Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the use of an orientation word such as "first direction" means that a direction from the left side of the vehicle to the right side of the vehicle is the first direction when the vehicle is running normally. The use of the directional word such as "second direction" means that the direction from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle is the second direction when the vehicle is in normal running, and specifically, refer to fig. 1 to 3. The use of directional words such as "up and down" refers to up and down as defined for a vehicle in a normal driving condition. Terms such as "first" and "second" are used merely to distinguish one element from another and are not sequential or significant. Additionally, the use of the directional terms above are merely intended to simplify the description of the present disclosure, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, configuration, and operation in a particular orientation, and should not be taken as limiting the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a skirting board 1 of a vehicle, the skirting board 1 including a cover 11 and a base plate 12 which are fitted to each other. A cavity is formed between the cover 11 and the bottom plate 12, an air inlet 111 communicated with the cavity is formed in the cover 11, the air inlet 111 is used for being communicated with an air outlet of the air conditioning system 4, and an air outlet 121 communicated with the cavity is formed in the bottom plate 12. The cover 11 includes an air inlet portion 112 and a diffuser portion 113 which are communicated with each other, the air inlet portion 112 and the diffuser portion 113 are sequentially arranged along a first direction, the air inlet 111 is provided on a top surface of the air inlet portion 112, and a height of the diffuser portion 113 is smaller than a height of the air inlet portion 112 in the first direction, so that the diffuser portion 113 can be provided below the glove box 3.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, this disclosed skirting board 1 can play skirting board 1 simultaneously and to the effect that the foot of copilot blew. Moreover, the skirting board 1 of the present disclosure reduces the occupied passenger seat space, and also reduces the passenger seat space occupied by the glove box 3.
Specifically, the cavity of the present disclosure is a part of the foot blowing duct, the air inlet 111 is the air inlet 111 of the foot blowing duct, and the air outlet 121 is the foot blowing duct air outlet 121. This disclosure will blow the foot wind channel and simplify to cavity structure and set up in the inside of baseboard 1 for baseboard 1 of this disclosure can play protection, decorative effect (the effect of current baseboard 1) and the effect of blowing to the foot space of copilot (the effect of current foot wind channel of blowing) simultaneously. Since the air inlet 112 is provided at the side of the glove box 3 and the diffuser 113 is provided below the glove box 3, the height of the diffuser 113 is smaller than that of the air inlet 112. So for baseboard 1 can set up in the below of glove box 3 with laminating more, reduces the copilot foot portion place space that baseboard 1 occupy. And, owing to need not to set up solitary foot wind channel structure of blowing again, glove box 3 of this disclosure can laminate more and the front end installation of vehicle, reduces the copilot that glove box 3 occupy and takes the space.
In order to enable the diffuser portion 113 to be more closely disposed below the glove box 3, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the height of the diffuser portion 113 of the present disclosure may be gradually reduced in the first direction. In an application scene in which the glove box 3 is slightly inclined toward the vehicle rear, such a diffuser portion 113 can be provided more closely below the glove box 3, and the passenger-side seating space below the kick panel 1 can be made larger.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the height of the diffuser portion 113 of the present disclosure may be gradually reduced in both a first direction and a second direction so that the diffuser portion 113 can be disposed below the glove box 3, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction. In this manner, the diffuser portion 113 is gradually reduced in the first direction so that the diffuser portion 113 is more closely disposed at the bottom of the glove box 3, and the diffuser portion 113 is gradually reduced in the second direction so that the installation space between the diffuser portion 113 and the glove box 3 can be expanded to some extent.
The diffusion portion 113 of the present disclosure has various embodiments. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the diffusion portion 113 of the present disclosure may include a first portion 1131 and a second portion 1132, the first portion 1131 and the second portion 1132 are sequentially arranged along a second direction, a height of the first portion 1131 is gradually reduced along the first direction, and a height of the second portion 1132 is equal in the first direction. Thus, the first portion 1131 is arranged to ensure the continuity of the cavity in the first direction, so that the wind flow can flow from the left side to the right side of the skirting board 1 (the left side is the side of the skirting board 1 close to the air inlet portion 112, and the right side is the side of the skirting board 1 far away from the air inlet portion 112), and then blow to the foot space of the copilot. The provision of the second portion 1132 ensures that the rear side of the skirting board 1 is also accessible to wind, i.e. allows wind to flow from the front side of the skirting board 1 (i.e. the side on which the first portion 1131 is located, i.e. the side close to the front of the vehicle) to the rear side of the skirting board 1 (i.e. the side on which the second portion 1132 is located, i.e. the side close to the rear of the vehicle). Thus, the blowing angle of the skirting board 1 can meet the requirements of the feet of the passenger (namely, the wind flow can blow the left and right feet of the passenger and can also blow the instep of the feet of the passenger).
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the diffusion portion 113 may have an overall cubic structure, and the height of the cubic structure is equal in both the first direction and the second direction. In this way it is also achieved that the wind flow can flow to the front, rear, left and right side of the skirting board 1.
