When the clothes are treated, the steam generating assembly 120 is used for supplying steam to the accommodating cavity 111, and the clothes are ironed and treated by the steam.
In order to facilitate placing the clothes, as shown in fig. 1, the cabinet 100 includes a cabinet 110 and a door 120, the accommodating cavity 111 is disposed in the cabinet 110, and the door 120 is hinged to an opening of the cabinet 110. When clothes need to be placed, the door 120 is rotated to open the opening of the cabinet 110, the clothes are placed in the accommodating cavity 111, and then the door 120 is rotated to close the opening of the cabinet 110. Thereby facilitating the placement of the laundry in the receiving cavity 111.
In order to meet the needs of ironing and caring some clothes, such as trousers, ties, etc., for performing a shaping and caring, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating cavity 111 has a first sidewall 1111 as shown in fig. 3, the present application provides a clothes caring machine 10 further comprising a shaping assembly 200 and a clothes hanger 300, wherein the shaping assembly 200 is disposed on the first sidewall 1111, the clothes hanger 300 is hung in the accommodating cavity 111, the clothes hanger 300 is used for hanging the clothes, and the shaping assembly 200 is used for shaping and caring the clothes on the clothes hanger 300. The setting assembly 200 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 111, the setting assembly 200 is used for setting the clothes, and the clothes can be shaped under the action of the setting assembly 200 and the steam.
It can be understood that the receiving cavity 111 has a first side wall 1111, and the first side wall 1111 may be a side wall of the door 120 or an inner wall of the cabinet 110.
On this basis, in order to facilitate the installation and removal of the styling component 200, as shown in fig. 4, the laundry care machine 10 provided by the present application further includes a supporting plate 400, the supporting plate 400 is disposed on the first side wall 1111, as shown in fig. 5, the styling component 200 is disposed on the supporting plate 400. When the setting assembly 200 needs to be installed, the setting assembly 200 is only required to be installed on the supporting plate 400, and then the supporting plate 400 is arranged on the first side wall 1111; when the fixing assembly 200 is disassembled, the supporting plate 400 is removed from the first sidewall 1111. To facilitate installation and removal of the styling assembly 200.
On this basis, in order to realize the visualization of the clothes care process, the door body 120 provided by the present application is made of a transparent material, and the first side wall 1111 is an inner wall of the cabinet body 110. Set up backup pad 400 on the lateral wall of non-door body 120 lateral wall, set up door body 120 to the transparentization, in the course of the work of design subassembly 200, operating personnel can observe the condition that holds in the chamber 111, improves operating personnel's visual experience.
On the basis, in order to facilitate hanging of the clothes, as shown in fig. 6, the supporting plate 400 is slidably connected to the first side wall 1111 and can slide out of the accommodating cavity 111 through the opening of the cabinet 110. When the supporting plate 400 is slidably connected with the first side wall 1111 and the clothes are required to be hung on the hanging projection 410 and the clothes are subjected to setting care, as shown in fig. 7, the supporting plate 400 is slid to slide the supporting plate 400 out of the accommodating cavity 111; as shown in fig. 8, the clothes are hung on the hanging protrusion 410, and the supporting plate 400 is slid into the accommodating cavity 111 to facilitate the hanging of the clothes.
In this case, as shown in fig. 9, a hanging protrusion 410 may be provided on the support plate 400, the hanger 300 may be hung on the hanging protrusion 410, and then the clothes may be hung on the hanger 300, and in the process of sliding the support plate 400, the hanging protrusion 410 may move along with the movement of the support plate 400, the hanger 300 hung on the hanging protrusion 410 may move along with the movement of the hanging protrusion 410, and the clothes hung on the hanger 300 may move along with the movement of the hanger 300, so that the clothes may be hung.
In order to realize the sliding connection between the support plate 400 and the first side wall 1111, as shown in fig. 9, a sliding rail assembly 500 may be disposed between the first side wall 1111 and the support plate 400, as shown in fig. 10, the sliding rail assembly 500 includes a sliding rail 510 and a sliding block 520, one of the sliding rail 510 and the sliding block 520 is disposed on the first side wall 1111, the other one of the sliding rail 510 and the sliding block 520 is disposed on the support plate 400, and the sliding rail 510 and the sliding block 520 are slidably connected. The support plate 400 slides relative to the first side wall 1111 through the cooperation of the sliding rail 510 and the sliding block 520, so that the support plate 400 slides out of the accommodating cavity 111.
