The endoscope apparatus includes a host (not shown), a camera (not shown), a cable electrically connected to the camera, and a connector assembly 10, wherein the connector assembly 10 can be used to electrically connect the host and the camera.
Specifically, the connector assembly 10 includes a male connector 100 and a female connector 200, and electrical communication is achieved by the mating of the male connector 100 and the female connector 200.
Specifically, the male connector 100 is disposed at one end of the cable or the host by means of clamping, screwing, etc., the female connector 200 is correspondingly disposed at one end of the host or the cable by means of clamping, screwing, etc., and the male connector 100 and the female connector 200 are inserted and matched to achieve electrical communication between the host and the camera.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the male connector 100 optionally includes a housing 130 and conductive contacts 140.
The housing 130 serves as a main body support structure of the male connector 100, and is easy to hold, and also provides a mounting and supporting position for the conductive contacts 140 and wires.
The conductive contact 140 may be in the form of a gold finger, and the conductive contact 140 may be electrically connected to the female connector 200. It should be noted that the golden finger can be configured such that the connector assembly 10 is configured in a flat mouth configuration, which makes it easier to control the insertion angle and facilitate insertion, relative to a connector assembly having a round configuration of a conventional endoscope.
Specifically, the housing 130 is provided with a mounting cavity 131, and the conductive contacts 140 are mounted in the mounting cavity 131, so that the conductive contacts 140 can be electrically connected with the female connector 200 when the male connector 100 is inserted into the female connector 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the male connector 100 further includes a waterproof filling layer 150 filled in the mounting cavity 131 and wrapping a portion of the conductive contacts 140.
Specifically, can install conductive contact 140 in installation cavity 131, make conductive contact 140's circumference lateral wall and installation cavity 131's circumference inside wall interval set up, pour into waterproof filling layer 150 into installation cavity 131 in and make waterproof filling layer 150 parcel conductive contact 140's middle part circumference lateral wall, front and back conducting part exposes, thereby disinfect when the camera to endoscope equipment, during the sterilization, utilize waterproof filling layer 150 can be waterproof, avoid external steam to get into and produce incident such as short circuit.
Of course, in other embodiments, the waterproof filling layer 150 may be wrapped on the circumferential side wall of the conductive contact 140 in advance, and then the conductive contact 140 may be installed in the installation cavity 131 in an interference fit manner.
It can be understood that, the waterproof filling layer 150 wraps part of the conductive contacts 140, which means that along the inserting and pulling direction of the male connector 100, the waterproof filling layer 150 wraps part of the conductive contacts 140, which not only does not affect the electrical connection between the conductive contacts 140 and the female connector 200, but also can reliably prevent external water from entering the male connector 100.
Moreover, the waterproof filling layer 150 preferably wraps the circumferential side wall of part of the conductive contact piece 140, so that the waterproof filling layer can be tightly attached to the inner side wall of the installation cavity 131, and the waterproof effect is good.
The waterproof filling layer 150 may be an element having a waterproof function, such as waterproof glue.
In addition, waterproof filling layer 150 can be wrapped on the outer side wall of shell 130, so that the gripping experience can be improved, and the functions of protection and water prevention can be achieved.
The conductive contact piece 140 can be installed and fixed in the installation cavity 131 by adopting a plugging, clamping or screwing mode, and can also be directly filled and fixed through the waterproof filling layer 150, and the conductive contact piece 140 can be electrically connected with the female connector 200 only by ensuring that the male connector 100 is inserted into the female connector 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing 130 has a first outer sidewall 110 and a second outer sidewall 120. The first outer wall 110 is provided with a first guide portion 111, and the second outer wall 120 is provided with a second guide portion 121.
Specifically, the first and second outer sidewalls 110 and 120 refer to two sidewalls that surround the outer contour of the housing 130. The first exterior side wall 110 and the second exterior side wall 120 may be on two different planes, for example, the first exterior side wall 110 and the second exterior side wall 120 may be any two of a left side wall, a right side wall, a top wall, and a bottom wall.
Preferably, the first outer sidewall 110 and the second outer sidewall 120 are disposed at an interval, so that the male connector 100 and the female connector 200 are stressed on two sides when in plug-in fit, the stress is balanced, and the stability and reliability of the plug-in fit of the male connector 100 and the female connector 200 are ensured.
