In other embodiments, the limiting structure may also be configured as other structures, specifically, at least one protrusion and a recess are disposed on the outer sidewall of the inner casing 201 and the inner sidewall of the outer casing 202, for example, and the protrusion is engaged with the recess.
Since dust and hair float in the outside air and are also present, when the hair dryer is used, the airflow generator in the hair dryer operates to make the outside air form an airflow to enter the hair dryer, and the airflow enters the head 10 after passing through the air duct 205 inside the handle 20 and the air inlet portion 15 of the head 10, and is heated by the heating element to be blown out from the air outlet 17, so that the outside dust and hair enter the hair dryer together with the airflow and are left in the hair dryer to pollute the inside of the hair dryer, and the blown hot air can pollute the dried objects or the hair. Meanwhile, after long-term use, the accumulation of dust and hair can affect the heat dissipation of internal functional components, so that the hair dryer is damaged or the using effect of the hair dryer is affected.
To prevent external dust and hair from entering the hair dryer, the hair dryer further includes a filter assembly 40 detachably mounted to the air inlet 204. The filter assembly 40 includes a grill 402 and a filter net 401, and an opening (not numbered) for passing the outlet sleeve 7 is formed at the bottom end of the grill 402.
It should be noted that the grille 402 and the filter screen 401 are integrally formed or detachably mounted. The filter assembly 40 and the handle 20 may be a rotating snap-fit connection or a magnetically attracted connection. The filtering holes of the grid 402 may be diamond-shaped holes, circular holes, or polygonal holes. In this embodiment, the installation manner of the grating 402 and the filter screen 401 and the shape of the filter holes are not particularly limited. In this embodiment, the filter screen 401 is disposed in the inner casing 201, that is, in the air duct 205 of the handle 20, and the grille 402 is disposed at the bottom of the handle 20 and connected to the outer casing 202 through the rotating buckle, so that the user can detach the grille 402 by manually rotating the grille 402, thereby simplifying the detaching mode between the grille 402 and the handle 20 and improving the detaching efficiency of the grille 402.
Specifically, the bottom end of the outer shell 202 extends out of the bottom end of the inner shell 201, a gap is formed between the outer shell 202 and the clamping arm 8, a card inserting portion 403 is formed at the top end of the grating 402, the card inserting portion 403 extends along the circumferential direction of the grating 402, and the thickness of the card inserting portion 403 is smaller than the thickness of the side wall of the grating 402. The housing 202 and the holding arm 8 have a gap therebetween, and the thickness of the card insertion portion 403 is adapted to the size of the gap. The engaging portion 403 is formed with an engaging groove 91, and the inner side wall of the housing 202 is formed with an engaging piece 92, and when assembling, the engaging portion 403 is inserted into the gap, and the grill 402 is rotated so that the engaging piece (not shown) of the housing 202 enters the engaging groove 91, and the grill 402 is fixed to the housing 202.
It should be noted that, because the thickness of the card-inserting part 403 is smaller than the thickness of the side wall of the grille 402, after the assembly is completed, the top end of the grille 402 and the bottom end of the casing 202 can abut against each other, and the outer surface of the grille 402 and the outer surface of the casing 202 are horizontal, so that the whole structure of the hair dryer is more compact, and the sealing performance of the hair dryer is enhanced.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments are only a few, but not all, of the embodiments described herein. Based on the embodiments in the present application, a person skilled in the art may make other variations or changes without creative efforts, and all of them should fall into the protection scope of the present application.
