Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings. For ease of understanding, elements shown in the drawings may include elements whose sizes, scales, and the like are expressed differently from actual sizes, scales, and the like.
In embodiments of the present application, the lantern may be formed as a body of revolution, rotated about a central axis. Specifically, the shape of the lantern of the present application may be a shape in which both axial end portions of a three-dimensional shape including a central axis whose axial sectional shape is a circle or an ellipse are truncated. Further, "axial direction", "radial direction" and "circumferential direction" refer to a direction along the central axis, a direction perpendicular to the central axis in cross section, and a direction of rotation around the central axis, respectively, of the lamp body of the lantern (the connection part wound in a cylindrical structure).
The structure and assembly process of a lantern according to a first embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(Lantern according to the first embodiment of the present application)
As shown in fig. 1A to 1D, a lantern according to a first embodiment of the present application includes a lamp body 1 and a connector 2 assembled together such that the lantern is integrally formed as a spherical body whose both axial ends are truncated.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1A to 1F, the lamp body 1 includes the trim strips 11, the first connecting portions 12, and the second connecting portions 13 formed in one body, the first connecting portions 12 being connected to one ends of the respective trim strips 11, and the second connecting portions 13 being connected to the other ends of the respective trim strips 11. The lamp body 1 may be in one piece, e.g. formed from a single sheet, the lamp body 1 in particular not being connected or assembled from a plurality of components. The sheet for folding to form the lamp body 1 may be obtained by a sheet cutting process, such that the trim strip 11, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are all in the same plane in the sheet before the sheet is folded to form the lamp body 1, and the trim strip 11 is located between the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13, as shown in fig. 1E. After the sheet is folded to form the lamp body 1, the plurality of trim strips 11 are formed into a shape in which the intermediate portions bulge out toward the radially outer side and surround and form the inner space in the state shown in fig. 1A to 1D by folding and bending the first connecting portions 12 and the second connecting portions 13 relative to the trim strips 11 into a cylindrical structure. In the present embodiment, the first connecting portion 12 is folded toward the above-described inner space with respect to the trim strip 11, and the second connecting portion 13 is folded toward the above-described inner space with respect to the trim strip 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1A to 1D, each decorative strip 11 may have the same width. After the sheet is formed into the lamp body 1, the plural trim strips 11 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction C. A gap through which light passes is formed between every two adjacent trim strips 11 in the circumferential direction C. Further, each trim strip 11 extends curvedly from the first connecting portion 12 toward the second connecting portion 13, specifically each trim strip 11 extends from the first connecting portion 12 toward the radially outer side and toward the second connecting portion 13 and then toward the radially inner side and toward the second connecting portion 13 to the second connecting portion 13, thereby forming a shape in which the intermediate portion bulges toward the radially outer side. It is understood that the plurality of trim strips 11 in the embodiment of the present application are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction C of the lamp body 1, which does not exclude the presence of connecting portions or contact portions between the plurality of trim strips 11. For example, at both axial ends of the lamp body 1, at the portion where the trim 11 is connected to the first connecting portion 12 and at the portion where the trim 11 is connected to the second connecting portion 13, the adjacent trim 11 may abut or contact.
Further, as shown in fig. 1A to 1E, the first connecting portion 12 includes a first body portion 121 and a first protruding portion 122. All the trim strips 11 are connected to the first body portion 121. The first protruding portion 122 protrudes from one end of the first body portion 121 (one circumferential end of the first body portion 121 in the case where the first connection portion 12 is wound in a cylindrical shape). As shown in fig. 1H to 1L, the first projecting portion 122 and the first body portion 121 are overlapped in the circumferential direction C and fixed to each other by the connector 2 in a state where the first connecting portion 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending over the entire circumference along the circumferential direction C, so that the first connecting portion 12 is formed in a structurally stable and regular cylindrical shape. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1E, the first connection portion 12 is formed with a row of three first connection holes 12h, wherein two first connection holes 12h are formed in the first body portion 121, one first connection hole 12h is formed in the first protrusion portion 122, and the first connection hole 12h formed in the first protrusion portion 122 is aligned with the first connection hole 12h formed in one first body portion 121 and is inserted through by one connection bar 22 of the connection member 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 1A to 1E, the second connection portion 13 includes a second body portion 131 and a second protruding portion 132. All the trim strips 11 are connected to the second body portion 131. The second protruding portion 132 protrudes from one end of the second body portion 131 (one circumferential end of the second body portion 131 in the case where the second connection portion 13 is wound in a cylindrical shape). As shown in fig. 1H to 1L, the second protruding portion 132 and the second body portion 131 are overlapped in the circumferential direction C and fixed to each other by the connecting member 2 in a state where the second body portion 131 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending over the entire circumference along the circumferential direction C, so that the second connecting portion 13 is formed in a structurally stable and regular cylindrical shape. In the present embodiment, the second connection portion 13 is formed with two rows of six second connection holes 13h, each row having three second connection holes 13 h. For the row of the second connection holes 13h, two second connection holes 13h are formed in the second body portion 131, one second connection hole 13h is formed in the second protrusion portion 132, and the second connection hole 13h formed in the second protrusion portion 132 is aligned with the one second connection hole 13h formed in the second body portion 131 and inserted through by the one connection bar 22 of the connection member 2. In addition, after the sheet is formed into the lamp body 1, as shown in fig. 1H to 1L, a row of the second connection holes 13H corresponds to a row of the first connection holes 12H, and each of the second connection holes 13H in the row of the second connection holes 13H is arranged in pair with one of the first connection holes 12H and inserted through by one of the connection bars 22 of the connection member 2.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1A to 1D and 1G, the connector 2 has a base body 21, a connecting rod 22, and a stopper portion 23. One end of each connecting rod 22 is fixed to the base body 21, and the other end of each connecting rod 22 is fixed to the stopper 23.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1G, the base 21 has a frame structure and a mounting portion provided in the frame structure for mounting a hook and/or a light emitter. The frame structure has a plurality of links connected end to end, with two of the links extending in an axial direction a.
As shown in fig. 1G, the link 2 has four tie bars 22, and each tie bar 22 is formed in a straight bar shape extending linearly. Two connecting rods 22 are fixed to one of the links of the base 21 extending in the axial direction a at intervals, and the other two connecting rods 22 are fixed to the other link of the base 21 extending in the axial direction a at intervals. The cross-sectional diameter of the connection rod 22 may be less than or equal to the aperture of the first connection hole 12h and less than or equal to the aperture of the second connection hole 13h, so that the connection rod 22 is easily inserted through the first connection hole 12h and the second connection hole 13 h.
As shown in fig. 1G, the stopper portion 23 is formed as a sphere having a diameter larger than the aperture of the first connection hole 12h and larger than the aperture of the second connection hole 13 h. It is understood that the size of the stopper portion 23 should not be excessively large so that the stopper portion 23 can pass through the first connection hole 12h and the second connection hole 13h after the first connection portion 12 (the portion where the first connection hole 12h is located) and the second connection portion 13 (the portion where the second connection hole 13h is located) are elastically deformed by a small amount. As shown in fig. 1A to 1D and fig. 1I to 1K, in a state where the connection rod 22 passes through the first connection hole 12h, the base body 21 and the stopper portion 23 are located at both sides of the first connection portion 12; in a state where the connection rod 22 passes through the second connection hole 13h, the base body 21 and the stopper portion 23 are located at both sides of the second connection portion 13.
It will be appreciated that the entire connector 2 may be integrally formed, for example by injection moulding. Alternatively, the frame structure and the mounting portion of the base 21 may be formed separately from each other and then assembled together. In addition, the stopper portion 23 may be formed separately from the connecting rod 22 and then assembled together by means of screw connection, snap-fit, interference fit, or the like. In this case, the stopper portion 23 may be connected to the connection rod 22 after the connection rod 22 passes through the first and second connection holes 12h and 13 h. Since the plural trim strips 11 in the embodiment of the present application are arranged at intervals, the stopper portion 23 can be easily installed from the outside of the lantern.
The assembly process of the lantern according to the first embodiment of the present application is explained below.
First, referring to fig. 1E and 1F, the sheet shown in fig. 1E is subjected to a folding work, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are folded toward each other with respect to the decorative strip 11, and in a state where the decorative strip 11 is straightened out and laid flat, a part of both the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 is overlapped (may be separated or butted in an alternative). Then, referring to fig. 1H, the first connection parts 12 and the second connection parts 13 are brought close to each other such that the row of second connection holes 13H of the second connection parts 13 is aligned in pairs with the row of first connection holes 12H of the first connection parts 12. In this state, the trim 11 is formed in a shape in which the intermediate portion bulges out toward the radial outside.
Further, as shown in fig. 1I, the two connection bars 22 of one side of the base body 21 of the connector 2 are passed through the corresponding first and second connection holes 12h and 13h, and the first body portion 121 of the first connection portion 12 and the second body portion 131 of the second connection portion 13 are gradually bent in the circumferential direction C.