More specifically, the first outer sidewall 110 is a left sidewall of the housing 130, and the second outer sidewall 120 is a right sidewall of the housing 130, so that the left and right sides are stressed in a balanced manner during the plugging process of the male connector 100; or, the first outer sidewall 110 is a top wall of the housing 130, and the second outer sidewall 120 is a bottom wall of the housing 130, so that the upper side and the lower side of the male connector 100 are stressed in a balanced manner during the plugging process.
The female connector 200 has a plugging cavity 210, and the shell 130 can be inserted into the plugging cavity 210 to make the conductive contacts 140 and the female connector 200 realize plugging and matching and electrical communication.
As shown in fig. 4, in particular, the plug cavity 210 has a first inner side wall 211 and a second inner side wall 212. The first inner sidewall 211 is provided with a third guide portion 220, and the second inner sidewall 212 is provided with a fourth guide portion 230. Thus, when the male connector 100 is inserted into the plugging cavity 210, the insertion of the housing 130 is guided and positioned by the guiding fit of the first guide portion 111 and the third guide portion 220 and the guiding fit of the second guide portion 121 and the fourth guide portion 230, so that the male connector 100 and the female connector 200 are accurately plugged and matched.
Also, since the first guide portion 111 and the third guide portion 220 are fitted to each other and the second guide portion 121 and the fourth guide portion 230 are fitted to each other, the cross-sectional size of the third guide portion 220 is different from that of the fourth guide portion 230. Thus, when the housing 130 is inserted into the plugging cavity 210, the user can accurately and conveniently recognize the insertion posture of the male connector 100 by using the difference between the cross-sectional dimensions of the first guide part 111 and the second guide part 121 and the difference between the cross-sectional dimensions of the third guide part 220 and the fourth guide part 230, so that the first guide part 111 is aligned with the third guide part 220, the second guide part 121 is aligned with the fourth guide part 230, thereby avoiding misoperation and ensuring the smoothness and accuracy of the insertion process of the male connector 100.
It should be noted that the cross-sectional size of the first guiding portion 111 is different from that of the second guiding portion 121, which may mean that the cross-sectional shapes of the two portions are different, for example, one is triangular and the other is rectangular; it may also mean that the cross-sections are of different sizes, for example one larger and one smaller.
The guiding fit of the first guiding portion 111 and the third guiding portion 220 can be realized in a plug-in fit manner, or in a sliding fit manner, and only the requirement that the housing 130 can be accurately and smoothly inserted into the plug-in cavity 210 is met. Similarly, the guiding cooperation between the second guiding portion 121 and the fourth guiding portion 230 can be realized in a plugging cooperation manner, and also can be realized in a sliding fit manner, and only the requirement that the housing 130 can be accurately and smoothly inserted into the plugging cavity 210 is met.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present application, the first guide portion 111 is provided with a first guide rib 1111 extending along the inserting and extracting direction (e.g., the direction AB in fig. 1, wherein the direction a is the inserting direction, and the direction B is the extracting direction), and the third guide portion 220 is provided with a first guide groove 221 adapted to the first guide rib 1111; the second guide portion 121 is provided with a second guide rib 1211 extending in the inserting and extracting direction, and the fourth guide portion 230 is provided with a second guide groove 231 adapted to the second guide rib 1211. Thus, when the housing 130 is inserted into the plugging cavity 210, the housing 130 is smoothly inserted into the plugging cavity 210 to be plugged with the female connector 200 for electrical communication by the plugging fit of the first guiding rib 1111 and the first guiding groove 221 and the plugging fit of the second guiding rib 1211 and the second guiding groove 231.
Meanwhile, the cross-sectional size of the first guide rib 1111 is different from that of the second guide rib 1211, and accordingly, the cross-sectional size of the first guide groove 221 is different from that of the second guide groove 231; moreover, the cross-sectional dimension of the first guide rib 1111 is matched with the cross-sectional dimension of the first guide groove 221, the cross-sectional dimension of the second guide rib 1211 is matched with the cross-sectional dimension of the second guide groove 231, and the cross-sectional dimension difference between the first guide rib 1111 and the second guide rib 1211 and the cross-sectional dimension difference between the first guide groove 221 and the second guide groove 231 are utilized to facilitate the user to accurately and conveniently identify and adjust the insertion posture of the male connector 100, so that the first guide rib 1111 is aligned with the first guide groove 221, and the second guide rib 1211 is aligned with the second guide groove 231, thereby avoiding the occurrence of misoperation and ensuring the smoothness and accuracy of the insertion process of the male connector 100.
