The operator spreads the sling main body and places the sling main body below the urethra flatly, takes the inferior pubic periosteum on the right side to insert the needle, the distance between the needle insertion point and the needle outlet point is about 1cm, the suture needle penetrates through the whole periosteum, the needle point of the soft tissue thread passing device is sleeved by the nickel-titanium thread guide channel, the operator uses the soft tissue thread passing device to feed the nickel-titanium thread inwards, the sleeve ring end of the nickel-titanium thread is led out of the channel by the aid of the nickel-titanium thread guide channel, then the handle is withdrawn, the assistant winds the prepared suture around the nickel-titanium thread sleeve ring, the operator pulls the nickel-titanium thread to guide the suture to pass through the periosteum, the second connecting end passes through the large circular ring of the second fixing end in advance, and at the moment, the preset suture is prepared; after the second connecting end passes through the large circular ring, the second fixing end is fixed on the periosteum by a suture in a knot pushing device or a single-hand knotting mode, the second connecting end is brought into a tissue gap, the barb rivet and the rivet push rod are installed, the sling is pulled to a proper tension, the length of the implant in the body is adjusted through one-way movement of the barb rivet in the second connecting end, the redundant sling is subtracted after satisfaction is adjusted, then anterior wall tissues of the vagina are sewed by the suture discontinuously, and iodophor gauze is filled in the vagina to compress and prevent the internal bleeding of the vagina.
The intra-vaginal iodophor gauze should be removed after 6 hours, the catheter is kept for 6 hours, the patient is encouraged to drink more water and urinate in time, the basic vital signs of the patient are closely concerned after the operation, and the urination condition after the catheter is pulled out is recorded.
The fixing structure described in the patent is divided into a periosteum end and a circular ring end, the periosteum end is fixed on the inferior pubis periosteum in a line knot mode (more than 3 square knots) by using a soft tissue line threading device, a line pushing device, a nickel-titanium wire guide channel and an absorbable suture line, the distance between an inserted needle and an extracted needle is about 1-2cm, and the suture depth is the full periosteum. The large ring of the second fixing section can be sleeved with the second connecting end in advance, and the barb rivet can be placed into the tail side of the second connecting end in advance.

Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, the annular structure of the second fixed end is changed into two mutually connected collars (107). One of the collars is used for fixing the nickel-titanium wire. The nickel titanium wire is fixed with the periosteum through the first lantern ring.
The second collar is used to secure the second connection end (104). After the second connection end (104) has been passed through the first collar, it can be fixed by means of rivets. This allows the configuration of the second connection end (104) to be adjusted without the two collars interfering with each other. Referring to fig. 5, the second connection end (104) has a double-ring structure, wherein one ring is used for matching the second fixing end and the rivet for fixing; the other ring is used for threading and fixing the nickel-titanium wire. The two rings are connected with each other, and can be fixed rings, or can be connected in a non-fixed way by sleeving the two rings together.

Claims (10)

1. A urethra middle section suspension sling is characterized by comprising a first fixed end, a first connecting end, a sling main body, a second connecting end and a second fixed end; the first connecting end is a slender woven belt, and two ends of the first connecting end are respectively connected to the first fixing end and the hanging belt main body; the first fixed end is fixed on the inferior inner periosteum of the inferior pubis on one side; one end of the second connecting end is connected with the sling main body, and the other end of the second connecting end is fixed on the inferior pubis inside periosteum on the other side; wherein the length of the first connecting end is 2-4cm.
2. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 wherein said sling body has a width of 0.5-2cm; the length of the sling main body is 4-8cm.
3. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to any one of claims 1-2 in which the second connecting end is connected at one end to the sling body and at the other end to a loop secured to the inferior pubic medial periosteum of the other side, and the length of the sling remaining in the body is determined by adjusting the length of the loop.
4. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the second connecting end is 6-15cm in length.
5. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the first connecting end is a flat and/or tubular braid having a transverse diameter or diameter of 1-4mm.
6. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the second connecting end is a tubular braid having a cross-diameter or diameter of 2-4mm.
7. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the first fixed end is a circular ring having an inner diameter of 1-4mm.
8. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the second connecting end is a tubular braid; the barbed rivet can only be pushed towards the direction of the sling main body in a single direction in the tubular braided belt, so that the specific length of the tubular braided belt remained in the body in the operation can be adjusted.
9. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the first fixed end is a periosteal nail; for fixing the first connection end to the pubic periosteum.
10. The mid-urethral suspension sling according to claim 1 in which the second fixed end is a 8-shaped ring with a small inner diameter of 1-3mm that can be threaded through a non-absorbable thread for fixation to the inferior medial pubic periosteum; the inner diameter of the large circular ring is 2-4mm, and the large circular ring can pass through the second connecting end and is used for fixing the second connecting end.
