The conveying speed of the belt conveyor 2 used in the embodiment is adjustable, and the adjustable speed range is 60 to 80mm/min.
As shown in fig. 2~5, cutting unit 1 is fixedly disposed above belt conveyor 2. The cutting unit 1 comprises a body 10, the body 10 is of a U-shaped structure with an opening facing downwards, and the width of the inner wall of the U-shaped structure 10 is larger than that of the cigarette small box, so that the cigarette small box can be ensured to smoothly enter the body 10. Example two
In addition to the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 6~8, the front and rear ends of the main body 10 are respectively provided with a guide portion 100, and the cross section of the guide portion 100 has a splayed structure. The whole device is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, high in efficiency, good in stability and convenient to assemble and overhaul.
