As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a wire spool arrangement for positioning a wire reel 104, such as positioning the wire reel 104 between a ferrule 102 and a first shoulder 113 of a main shaft 101. The device includes: a spindle 101, a ferrule 102, and a fixture 103. The wire reel 104 is disposed through the main shaft 101, and at least one engaging groove 109 is disposed on the main shaft 101. The ferrule 102 is inserted into the main shaft 101. And ferrule 102 abuts wire reel 104. The wire reel 104 rotates to take out the wire with the main body 112 of the main shaft 101 as a rotation axis. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the fixing member 103 includes a knob 105 and an elastic member 106 which are snap-fitted. A click 107 is provided on the knob 105, an opening 108 is provided at a first end of the main shaft 101 facing the fixing member 103, and the click 107 enters the click 109 from the opening 108 to click on the main shaft 101. The elastic member 106 abuts against the ferrule 102.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in the present embodiment, the main shaft 101 is provided with a slot 109. After the bayonet 107 on the fixing member 103 is clamped with the main shaft 101, the amount of elastic deformation generated by the elastic member 106 can be adapted to wire reels of different specifications, that is, suitable wire discharging speeds can be provided for the wire reels of different specifications. It should be noted that the number of the card slots 109 is not limited in the present application.
The elastic member 106 had a length of 20mm before being compressed, i.e., in a natural state, and a length of 10.5mm after being compressed. Therefore, the moving distance of the knob 105 is prevented from being frequently adjusted when the wire reels with different specifications are assembled, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the fixing member 103 is formed by a knob 105 and an elastic member 106, which are fastened together, so that the assembly and disassembly are also facilitated, and only the fixing member 103 as an assembly needs to be assembled or disassembled, and a plurality of parts do not need to be disassembled, which is beneficial to improving the replacement efficiency of the wire reel. And in this application with mounting 103 and main shaft 101 joint, replace current spiro union connected mode, to assembly and dismantlement, all do benefit to raising the efficiency, it is more convenient to operate.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a first inner circumferential surface of the knob 105 is formed with at least one protrusion 115 protruding inward in a radial direction, the protrusion 115 has a first end surface opposite to the ferrule 102, and the first end surface abuts against the elastic member 106; the stability of the resilient member 106 after the wire reel 104 is secured is enhanced to prevent displacement of the resilient member 106 relative to the ferrule 102 after assembly.
Referring to fig. 5, the knob 105 is provided with a plurality of hooks 110 at intervals along a circumferential direction on a side thereof opposite to the elastic member 106, and the elastic member 106 is engaged with the knob 105 by the hooks 110. The clips 110 extend along the circumferential direction of the knob 105 and may be disposed opposite to each other.
Referring to fig. 5, the second inner circumferential surface of the knob 105 is formed with the above-mentioned bayonet 107 protruding inward in the radial direction, and the bayonet 107 may be arranged oppositely in pairs so as to enhance the stability of the bayonet 107 being engaged with the spindle 101. A clamping area is formed between the first inner circumferential surface and the second inner circumferential surface. After the elastic member 106 is clamped with the buckle 110, the elastic member 106 is clamped in the clamping area, which is beneficial to enhancing the clamping stability of the elastic member 106. And the elastic member 106 is engaged with the radial outer side of the buckle 110.
In this embodiment, the ferrule 102 has a first end and a second end that are symmetrical. The cutting sleeve 102 has the fool-proof effect, is convenient to assemble and can be adapted to wire reels of different specifications.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the wire reel 104 has a first cylindrical portion 111, the main shaft 101 includes a main body portion 112, and the main body portion 112 is provided with a first shoulder 113 and a step portion 114 in this order. The main body 112 passes through the first cylindrical portion 111, and the wire reel 104 is fitted over the step portion 114 of the main shaft 101 and abuts against the first shoulder 113. The main body 112 of the spindle 101 passes through the first cylindrical portion 111 of the wire reel 104 and the ferrule 102 in this order, and is engaged with the knob 105. That is, in the case of the wire reel 104 of the partial specification, the wire reel 104 passes through the step portion 114 and abuts against the first shoulder 113.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 106 is a spring, the ferrule 102 has a through hole for the spindle 101 to pass through, and an outer diameter of an end of the spring is larger than an outer diameter of the through hole, so that the elastic member 106 is abutted to the ferrule 102.
In another embodiment of the present application, the first end of the main shaft 101, i.e., the first end of the main body 112, is provided with at least two locking slots 109, and the axial distance between the bottom of each locking slot 109 and the ferrule 102 is different. So that it is possible to realize: when the bayonet 107 of the knob 105 is engaged with different bayonet slots 109, the elastic deformation amount of the elastic member 106 is different. Therefore, the wire reel device can be adapted to wire reels with different specifications, and the universality of the wire reel device is improved. The axial direction refers to an axial direction along the main body 112 of the main shaft 101. The second end of the main body 112 is fixedly connected to a welding machine.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the main body portion 112 of the main shaft 101 passes through the first cylindrical portion 111, and the wire reel 104 is fitted over the main body portion 112 of the main shaft 101 and abuts against the step portion 114. The main body 112 of the spindle 101 passes through the first cylindrical portion 111 of the wire reel 104 and the ferrule 102 in this order, and is engaged with the knob 105. That is, in the wire reel 104 of the partial specification, the wire reel 104 passes through the main body portion 112 of the main shaft 101 and abuts against the step portion 114 of the main shaft 101. Therefore, the wire shaft device provided by the application has higher universality on the wire reels with different specifications.
To sum up, the utility model provides a silk axle device has following advantage at least:
the wire shaft device disclosed by the embodiment only needs to disassemble the fixing part, the clamping sleeve and the three parts of the wire reel when the wire reel is disassembled and replaced, so that more parts are avoided to be disassembled, the operation is convenient, and the replacement efficiency of the wire reel is improved.