Alternatively, a first introduction port may be provided on a side of the first guide groove 221 facing the male connector 100, so that the first guide rib 1111 can be smoothly inserted into the first guide groove 221, thereby improving the smoothness of insertion.
The first guide opening may be trapezoidal or flared, so that the first guide rib 1111 is conveniently guided into the first guide groove 221.
Alternatively, the second guide groove 231 may be provided with a second introduction port on a side facing the male tab 100, so that the second guide rib 1211 can be smoothly inserted into the second guide groove 231, thereby improving the smoothness of insertion.
The second introduction port may have a trapezoidal or flared shape, so that the second guide rib 1211 is guided into the second guide groove 231.
Of course, the first introduction port may be provided on the side of the first guide groove 221 facing the male connector 100, and the second introduction port may be provided on the side of the second guide groove 231 facing the male connector 100, so that the male connector 100 is inserted into the plugging chamber 210 more smoothly.
As shown in fig. 1, the female connector 200 optionally includes a holder 240 and a power module 250.
The fixing base 240 may serve as a main supporting structure of the female connector 200, and may provide a mounting and supporting position for components such as the power connection module 250 and a wire.
The power connection module 250 may be a gold finger connector or a jack module matched with a pin, and the power connection module 250 may be used to electrically connect with the male connector 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in particular, the fixing base 240 is provided with a plugging cavity 210, and the power connection module 250 is installed in the plugging cavity 210, so that when the housing 130 is inserted into the plugging cavity 210 of the fixing base 240, the conductive contact 140 can be electrically connected to the power connection module 250, and thus the male connector 100 is electrically connected to the female connector 200.
More specifically, when the male connector 100 is partially inserted into the plug cavity 210 of the fixing base 240, the power connection module 250 is electrically connected to the conductive contact 140.
The power connection module 250 can be installed and fixed in the plug cavity 210 by means of plugging, clamping or screwing, and the electrical connection with the power connection module 250 can be realized only by ensuring that the male connector 100 is inserted into the plug cavity 210. The power connection module 250 may have a slot for inserting the conductive contact 140, and the inner sidewall of the slot may be provided with a metal plate electrically connected to the gold finger.
As shown in fig. 1, particularly in the embodiment of the present application, the plug cavity 210 has an insertion opening for inserting the housing 130, and the male connector 100 can be partially inserted into the plug cavity 210 from the insertion opening; the opposite side of the fixing seat 240 to the insertion opening is provided with an installation through hole 241 communicated with the insertion cavity 210, that is, the opposite sides of the fixing seat 240 are respectively provided with the insertion opening and the installation through hole 241.
Moreover, the outer side wall of the power connection module 250 is provided with a first limiting portion, and the inner side wall of the plug cavity 210 is provided with a second limiting portion, so that the power connection module 250 passes through the installation through hole 241 and enters the plug cavity 210, and at the moment, the first limiting portion is in limiting fit with the second limiting portion, so that axial limiting is performed on installation of the power connection module 250 in the installation cavity 131, and axial movement of the power connection module 250 in the plug cavity 210 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the female connector 200 further includes an abutting element 260, and the abutting element 260 is disposed on a side of the fixing base 240 opposite to the insertion opening, that is, the abutting element 260 is disposed on a side away from the male connector 100. The abutting element 260 is connected to the fixing base 240 and is in abutting engagement with the power connection module 250. Thus, after the electrical connection module 250 is inserted into the plug cavity 210 through the mounting through hole 241, the abutting element 260 abuts against the electrical connection module 250, so as to prevent the male connector 100 from pushing the electrical connection module 250 to move along the insertion direction during the insertion process, and ensure that the conductive contact piece 140 can be stably and reliably electrically connected to the electrical connection module 250.
The abutting element 260 may be detachably connected to a side of the fixing base 240 away from the male connector 100 by a screw connection, a clamping connection, or an insertion connection, so as to abut against the power connection module 250 inserted into the insertion connection cavity 210, and facilitate replacement of the power connection module 250. Certainly, the abutting element 260 may also be connected to the side of the fixing base 240 departing from the male connector 100 in an undetachable manner such as riveting, and the connection is stable.
The abutting element 260 may be in the form of an abutting strip, an abutting block, or an abutting plate. The number of the abutting elements 260 may be one, two or more, and only the abutting and limiting of the power connection module 250 inserted into the plug cavity 210 needs to be performed, so as to avoid the power connection module 250 from moving axially. Of course, the matching position of the first limiting part and the second limiting part can be multiple positions, for example, the two opposite sides can be matched in a limiting manner, so that the reliability of limiting is ensured.
