The adapter ring according to claim 1, wherein the fourth connecting portion includes a second groove, a third groove, and a holding portion, the second groove communicates with the third groove, the second groove penetrates the second main body portion in a direction in which the first adapter is disposed toward the second adapter, a side wall of the third groove, which is away from the first adapter, defines the holding portion, and the lamp cover includes a connecting portion, which is insertable into the second groove, rotatable into the third groove, and restricted by the holding portion from being displaced in the direction in which the connecting portion is disposed.

The adapter ring according to claim 5, wherein the adapter ring further comprises a first supporting member, the first supporting member is disposed obliquely along a direction from the second groove to the third groove, and the first supporting member enables the lamp cover to be abutted by the abutting portion.
7. The adapter ring according to claim 5, wherein a first limiting member is disposed on the first main body portion corresponding to a position of the at least one fourth connecting portion, the first limiting member being configured to: the first limiting piece comprises a third protruding part which can move to extend into the second groove or the third groove so as to limit the rotation of the lampshade; the third protruding part can move to retract into the first main body part so as to release the limitation on the lampshade.
8. The adapter ring of claim 5 wherein said second adapter member includes at least two of said fourth connecting portions, said fourth connecting portions being evenly spaced along a circumference of said second through hole.
9. The adapter ring of claim 1, further comprising a first shield disposed between the first adapter and the second adapter, the first shield being configured with a mistake proofing structure to allow the lamp shade to be inserted in a designated posture.
10. A light fixture, comprising:
a lamp shade;
a lamp body;
the adapter ring of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein two ends of the adapter ring are connected to the lamp shade and the lamp body, respectively.