The air inlet portion 112 of the present disclosure has various embodiments. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the air inlet part 112 of the present disclosure may have a trapezoidal table structure with a small upper end and a large lower end, and the air inlet 111 is disposed at the upper end of the air inlet part 112. Thus, the air inlet portion 112 with the trapezoidal platform structure can ensure that the air flowing out from the air conditioning system 4 smoothly enters the whole air inlet portion 112 on one hand, and on the other hand, because the diffusion portion 113 is connected to the lower portion of the air inlet portion 112, a larger communication area can be provided between the diffusion portion 113 and the air inlet portion 112, and the air flow can be ensured to enter the diffusion portion 113 more smoothly.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the air inlet part 112 may also be formed in a prism structure, and the air inlet part 112 of the prism structure can also enable the wind flow to flow into the diffuser part 113.
The cover 11 and the base 12 of the present disclosure have various connection means. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the cover 11 of the present disclosure may include a protruding portion 114 protruding in a direction away from the bottom plate 12 and a connecting skirt 115 provided at a periphery of the protruding portion 114, the air inlet portion 112 and the diffuser portion 113 being provided at the protruding portion 114, the connecting skirt 115 being used to connect with the bottom plate 12. The connecting skirt 115 is arranged to make the connecting area between the base plate 12 and the cover 11 large enough to ensure the connecting strength therebetween. The provision of the connecting skirt 115 on the other hand enables the skirting board 1 to have a sufficiently large connecting mechanism so that the skirting board 1 can be connected and fixed to other structures (e.g. the glove box 3). The connecting skirt 115 can make the sealing surface between the base plate 12 and the cover 11 large enough, for example, an adhesive layer can be arranged between the base plate 12 and the cover 11, so as to improve the sealing performance between the base plate 12 and the cover 11, avoid the occurrence of air leakage between the cover 11 and the base plate 12, and further improve the foot blowing effect of the skirting board 1.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the cover 11 and the bottom plate 12 of the skirting board 1 may be connected by a snap connection. Specifically, a clamping groove or a clamping block may be provided at a position on the cover 11 that is in butt joint with the bottom plate 12, and a clamping block or a clamping groove may be provided at a position on the bottom plate 12 that is in butt joint with the cover 11, so as to realize connection and sealing between the cover 11 and the bottom plate 12 by using the clamping groove-clamping block butt joint.
The air outlet 121 of the present disclosure has various embodiments. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, a grating structure 122 may be disposed on the bottom plate 12 of the present disclosure, and the grating structure 122 has a plurality of air outlets 121. The grille structure 122 has two specific configurations, and in one embodiment, the base 12 may include a base 12 body and a grille structure 122, the base 12 has an opening, the grille structure 122 is disposed at the opening, and the grille structure 122 has a plurality of air outlets 121, so as to achieve an effect of blowing air to the passenger compartment. In another embodiment, the base plate 12 may include a base plate 12 body, a grille structure 122 is integrally formed on the base plate 12 body, and the grille structure 122 has a plurality of air outlets 121, so as to achieve an effect of blowing air to the passenger compartment.
In another embodiment, the bottom plate 12 may include a bottom plate 12 body, and the bottom plate 12 body is directly provided with a plurality of air outlets 121, so as to achieve an effect of blowing air to the passenger seat leg space.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 and 10, the grille structure 122 of the present disclosure may be provided with a plurality of outlets 121 at intervals in the first direction, and the size of the plurality of outlets 121 gradually decreases along the first direction. Due to the guiding function of the diffuser portion 113, and in the case that the area of the air outlet 121 disposed below the air inlet 111 is smaller than the area of the air inlet 111, after the air flow enters the cavity between the bottom plate 12 and the cover 11, most of the air flow will flow toward the diffuser portion 113, i.e., to the right side of the skirting board 1 (the side of the skirting board 1 away from the air inlet portion 112) in the first direction. In this way, after the sizes of the air outlets 121 are gradually reduced along the first direction, the air flow is uniformly blown out from the air outlets 121 to the left and right feet of the passenger. The CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis result chart of fig. 10 can be referred to.
In fig. 10, streamline refers to a streamline of wind flow in the analysis result graph. Cell Relative Velocity, Magnitude (m/s) means: unit relative velocity of wind flow represented by streamline: magnitude (m/s).
