Abstract

变压器防盗内锁,是用于保护变压器、防止变压 器被盗的一种锁。其主要结构是由锁卡、锁身、胶垫 和锁孔螺栓组成。其锁卡焊在变压器内侧壁上,锁身 焊在变压器上盖的下面,胶垫套在锁孔螺栓上,并拧 入锁孔中。该内锁是用于变压器防盗的一种锁。

Description

变压器防盗内锁是用于保护变压器,防止变压器被盗的一种锁。
目前防止变压器被盗的装置很多,但多数都是暴露在外面,使用寿命短,并且容易破坏被盗。
本实用新型的目的在于发明一种内锁,该锁藏在变压器盖的下面,不但寿命长,而且不易发现,因而被盗难度极大,使变压器得到极安全的保护。

本实用新型是这样实现的:
将锁卡(9)的上端与变压器上盖(4)的下面平行并靠在一起,锁卡侧面焊在变压器内侧壁上,锁销(5)与锁卡(9)垂直,并使锁身上的锁孔(6)与变压器上盖的锁孔(3)对齐,将锁身(8)的上面与变压器上盖(4)的下面焊在一起,将变压器上盖安装好后,用钥匙插入钥匙孔(7)转动,使锁销(5)进入半园槽(10)内,将锁锁好,再将胶垫(2)套在锁孔螺检(1)上,并拧入锁孔(3)中。
按上述同样的方法在对称的位置上再安装一个内锁。
当需要打开变压器上盖时,先拧下锁孔螺检(1),胶垫(2)随之取出,将钥匙插入钥匙孔(7)转动,使锁销(5)拧进锁身(8)内,即可打开锁,取下变压器上盖。
该内锁的优点:由于内锁在油里浸泡不生锈,隐蔽性好,因而防盗效果好,安装方便,生产维修均可安装,成本低,效益好,容易推广。

  1. 变压器防盗内锁是由锁卡、锁身、胶垫和锁孔螺栓组成,其特征在于锁卡焊在变压器内侧壁上,锁身焊在变压器上盖的下面,胶垫套在锁孔螺栓上,并拧入锁孔中。