It can be understood that the slide rail 510 is oriented to slide the support plate 400 out of the receiving cavity 111.
For example, as shown in fig. 10, in a state where the door 120 is closed, the first side wall 1111 is perpendicular to the door 120 and perpendicular to the ground, the sliding rail 510 is disposed on the first side wall 1111, the sliding rail 510 extends in a direction parallel to the ground, the slider 520 is disposed on the support plate 400, and the support plate 400 and the first side wall 1111 slide relative to each other by cooperation of the sliding rail 510 and the slider 520.
One of the rail assemblies 500 may be provided, or two, three or more of the rail assemblies 500 may also be provided, for example, as shown in fig. 11, two rail assemblies 500 are provided between the support plate 400 and the first side wall 1111 and are sequentially distributed along a direction perpendicular to the ground, and by providing the two rail assemblies 500, the support plate 400 slides more stably when the support plate 400 is pulled.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, in order to realize the relative sliding between the first side wall 1111 and the support plate 400, a guide groove 530 may be formed on the first side wall 1111, and the guide groove 530 extends in a direction parallel to the ground; the support plate 400 is provided with the pulley 540 such that the pulley 540 is positioned in the guide groove 530, and the support plate 400 and the first side wall 1111 slide relative to each other by the engagement between the pulley 540 and the guide groove 530.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 13, the setting assembly 200 includes a springboard 210 and a pressing board 220, and a first edge of the springboard 210 is fixed on the supporting board 400; the pressing plate 220 is hinged to the supporting plate 400 and can rotate around the second edge of the pressing plate 220 relative to the supporting plate 400; wherein, the pressing plate 220 can rotate between a first position and a second position, and under the condition that the pressing plate 220 is located at the first position, the pressing plate 220 is separated from the elastic plate 210; as shown in fig. 14, with the pressing plate 220 in the second position, the pressing plate 220 presses the elastic plate 210.
When the clothes are shaped, firstly the clothes are hung on the clothes hanger 300 and positioned on the surface of the elastic plate 210, then the pressing plate 220 is rotated to the second position, at this time, the clothes are positioned between the elastic plate 210 and the pressing plate 220, the pressing plate 220 can press the elastic plate 210, the clothes can be clamped between the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210, and the clothes are shaped by the clamping force between the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210. When the clothes are in a clamped state, ironing treatment is carried out on the clothes, and the clothes can be shaped.
It can be understood that the first edge of the elastic plate 210 is fixedly connected to the supporting plate 400, and other edges of the elastic plate 210 are also fixedly connected to the supporting plate 400 in addition to the first edge being fixedly connected to the supporting plate 400. Alternatively, the first edge of the springboard 210 is fixedly connected with the supporting board 400, or only the first edge may be fixedly connected with the supporting board 400, and the other edges are not fixedly connected with the supporting board 400. In this case, when the pressing plate 220 presses the elastic plate 210, the edge of the elastic plate 210, which is not fixed to the supporting plate 400, extends around to cooperate with the pressing plate 220 to clamp the clothes.
In this case, the first edge may be any edge of the springboard 210. For example, when the elastic plate 210 is a rectangular parallelepiped, the first edge of the elastic plate 210 may be any edge of four edges, which is not specifically limited in this application. For example, the edge of the spring plate 210 away from the door body 120 may be used as the first edge, and the edge of the spring plate 210 on the side away from the door body 120 may be fixedly connected to the support plate 400.
In order to press the elastic plate 210 by the pressing plate 220 when the pressing plate 220 is at the second position, as shown in fig. 15, a clamping assembly 600 is disposed between the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210, the clamping assembly 600 includes a first clamping portion 610 and a second clamping portion 620, one of the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 is disposed on the pressing plate 220, and the other of the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 is disposed on the supporting plate 400; when the pressing plate 220 is at the first position, the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 are separated; when the pressing plate 220 is at the second position, the first engaging portion 610 and the second engaging portion 620 are engaged and fixed.
One of the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 is arranged on the pressing plate 220, the other one of the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 is arranged on the supporting plate 400, when the clothes need to be hung, the pressing plate 220 is rotated to the first position, so that the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 are separated, and the clothes are hung between the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210; then, the pressing plate 220 is rotated to the second position, so that the pressing plate 220 presses the elastic plate 210, at this time, the first clamping portion 610 and the second clamping portion 620 are clamped and fixed, and the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210 are buckled together, so that the pressing plate 220 presses the elastic plate 210.
