The touch control integrated machine is a machine which perfectly combines a touch screen, a liquid crystal screen, an industrial computer unit and an integrated machine shell and finally can realize touch control operation through a power line, and is widely applied to occasions such as intelligent teaching, remote conferences and the like at present.
Currently, touch-control integrated machines are usually fixed on a mobile cart or a wall through a wall-mounted support, wherein the span of the wall-mounted support is usually a standard VESA hole. However, when the size of the touch all-in-one machine is large, the span standard of the wall-mounted support is not matched with the size of the touch all-in-one machine, so that the touch all-in-one machine is easy to shake during writing or touch operation, and the experience of a user is poor.

In view of the above problem, the display device provided by some embodiments of the present application can improve the stability of display equipment, and avoid the problem that the display device is easy to shake during operation, thereby improving user experience.

The touch control all-in-one machine is a machine which perfectly combines a touch screen, a liquid crystal screen, an industrial computer unit and an all-in-one machine shell and finally can realize touch control operation through a power line, and is widely applied to occasions such as intelligent teaching, teleconferencing and the like at present.
In the related art, the touch integrated machine is usually fixed to a mobile cart or a wall through a wall-mounted support for use, however, a standard VESA hole is usually adopted for the span of the wall-mounted support, however, when the size of the touch integrated machine is large, the span standard of the wall-mounted support is not matched with the size of the touch integrated machine, so that the touch integrated machine is prone to shaking during writing or touch operation, and the experience of a user is poor.
In order to solve the above problem, the display device provided by some embodiments of the present application, through setting up the balance support device, so that the balance support device is supported between the rear shell of the display device and the wall body or the mobile cart, and the stability of the display device fixed on the wall body can be improved, thereby avoiding the problem that the display device is easy to shake when writing or operating on the display device, and further improving the user experience.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 7, a display device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application may be a touch-control all-in-one machine, or may be other display devices.
The display device 100 includes a display panel 110, where the display panel 110 is a main component of the display device 100 and mainly includes a Liquid Crystal display panel, where the Liquid Crystal display panel includes a Color Filter (CF) substrate, a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) substrate (also referred to as an array substrate), and a Liquid Crystal (LC) layer, and the Liquid Crystal layer is located between the Color Filter substrate and the array substrate. The thin film transistor substrate is provided with a data line and a scanning line, and the direction of liquid crystal molecules is controlled by the electrification or non-electrification of the data line and the scanning line, so that light rays of a light source are emitted out through the color film substrate and a picture with a preset color is generated.
The display device 100 further includes a rear case 120 disposed at a side of the display surface facing away from the display panel 110, and a controller, an electrical connection line, and the like of the display device 100 may be disposed between the display panel 110 and the rear case 120 to simplify an external appearance of the display device 100. The rear housing 120 may be made of plastic or metal.
In some embodiments, the display device 100 further includes a wall-mounted bracket, one end of which is connected to the center of the rear case 120, and the other end of which is fixedly connected to the wall, so as to fix the device body to a fixed object such as a wall or a mobile cart.
In some embodiments, the wall-mounted stand includes a hanger configured to be fixed to the rear case 120, a hook provided on the hanger and configured to be fixed to a wall, and a hanging slot provided on the fixing frame and allowing the hook to be hung, wherein when the display device 100 is fixed to the wall, the hook is hung in the hanging slot, so as to fix the display device 100 to the wall. The specific structure of the hanger and the fixing frame may refer to the structure in the related art, and the application is not limited specifically herein.

However, the large-sized display device 100 uses a wall-mounted bracket with a universal standard span, and there is a span between adjacent screw holes on the wall-mounted bracket not matching with the width of the display device 100, for example, 55 inches of the display device 100, and the span using the wall-mounted bracket is 200mm × 200mm, and generally, the wall-mounted bracket is connected to the center of the rear shell 120 of the display device 100, so that after the display device 100 is connected to the wall-mounted bracket, the portion of the rear shell 120 of the display device 100 except for the area covered by the wall-mounted bracket is not fixed, and thus, when the display device 100 is written or operated by the area uncovered by the wall-mounted bracket, the display device 100 is prone to shake, resulting in poor experience of writing and the like for a user.
In order to solve the above problem, in some embodiments, the display device 100 further includes a balance supporting device 130, the balance supporting device 130 is disposed between the display device 100 and a fixed object such as a wall, one end of the balance supporting device 130 is fixedly connected to the display device 100, and the other end of the balance supporting device 130 is connected to the fixed object such as the wall, so that an area uncovered by the wall-mounted bracket can be fixed and supported by the balance supporting device 130, thereby improving the supporting stability of the display device 100, avoiding a problem that the display device 100 is prone to shake during writing or operation, and improving user experience.
In some embodiments, the balance supporting device 130 includes a supporting member 131 and a first adjusting member 132, a first end of the supporting member 131 is configured to be connected with the rear housing 120, for example, the supporting member 131 may be bonded, welded, clamped, screwed, etc. with the rear housing 120; the second end of the supporting member 131 is connected to the first end of the first adjusting member 132, and the first adjusting member 132 is movable relative to the supporting member 131 in a direction approaching or separating from the supporting member 131, so that the distance between the second end of the first adjusting member 132 and the second end of the supporting member 131 is adjustable, and the position between the display device 100 and a fixed object such as a wall body can be adjusted; in a specific implementation, when the device body is fixed on a wall through a wall-mounted bracket, the supporting member 131 is fixedly connected to the rear housing 120, and after the first end of the first adjusting member 132 is connected to the supporting member 131, the end of the first adjusting member 132 away from the supporting member 131 moves towards the end away from the supporting member 131 relative to the supporting member 131, so that the second end of the first adjusting member 132 is connected to a fixed object such as a wall, for example, the second end of the first adjusting member 132 can abut against, adhere to, or the like the fixed object such as the wall, thereby supporting and fixing the display device 100, and providing stability of the display device 100.

