platform through the lower end of the hoister bracket, and coiling the steel wire rope.
(4) The lifting machines at the two ends are respectively threaded until the steel wire rope is tensioned and then stop immediately, then the change-over switch is turned to the middle position, the lifting button is inching, and simultaneously the two ends of the suspension platform are pulled to be in a suspension state under the action of self weight, so that the suspension platform is prevented from colliding with the wall surface or other objects when being separated from the ground surface. And stopping lifting when the suspended platform is 20-30cm away from the ground, checking whether the suspended platform is in a horizontal state, if the suspended platform is inclined, turning the change-over switch to the low end to check, and clicking a lifting button to enable the lifting machine at the low end of the suspended platform to be in the horizontal position.
The eighth step: and fixing the rope end of the working steel wire rope.