For example, as shown in fig. 16, the first fastening part 610 may be a lock seat 611, the lock seat 611 has a lock hole, the second fastening part 620 may be a latch 621, the lock seat 611 is disposed on the pressing plate 220, and the latch 621 is disposed on the supporting plate 400. When the pressing plate 220 is in the second position, the latch 621 is inserted into the locking hole, so that the latch holder 611 and the latch 621 are clamped together.
For another example, as shown in fig. 17, the first clamping portion 610 may be an elastic arm 612, and the elastic arm 612 is disposed on the pressing plate 220; the second fastening portion 620 may be a through hole 622, and the through hole 622 is opened on the supporting plate 400. Under the condition that the pressing plate 220 is at the second position, the elastic arm 612 is inserted into the through hole 622, and the elastic arm 612 is clamped in the through hole 622 by means of the elasticity of the elastic arm 612, so that the elastic arm 612 and the through hole 622 are clamped, and the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210 are fastened and fixed.
In order to ensure that the elastic plate 210 has a sufficient deformation space and a certain gap is provided between the elastic plate 210 and the supporting plate 400, the gap is used to provide a deformation space for the elastic plate 210 so as to ensure that the elastic plate 210 can be deformed enough to meet the requirement of clothes shaping, and on this basis, as shown in fig. 18, the shaping assembly 200 provided by the present application further includes at least one elastic member 230, and the elastic member 230 is abutted between the elastic plate 210 and the supporting plate 400. Under the condition that the pressing plate 220 is in the second position, the pressing plate 220 presses the elastic plate 210, and at this time, the clothes can receive the force from the pressing plate 220 and transmit the force to the first side (the side contacting with the clothes) of the elastic plate 210, the elastic plate 210 can elastically deform in the direction close to the first side wall 1111, because the elastic member 230 is arranged between the elastic plate 210 and the supporting plate 400, when the elastic plate 210 elastically deforms, the elastic member 230 can provide a supporting force for the side opposite to the first side on the elastic plate 210, the force can be transmitted to the clothes through the elastic plate 210, the clothes can be more firmly clamped between the pressing plate 220 and the elastic plate 210 under the action of the forces in two directions, and the shaping effect of the clothes can be improved accordingly.
Here, the number of the elastic members 230 may be one, two, three or more, for example, as shown in fig. 18, in the case where six elastic members 230 are provided, the six elastic members 230 are arranged on the support plate 400 in two rows in a direction perpendicular to the ground. The elastic members 230 can provide support for a plurality of positions on the elastic plate 210, that is, the clothes can be pressed more, and the clothes can be better sculpted.
In addition, the elastic member 230 may include an elastic piece, the elastic piece is abutted between the elastic plate 210 and the supporting plate 400, when the pressing plate 220 is located at the first position, the pressing plate 220 is separated from the elastic plate 210, and the elastic piece is in a relaxed state; when the pressing plate 220 is at the second position, the pressing plate 220 compresses the elastic plate 210, at the moment, the elastic sheet is in a stressed and compressed state, the elastic sheet can apply supporting force to the elastic plate 210, and at the moment, the clothes can also be subjected to larger supporting force, so that the plastic effect on the clothes is improved. The springboard 210 is supported by the spring plate.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 19, the elastic member 230 may include a spring 231, a first end of the spring 231 abuts against the support plate 400, and a second end of the spring 231 abuts against the spring plate 210. When the pressing plate 220 is located at the first position, the pressing plate 220 is separated from the elastic plate 210, and the spring 231 is in a relaxed state; when the pressing plate 220 is at the second position, the pressing plate 220 presses the elastic plate 210, at this time, the spring 231 is under a stressed and compressed state, the spring 231 can apply a supporting force to the elastic plate 210, and at this time, the clothes can also be subjected to a larger supporting force, so that the plastic effect on the clothes is improved. The springboard 210 is supported by a spring 231.
In order to ensure that the spring 231 provides a stable support for the elastic plate 210, as shown in fig. 19, the fixing assembly 200 further includes a limiting member 240, the limiting member 240 is disposed between the supporting plate 400 and the elastic plate 210, and the limiting member 240 is fixed on the supporting plate 400, a first end of the spring 231 is sleeved on the limiting member 240, and the limiting member 240 is used for preventing the spring 231 from moving along the axial direction thereof and preventing the spring 231 from moving along a direction parallel to the supporting plate 400.