Further, as shown in fig. 1J, the two connection bars 22 of the other side of the base body 21 of the link 2 are passed through the corresponding (intermediate) first and second connection holes 12h and 13h, and the first body portion 121 of the first connection portion 12 and the second body portion 131 of the second connection portion 13 are further bent in the circumferential direction C until the first connection portion 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the circumferential direction C, the second connection portion 13 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the circumferential direction C, and the first protruding portion 122 of the first connection portion 12 overlaps the first body portion 121, and the second protruding portion 132 of the second connection portion 13 overlaps the second body portion 131.
Finally, as shown in fig. 1K and 1L (fig. 1L is an enlarged schematic view of a region N in fig. 1K), the two connection bars 22 of one side of the base body 21 of the connection member 2 are passed through the first connection holes 12h of the first protruding portions 122 of the first connection portions 12 and the second connection holes 13h of the second protruding portions 132 of the second connection portions 13. Thus, the lantern shown in fig. 1A to 1C and 1K is obtained.
Here, the first protruding portion 122 and the second protruding portion 132 may be inserted between the other ends of the first body portion 121 and the second body portion 131 and the decorative strip 11, so that the first protruding portion 122 and the second protruding portion 132 are not easily visible, the decorative strip 11 of the entire lantern may be uniformly distributed, and the appearance of the entire lantern may be neater and more beautiful. It is to be understood that in order to facilitate the insertion of the first and second projecting portions 122 and 132 between the other ends of the first and second body portions 121 and 131 and the trim strip 11, the first and second projecting portions 122 and 132 may be formed with a lead angle, that is, as shown in fig. 1E, the height in the axial direction a of the distal ends of the first and second projecting portions 122 and 132 may be smaller than the height of the base ends thereof (the ends connected to the first and second body portions 121 and 131). It is to be understood that the structure of the protruding portions 122, 132 is not limited thereto. For example, the second protruding portion 132 shown in fig. 1E may be formed as two second protruding portions spaced apart in the axial direction a, each of which has one second connection hole 13h formed therein.
By adopting the technical scheme, before the lamp body 1 is formed by folding, the sheet is integrally formed into a flat plate shape; after the lamp body 1 is folded, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are respectively formed into a cylindrical shape so as to constitute a cylindrical structure, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are relatively fixed in the axial direction a, the trim strip 11 is bent to form an arcuate or curved or other bent shape, the trim strips 11 are arranged spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction C, and at least a middle portion of the trim strip 11 (a portion of the trim strip 11 located between both end portions thereof) is spaced apart from the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 in the radial direction R. Since the lantern body 1 of the lantern of the present application is made of the integrally formed decorative strip 11, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13, the manufacturing process is facilitated to be simplified. But also facilitates storage and transportation when the sheet material is kept in a flat shape before being unfolded to form the lamp body 1. Further, the lantern of the application does not adopt an adhesive means but utilizes a mechanical fixing means of clamping in the assembling process, so that the assembling process is facilitated to be simplified, and the lantern according to the application is more beneficial to large-scale industrial production and assembling.
The structure of a lantern according to a second embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(lantern according to the second embodiment of the present application).
The structure of the lantern according to the second embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as that of the lantern according to the first embodiment of the present application, and the differences therebetween will be mainly described below.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2A to 2F, the second connecting portion 13 is large in size in the axial direction a, thereby causing the lantern to be finally formed in a football shape truncated at both ends in the axial direction. Specifically, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are folded while keeping the trim 11 in a maintained state, and as can be seen from the comparison, in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1F, a gap exists between the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13; in the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2F, the first connection portion 12 and the second connection portion 13 do not have a gap therebetween but partially overlap with each other. In this way, after assembly by the assembly process as described in the first embodiment, a lantern of a different shape from that of the first embodiment is obtained. It will be appreciated that the lantern according to the second embodiment has the same beneficial effects as the lantern according to the first embodiment, albeit in a different shape.
The structure of a lantern according to a third embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(lantern according to the third embodiment of the present application).