In addition, the limiting matching of the first limiting part and the second limiting part can be realized in a plug-in matching mode.
As shown in fig. 1, the first position-limiting portion is provided with a position-limiting groove 251 extending along the inserting and extracting direction. Moreover, one end of the limiting groove 251 extends to one side of the power connection module 250 facing the male connector 100, and the other end of the limiting groove 251 opposite to the one side of the power connection module 250 facing away from the male connector 100 is disposed at an interval, that is, along the insertion direction, the limiting groove 251 extends from one side of the power connection module 250 facing the male connector 100 for a certain distance and is disposed at an interval with one side of the power connection module 250 facing away from the male connector 100, so that in the plugging direction, the extending length of the limiting groove 251 is smaller than the distance between two opposite sides of the power connection module 250. As shown in fig. 1, the second position-limiting portion is provided with a position-limiting rib 242 extending along the inserting/extracting direction and engaging with the position-limiting groove 251 in a limited manner. So set up, when will connect in electric module 250 inserts in plug-in chamber 210, spacing muscle 242 inserts in the spacing groove 251, utilizes spacing cooperation of spacing muscle 242 and spacing groove 251 to can restrict to connect electric module 250 to continue to move towards the direction of being close to male joint 100, and the tight of propping of combining conflict component 260 again, and then will connect electric module 250 stable, reliable the setting in plug-in chamber 210. In addition, the limiting groove 251 can be further matched with a guiding component such as a guiding rib on the inner side wall of the mounting cavity 131 in a guiding manner so as to guide the insertion of the housing 130 into the insertion cavity 210, and only the requirement that the guiding rib and the limiting rib 242 cannot interfere with each other or influence each other is met.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the male connector 100 further has a third outer side wall 132, and specifically, the housing 130 has the third outer side wall 132. The plug cavity 210 also has a third inner sidewall disposed corresponding to the third outer sidewall 132. And, be equipped with first locking portion on the third lateral wall 132, be equipped with second locking portion on the third inside wall, when shell 130 inserts in the grafting chamber 210 for first locking portion and the mutual locking cooperation of second locking portion, thereby can be with male joint 100 and female joint 200 stable, reliable even as an organic whole, avoid taking place the pine to take off, guarantee electric connection's reliability.
It is understood that the third exterior sidewall 132 may be in a different plane than the first exterior sidewall 110 and the second exterior sidewall 120, such that the insertion and locking of the male connector 100 and the female connector 200 do not interfere with each other. Of course, the third outer sidewall 132 may be coplanar with the first outer sidewall 110 or the second outer sidewall 120 and belong to the same plane, so that the insertion and the locking are not interfered with each other.
Wherein, the locking cooperation of first locking portion and second locking portion can be realized through the complex mode of contradicting, also can realize through the complex mode of pegging graft, only need satisfy can realize locking male joint 100 with female joint 200 and avoid taking place to loosen and take off can.
The locking engagement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion may be performed on one side of the male connector 100, or may be performed on a plurality of sides of the male connector 100, for example, on two opposing side walls, so that the locking is more stable.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, specifically, the first lock portion is provided with a lock groove 133 extending perpendicular to the insertion and extraction direction. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the second locking portion includes a locking spring 270. And, locking shell fragment 270 is connected with fixing base 240, locking shell fragment 270 at least part stretches into in the grafting chamber 210, so, when male joint 100 inserts in the grafting chamber 210, third lateral wall 132 takes place to contradict with the part that locking shell fragment 270 stretches into in the grafting chamber 210, thereby extrude locking shell fragment 270 and overcome the elasticity of locking shell fragment 270 and move outside towards the grafting chamber 210, when male joint 100 targets in place with female joint 200 and realize electric connection, locking groove 133 sets up with the part that locking shell fragment 270 stretches into in the grafting chamber 210 relatively, locking shell fragment 270 resets and stretches into in the locking groove 133 under the effect of reset force, thereby can lock male joint 100 and female joint 200, avoid male joint 100 and female joint 200 to take place relative movement and pine to take place.
Moreover, when the housing 130 is inserted into the insertion cavity 210, the operator can feel whether the male connector 100 is inserted in place by the shaking of the locking spring 270 when it springs into the locking groove 133.
The locking groove 133 may be a strip groove or a circular hole.
