Description

本实用新型涉及一种制氧装置。
如ND-2800型号的中小型制氧机使用时只能对一人供氧,且不能贮存氧气,使用过程中,制氧机制得的氧气从出氧口连续不断地供氧,但实际上人呼吸时,吸入的时间与呼出的时间之比约1:2,因此,这样的制氧机使用时只有1/3的氧气得到了有效的利用,而2/3的氧气白白地浪费掉了。
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种多人使用的既能贮存氧气又能有规律地间断供气使制得的氧气更有效地得到利用的制氧机。
本实用新型的目的通过以下措施来达到:一种制氧机,包括制氧部分、出氧口,在所说的出氧口还串联一单向逆止阀、一储气包,所说的储气包的出口并联多个电磁阀,所说的电磁阀由一电子电路控制以一固定规律作开、闭动作。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、能贮存氧气;2、制得的氧气利用率得到了大大的提高;3、能同时供多人使用。
下面结合实施例(附图)对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

本实用新型所提供的制氧机包括制氧部分1、出氧口2,制氧部分与背景技术中的制氧机相同,在出氧口串联了一单向逆止阀3、一储气包4,单向逆止阀的作用在于保证储气包中的氧气不会回流,储气包4的出口并联多个电磁阀5,而电磁阀5由一电子电路控制,它的开、闭以某一固定规律动作,其目的在于与人的呼吸频率相一致;为满足人的呼吸频率,电磁阀5的开、闭时间一般调节在1:2左右,即在一整个的开、闭的周期时间内,开的时间占1/3,闭的时间占2/3,这样人们呼呼时,制得的氧气即能全部得到利用,而不会造成任何的浪费,因此同样的一台制氧机,过去只能供一人使用,而本机可同时供3人使用,本机的使用人数以3人为佳,因此电磁阀5的数目为3个较适宜。用来控制电磁阀的电子电路(图2、图3中),IC4001内部分为四组,4001-1和1、2二脚为导电橡胶接触开通按钮,4001-2的5、6二脚为接触关闭按钮,其10、11脚外部二只R1、R3分别调节呼吸周期的时间和占总时间1/3供氧脉冲时间,IC4001-1、4001-2组成振荡电路CR微分和CR积分电路,由4001-1第三脚输至4001-3第8脚和4001-4第13脚,这样组成如图4所示的电路,触发输入信号从F进入触发输入记忆单元B,经CR定时脉冲单元C、电评比较单元D从E端输出脉冲。调节到预期值的脉冲从IC4001第10脚输出使D1导通,SCR双向可控硅导通,这样使电磁气动阀XQ23440执行脉冲放气,同时发光二极管D监测指示供气状态。呼吸往复的时间频率,是因人的年龄和身体健康状况而异,本实用新型制氧机配有呼吸频率测定头,这是用扩散型半导体压力传感A和一只医学中常用的电路IC4558组成差功放大电路。该测试头体积很小,同步信号由IC4558第7脚输出给图2所示的电子电路,供给同步脉冲,使人体呼吸与电磁阀供氧同步,确切地说在吸氧的前2/3期,由电磁阀喷出所需的氧直入肺部,而吸氧后期是吸入外周空气,使气道更加舒适,本氧气机,不但节约了大量氧气可供三人使用,而且在同样的肺通气量情况下,PaCO2不变,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)反有所提高。

1、一种制氧机,包括制氧部分、出氧口,其特征在于:在所说的出氧口还串接一单向逆止阀以及一储气包,所说的储气包的出口并联多个电磁阀,所说的电磁阀由一电子电路控制以一固定规律作开、闭动作。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制氧机,其特征在于:所说的电磁阀的数目为三个。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制氧机,其特征在于:所说的电磁阀的开、闭动作的时间值之比为1:2。
4、根据权利要求1所说的制氧机,其特征在于所说的电子电路中,呼吸频率测定头将人的呼吸频率的信号输入到以IC4001为主组成的具有触发输入记忆单元、CR定时脉冲电路单元、电平比较单元的线路中,经此输出的脉冲信号使一双向可控硅开闭,从而控制所说的电磁阀的开闭。
