a pan body having an open end;

The cookware of claim 2, wherein the protrusion has a guiding slope, and when the lid rotates along the screwing direction, the locking engagement portion is driven to abut against the guiding slope to compress the first elastic member, so that a portion of the protrusion extends into the locking engagement portion and abuts against the groove.

The cookware of claim 3, wherein the handle assembly comprises a handle and a handle cover, the handle is fixedly connected to the outer periphery of the pot body through a fixing member, the opening is arranged on the handle, a mounting groove is arranged on one side of the handle away from the pot body, and the handle cover covers the groove of the mounting groove to form the mounting cavity for accommodating the locking assembly.
5. The cookware of claim 1 further comprising a linkage assembly disposed on said handle assembly and within said mounting cavity, said linkage assembly configured to drive a portion of said locking assembly extending from said opening into abutment with said recess.

The cookware of claim 5, wherein the handle assembly comprises a handle and a handle cover, the linkage assembly is rotatably connected with the handle, the linkage assembly drives the locking assembly to be accommodated in the mounting cavity after rotation, the linkage assembly comprises a trigger and a second elastic piece, the trigger is rotatably connected to the handle, and the second elastic piece is arranged between the trigger and the handle cover.

The cookware according to claim 6 wherein the handle is enclosed to form a holding space, the mounting cavity is provided with a communication port facing the holding space, the communication port communicates the mounting cavity and the holding space, a rotary bracket is arranged on the inner periphery of the communication port, first rotary shafts are arranged on two sides of the trigger, the trigger is connected to the rotary bracket through the first rotary shafts, and part of the trigger leaks out of the holding space.

The cookware according to claim 6 wherein the linkage assembly further comprises a slider, a sliding groove is formed in the mounting cavity, the locking assembly comprises a locking contact rod and a first elastic member, two ends of the sliding groove respectively correspond to the locking contact rod and the trigger, the slider is arranged in the sliding groove, one end of the slider is hinged to the trigger, and the other end of the slider is abutted against the outer side surface of the locking contact rod to move the locking contact rod along the deformation direction of the first elastic member.

The cookware according to claim 8, wherein a slot is provided at an end of the slider close to the trigger, a second rotating shaft is provided at an end of the trigger close to the slider, the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the slot, an abutting inclined surface is provided at a side of the slider close to the locking contact rod, the abutting inclined surface is provided at a side of the locking contact rod facing the slider, and the abutting inclined surface is slidably abutted against the engaging inclined surface to provide a pressure to the locking contact rod facing the first elastic member.

The cookware according to anyone of claims 1 to 9 further comprising a connecting rod assembly, wherein a control switch is provided on the bottom of the cookware body away from the open end, a trigger boss is provided on the lid, the connecting rod assembly is embedded between the handle assembly and the outer periphery of the cookware body, and two ends of the connecting rod assembly are respectively abutted against the control switch and the trigger boss.

The cookware of claim 10, wherein the linkage assembly includes a link extending from the open end toward the bottom end of the pot body, and a third elastic member disposed along the extending direction of the link and having two ends respectively abutting between the link and the handle for moving the link to reciprocate along the extending path thereof in directions approaching and departing from the lid.