The specific connection mode of the bottom plate 12 and the cover 11 of the present disclosure has various embodiments. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the upper surface of the base plate 12 of the present disclosure may be provided with a clip 123, the cover 11 is formed with a connection hole 116, and the clip 123 passes through the connection hole 116 and is clipped on the cover 11. The latch 123 includes a main body and a latch, the main body includes a first wall 1231 and a second wall 1232 disposed opposite to each other and a third wall 1233 formed between the first wall 1231 and the second wall 1232, and a through hole 1234 is formed on the third wall 1233. The latch includes an installation plate 1235 and a fastening portion 1236 formed on the installation plate 1235, the installation plate 1235 is disposed in the through hole 1234 and connected to the upper portion of the third wall 1233, and the fastening portion 1236 protrudes from the third wall 1233 and is fastened to the cover 11. So, when amalgamation bottom plate 12 and lid 11, can pass connecting hole 116 on the lid 11 with buckle 123 on the bottom plate 12 earlier to make buckle portion 1236 joint of buckle 123 on the lid 11, make bottom plate 12 and lid 11 can link together with the detachable mode, be convenient for installation, dismantlement and change.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the cover 11 and the base 12 may be fixed together by means of bonding or bolting.
In order to enhance the interior finishing effect between the skirting board 1 and the bottom of the vehicle. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the skirting board 1 of the present disclosure may further include an abutting structure 13, one end of the abutting structure 13 is connected to the bottom surface of the bottom plate 12, and the other end of the abutting structure 13 is used for abutting against the carpet 6 of the vehicle. So, support structure 13 and can support in carpet 6, not only can strengthen carpet 6's stability, but also can make the space between baseboard 1 and carpet 6 have comparatively same interior trim structure, promote the interior trim effect of this department. It will be appreciated that abutting structure 13 against carpet 6 means that abutting structure 13 is in interference fit with carpet 6 such that carpet 6 can be securely locked to the vehicle.
For example, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the abutting structure 13 may be formed as a plate-like structure that forms a 2mm interference fit with the carpet 6. In this way, the carpet can be securely locked to the vehicle. The present disclosure is not particularly limited with respect to the specific structure of the abutting structure 13 and the specific fitting form of the abutting structure 13 and the carpet 6.
To further enhance the stability of the skirting board 1. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the skirting board 1 of the present disclosure may further include a fixing structure 131, one end of the fixing structure 131 is connected to the abutting structure 13, and the other end of the fixing structure 131 is used for abutting against the front wall sheet metal 2. So, enclose panel beating 2 through fixed knot structure 131 with before with baseboard 1 and couple together, be favorable to strengthening baseboard 1's stability.
Specifically, fixed knot constructs 131 can include the prism and to the union coupling, and the one end of prism is connected with abutting against structure 13, and the other end and the union coupling of prism are used for holding before enclosing the plant on the panel beating 2 and weld the double-screw bolt to make skirting board 1 and before enclose and form the butt joint relation between the panel beating 2, promote the stability of skirting board 1.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, according to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an interior trim assembly of a vehicle, which includes a glove box 3 and a kick panel 1 of the vehicle in any one of the above-described aspects, the kick panel 1 being installed below the glove box 3.
As described above, the skirting board 1 of the present disclosure can simultaneously play a role of protection and decoration (a role of the conventional skirting board) and a role of blowing air into the foot space of the passenger car (a role of the conventional foot blowing duct). And, owing to need not to set up solitary foot wind channel structure of blowing again, glove box 3 of this disclosure can laminate in the front end installation of vehicle more, reduces the copilot that glove box 3 occupy and takes the space. It will be appreciated that the glove box 3 of the present disclosure is mounted on the instrument desk structure in the same manner as the conventional mounting arrangement, and the glove box 3 is not connected to the front end of the vehicle. Therefore, the glove box 3 can be attached to the front end of the vehicle, and the passenger compartment space occupied by the glove box 3 is reduced.
It is understood that the skirting board 1 of the present disclosure and the air conditioning system 4 can be communicated with each other through the air guiding structure 5. One end of the air guiding structure 5 is connected to the air inlet 111, and the other end is used for communicating with the air outlet, so that the air conditioning system 4 can supply air to the air outlet 121. The skirting board 1 may also be directly connected to the air outlet of the air conditioning system 4, so that the air conditioning system 4 can supply air to the air outlet 121.
The skirting board 1 and the glove box 3 of the present disclosure have various embodiments. For example, in an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a docking hole may be formed in the skirting board 1, a corresponding docking port may be formed in the glove box 3, and the skirting board 1 may be fixed to the glove box 3 by inserting the push pin 7 through the docking hole and the docking port in this order. Further, in order to ensure the accuracy of the butting of the skirting board 1 and the glove box 3, a pre-butting piece 8, such as an insertion block, a plug pin, etc., may be further disposed on the skirting board 1, and a butting structure, such as a slot structure, a jack structure, etc., corresponding to the pre-butting piece 8 is disposed at the bottom of the glove box 3. The pre-docks 8 are inserted into the corresponding docks and then docked. So, can improve baseboard 1 and glove box 3's butt joint accuracy, and make the butt joint operation can be more convenient.
According to still another aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a vehicle including the interior trim assembly of the vehicle in the above technical solution. The vehicle that has set up interior trim assembly among the above-mentioned technical scheme can have bigger copilot and take the space, is favorable to promoting the passenger's of copilot to take experience.
