By utilizing this characteristic, the exhaust duct 40 is installed on the negative pressure side of the outdoor fan 20, and the fresh air duct 30 is installed on the positive pressure side of the outdoor fan 20.
In the refrigeration process, hot air is generated at the positive pressure side of the outdoor fan 20, and enters the room through the inlet end of the fresh air pipe 30 and the outlet end of the fresh air pipe 30, so that the hot fresh air can have adverse effects on the refrigeration room; similarly, during the heating process, the positive pressure side of the outdoor fan 20 generates cold air, and the cold air enters the room through the inlet end of the fresh air pipe 30 and the outlet end of the fresh air pipe 30, and the cold fresh air can adversely affect the heating room. In order to eliminate the influence, in the refrigeration process, hot fresh air and cold exhaust air exchange heat; in the heating process, cold fresh air and hot exhaust air exchange heat. The fresh air temperature in the refrigeration process is reduced, and the exhaust air temperature in the heating process is increased.
Specifically, the new trend gear in this embodiment has two kinds: when fresh air (low gear) is in a heating or refrigerating mode, only the exhaust valve at the tail end of the outdoor side of the exhaust pipe 40 is opened, dirty air is exhausted by utilizing suction force generated by a negative pressure area of an outer fan, and the fresh air flows into a room from a window, a door seam and other gaps by utilizing micro negative pressure in the room; when the outdoor unit fan is in a fresh air (high-grade) state, the exhaust valve and the air inlet valve are opened simultaneously in a heating or refrigerating mode, dirty air is discharged by utilizing the negative pressure region of the outdoor unit fan, and fresh air is blown in by utilizing the positive pressure region of the outdoor unit fan. Specifically, the first air valve 61 corresponds to an air inlet valve, and the second air valve 62 corresponds to an air outlet valve in the present embodiment.
The fresh air pipe 30 is positioned outside the outdoor unit fan and fixed on the front panel 151 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner; the exhaust duct 40 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is located between the heat exchanger and the outdoor fan 20 and fixed at the top plate 13 of the outdoor unit. The distances between the fresh air pipe 30 and the exhaust pipe 40 and the outer fan shaft are d respectively 1 、d 2 The lengths of the fresh air duct 30 and the exhaust duct 40 extending into the outer machine top plate 13 and the front panel 151 are h 1 、L 2 The distances between the fresh air pipe 30 and the exhaust pipe 40 and the outer peripheries of the blades of the outdoor fan 20 are L respectively 1 、h 2 . The maximum suction side pressure of the outdoor fan 20 is located in the central region of the vane, the maximum discharge side pressure is located in the peripheral region of the vane, and the installation positions are set as follows: d is a radical of 1 =L 1 =0.3~0.4D,d 2 =L 2 The distance between the blade and the air pipe is 0.1-0.2D, and the certain gap delta between the blade and the air pipe is h L -h 2 =h R -h 1
Specifically, the outdoor fresh air duct in this embodiment is disposed near the indoor unit air intake area, and the exhaust duct 40 is disposed at an indoor corner. The fresh air pipe 30 and the exhaust pipe 40, and the tail end of the outdoor side can be arranged with a plurality of pipelines, so that the exhaust volume and the fresh air volume are further improved.
The embodiment two of the utility model provides an air conditioner, this air conditioner includes the air condensing units and the new trend heat exchanger 70 that above-mentioned embodiment provided, and new trend heat exchanger 70 has first heat transfer passageway and second heat transfer passageway, and the heat transfer import of first heat transfer passageway communicates with the exit end of new trend pipe 30, and the heat transfer export of first heat transfer passageway is used for accesss to indoor, is used for letting in by indoor exhaust air in the second heat transfer passageway. Adopt such structure setting, can effectively utilize by the heat or the cold volume of indoor discharge outdoor air to will be transmitted to the new trend by the heat or the cold volume of indoor discharge outdoor air, with the waste of avoiding the energy, and effectively reduce the difference in temperature of new trend and indoor air, with the use comfort that improves the user.
