a horizontal rotating shaft (35) is arranged on the jointing clamp (30), a rotating shaft embedded plate (354) extending inwards is arranged on the inner side of the horizontal rotating shaft (35), and a rotating shaft through hole is formed in the rotating shaft embedded plate (354); the two horizontal rotating shafts (35) are fixedly installed through holes on the rotating shaft embedded plate (354) and the connecting rotating shaft (34), and a rotating shaft spring is arranged between the two horizontal rotating shafts (35);