The structure of the lantern according to the third embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as that of the lantern according to the first embodiment of the present application, and the differences therebetween will be mainly described below.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3A to 3F, the second connecting portion 13 is small in size in the axial direction a, thereby allowing the lantern to be finally formed into an oblate spheroid shape truncated at both ends in the axial direction, which is closer to the shape of a conventional lantern. Specifically, the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are folded while keeping the trim 11 in a maintained state, and as can be seen from the comparison, in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1F, a gap exists between the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13; in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 3F, the gap between the first connection portion 12 and the second connection portion 13 is larger. In this way, after assembly by the assembly process as described in the first embodiment, a lantern of a different shape from that of the first embodiment is obtained. It will be appreciated that the lantern according to the third embodiment has the same beneficial effects as the lantern according to the first embodiment, albeit in a different shape.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments are exemplary only, and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and alterations of the above-described embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art in light of the teachings of this application without departing from the scope thereof. The technical solution of the present application is described in supplementary detail below.
i. In addition to the examples described in the above specific embodiments, various shapes and kinds of lanterns (e.g., string, table, or wall lights) may be formed using the concept of the present application, and are not limited to the lanterns described in the above specific embodiments.
Although the term lantern is used in this application, this does not limit the use scenarios or uses of the products in the embodiments of this application. For example, it may be used for decoration, or for lighting, or as a toy, or a combination of the above and other functions or uses. Here, at least in some cases, particularly in the case where the light emitting components such as LED beads are provided inside the lantern, the lantern in the present application may also be referred to as a lighting device or a luminaire.
instead of the above snap-fit structure of the connector 2 and the coupling holes 12h, 13h, the following alternatives may be adopted. For example, one of the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 may be formed with a snap groove, and the other of the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 is formed with a snap portion (lip), and the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are fixed by the snap portion and the snap groove being engaged. The first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 can be fixed by means of adhesion or the like without affecting the convenience of assembly.
In addition, the first main body portion 121 and the first protruding portion 122 of the first connecting portion 12 may be fixed by a similar structure, and the second main body portion 131 and the second protruding portion 132 of the second connecting portion 13 may be fixed by a similar structure.
In fact, as long as the function of fixing needs to be realized in the above embodiments, different non-adhesive mechanical fixing schemes can be adopted according to the application.
in the above specific embodiment, the first connecting portion 12 is folded toward the interior space with respect to the trim strip 11 and the second connecting portion 13 is folded toward the interior space with respect to the trim strip 11, but the present application is not limited thereto. The first connection portion 12 and the second connection portion 13 may be folded toward different directions as needed. Further, in other alternatives, the first connection portion 12 or the second connection portion 13 may not be folded. At this time, the cylindrical structure formed by the first connecting portion 12 and/or the second connecting portion 13 may extend from the trim strip 11 toward one side or both sides away from the trim strip 11.
it will be appreciated that in the lantern of the present application, the first and second connection portions 12 and 13 may be made of a transparent or translucent material. For example, the lamp body 1 may be made of plastic as a whole, or the lamp body 1 may be made of a paper material having certain light transmittance and hardness, or the lamp body 1 may be made of a composite material. Further, a decorative element for a light effect may be processed or integrated on the first connection portion 12 and the second connection portion 13, and the first connection portion 12 and the second connection portion 13 may be colored or have different colors by their own materials. Further, a holding mechanism for holding a light emitting device (e.g., a light emitting diode) may also be provided on the first connection portion 12 and the second connection portion 13.
v. it will be appreciated that the sheet material of the present application may be processed by means such as a punch knife, water jet and laser, and that fold lines may be formed between the trim strip 11 and the two connecting portions 12, 13 to facilitate folding. The connector 2 may be made of plastic and may be formed by injection moulding or the like.
It can be understood that the finally formed lantern has different shapes by adopting the first connecting part 12 and the second connecting part 13 with different sizes or arranging the connecting holes in different forms on the first connecting part 12 and the second connecting part 13, thereby meeting the requirements of different occasions.
It is to be understood that the number of the connecting rods 22 of the connecting member 2 is not limited to that described in the above embodiment. For example, in the case where the link 2 is provided with a plurality of sets of link rods, each set of link rods may have three or four link rods, and the number of the link holes 12h, 13h may be changed as appropriate.
In the above embodiment, the decorative strip 11 is curved into an arc shape or an arcuate shape, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the trim strip 11 may be bent at least once, so that the bent portions themselves extend linearly and form a relatively sharp angle between two adjacent portions. In a variant of the lantern of the present application, it is possible to combine the solutions of bending the decorative strip 11 into an arc or bow and bending the decorative strip 11 flexibly.
in order to enable each of the decorative strips 11 to be bent into an arc or bow or bend in the case where the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 are formed into a cylindrical structure, it will be appreciated that the length of each of the decorative strips 11 should be greater than the length of the cylindrical structure formed by both the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13. If the cylindrical structures formed by both the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13 overlap each other, the length of each trim strip 11 is greater than the total length of the cylindrical structures formed by both the first connecting portion 12 and the second connecting portion 13.