In some embodiments, the first adjusting element 132 is a first screw, the second end of the supporting element 131 is provided with a first threaded hole adapted to the first screw, and the first screw and the first threaded hole are screwed together, so that the first screw can rotate relative to the supporting element 131 and move towards or away from the supporting element 131.

In some embodiments, one end of the support stand and the rear case 120 of the display device 100 may be connected by a screw (as shown in fig. 1 to 3), which may improve the reliability of the connection between the support stand and the rear case 120.

Some embodiments of the present application provide a display device, including a device body, a wall-mounted bracket, and a balance support device, where the device body has a display panel and a rear case disposed on a side of a display surface facing away from the display panel; one end of the wall-mounted support is connected with the center of the rear shell, and the other end of the wall-mounted support is fixedly connected with the wall body so as to fix the equipment body on the wall body; the balance supporting device comprises a supporting piece and a first adjusting piece, wherein a first end of the supporting piece is configured to be connected with the rear shell, a second end of the supporting piece is connected with a first end of the first adjusting piece, the first adjusting piece can move relative to the supporting piece along the direction close to or far away from the supporting piece, so that the distance between the second end of the first adjusting piece and the second end of the supporting piece can be adjusted, and when the equipment body is fixed on a wall through the wall-mounted support, the second end of the first adjusting piece is configured to be fixedly connected with the wall. In the above scheme, through setting up balanced strutting arrangement, can improve the stability that display device fixed on the wall body, avoid writing on display device or the problem that display device easily rocked when operating to promote user experience.

Claims (10)
1. A display device, comprising:
the device comprises a device body, a display panel and a rear shell, wherein the rear shell is arranged on one side of a display surface which is far away from the display panel;
one end of the wall-mounted support is connected with the center of the rear shell, and the other end of the wall-mounted support is fixedly connected with a wall body so as to fix the equipment body on the wall body;
a balance support device comprising a support member and a first adjustment member, a first end of the support member configured to be coupled to the rear housing; the second end of the supporting piece is connected with the first end of the first adjusting piece, the first adjusting piece can move relative to the supporting piece along the direction close to or far away from the supporting piece, so that the distance between the second end of the first adjusting piece and the second end of the supporting piece is adjustable, and when the equipment body is fixed on the wall body through the wall hanging support, the second end of the first adjusting piece is configured to be fixedly connected with the wall body.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the first adjusting member is a first screw, the second end of the supporting member is provided with a first threaded hole adapted to the first screw, and the first screw is screwed into the first threaded hole, so that the first screw can move relative to the supporting member in a direction approaching to or departing from the supporting member.
3. The display device according to claim 2, further comprising a second adjusting member configured to be connected between the support member and the rear case, and the support member and the second adjusting member are relatively movable therebetween so that a distance between the support member and the rear case is adjustable.
4. The display device according to claim 3, wherein the second adjusting member is a second screw, the first end of the supporting member is provided with a second threaded hole adapted to the second screw, and the second screw is screwed into the second threaded hole, so that the supporting member can move relative to the second screw in a direction approaching to or departing from the rear housing.
5. The display apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a first adhesive member, wherein the second adjusting member is adhered to the rear case by the first adhesive member.
6. The display device according to claim 5, wherein one end of the second adjusting member facing the rear case is provided with a connecting portion, and a projection area of the connecting portion on the rear case is larger than a projection area of other portions of the second adjusting member except the connecting portion on the rear case.
7. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a second adhesive member, wherein the first adjusting member is adhered to the wall body by the second adhesive member; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the support member is an adjusting nut.
8. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the wall-mounted bracket comprises a hanger and a fixing frame, the hanger is configured to be fixed on the rear shell, a hook is arranged on the hanger, the fixing frame is configured to be fixed on a wall, and a hanging groove for hanging the hook is arranged on the fixing frame; the hook is hung in the hanging groove.
9. The display device according to claim 8, wherein the hanger is connected to a central position of a rear case of the display device, and the number of the balance supporting means is at least two, and at least two of the balance supporting means are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction around the hanger.
10. The display apparatus according to claim 9, wherein at least two of the balance support means are provided at a near edge of the rear case and spaced apart along a circumference of the rear case.
