When the earphone 10 is worn on a human body, the fitting shaft 220 is disposed substantially horizontally extending in the front-rear direction of the human body.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the connecting member 100 has a through portion 110 penetrating through the rotating member 300, an outer circumferential surface of the through portion 110 includes an outer arc surface 111 and an outer plane 112, the number of the outer arc surface 111 and the outer plane 112 may be two, and with reference to two symmetrical planes of the through portion 110, the two symmetrical planes are respectively referred to as a first symmetrical plane and a second symmetrical plane, the first symmetrical plane and the second symmetrical plane are perpendicular to each other, and a central axis of the matching shaft 220 is located in the first symmetrical plane. The two extrados 111 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a first plane of symmetry and the two extrados 112 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a second plane of symmetry. The extrados 111 may be a part of a cylindrical surface, and two ends of the extrados 112 are respectively connected with the two extrados 111. In general, the piercing portion 110 may be formed by cutting a portion of the outer surface of the cylindrical blank to form an outer flat surface 112 and the remaining portion that is not cut to form an outer curved surface 111.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the rotational member 300 includes a sleeve portion 310, a disk portion 320 and an abutment rod 330. The sleeve portion 310 is one in number, the disk portions 320 are two in number, and the two disk portions 320 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the sleeve portion 310. The sleeve portion 310 is provided with a through hole 313, the through hole 313 is matched with the connecting piece 100, the sleeve portion 310 is provided with an inner flat surface 311 and an inner arc surface 312, the inner flat surface 311 and the inner arc surface 312 jointly define the boundary of the through hole 313, the inner arc surface 312 can be a part of a cylindrical surface, the shape of the inner arc surface 312 is matched with the shape of the outer arc surface 111, the shape of the inner flat surface 311 is matched with the shape of the outer flat surface 112, and two ends of the inner flat surface 311 are respectively connected with the two inner arc surfaces 312. When the connecting element 100 is engaged with the through hole 313, the inner arc surface 312 contacts the outer arc surface 111, and the inner plane 311 contacts the outer plane 112, thereby effectively preventing the rotating element 300 from rotating around the central axis of the penetrating portion 110 relative to the connecting element 100. Of course, the rotating member 300 further has a limiting structure abutting against the rotating member 300 to prevent the rotating member 300 from sliding relative to the connecting member 100 along the axial direction of the penetrating portion 110, so that the rotating member 300 cannot rotate and slide relative to the connecting member 100, and it can be understood that the rotating member 300 is fixed on the connecting member 100, so that the rotating member 300 and the connecting member 100 always keep synchronous motion.
One of the fixed member 200 and the rotating member 300 includes a fitting shaft 220 and the other thereof is opened with a mounting hole 321, in other words, the fitting shaft 220 and the mounting hole 321 which are fitted to each other are formed between the fixed member 200 and the rotating member 300. Specifically, for example, a mounting hole 321 is formed in the disk portion 320, the mounting hole 321 is used for cooperating with the mating shaft 220, and the rotating member 300 can be rotated around the mating shaft 220 relative to the fixing member 200 through the matching relationship between the mounting hole 321 and the mating part, so as to realize the rotating connection relationship between the rotating member 300 and the fixing member 200. For another example, the disk portion 320 may include the engaging shaft 220, and the fixing member 200 is provided with a mounting hole 321, so that when the engaging shaft 220 is rotatably engaged with the mounting hole 321, the rotating connection relationship between the rotating member 300 and the fixing member 200 can also be achieved. When the rotating member 300 rotates relative to the fixing member 200, the left ear cylinder 31 or the right ear cylinder 32 can move close to or away from the human ear relative to the headband 20, so that the wearing of the earphone 10 is suitable for the body types of different users and different wearing requirements of the same user, and finally the left ear cylinder 31 or the right ear cylinder 32 is ensured to be in contact with the human ear with proper contact force at a proper position, and the comfort and convenience of the use of the earphone 10 are ensured.
The abutting rod 330 is fixed on the disk portion 320, three abutting rods 330 can be fixed on the same disk portion 320, the abutting rods 330 can extend along the axial direction of the matching shaft 220, so that the abutting rods 330 and the matching shaft 220 are arranged in parallel, one end of the abutting rod 330 is a fixed end and is fixed on the edge of the disk portion 320, the other end of the abutting rod 330 is a free end, so that the abutting rod 330 is arranged in a protruding manner relative to the disk portion 320, and obviously, the abutting rods 330 protrude a set length relative to the disk portion 320 in a direction away from the sleeve portion 310.
In some embodiments, one end of the elastic element 400 is a fixed end and is fixed on the fixing element 200, the other end of the elastic element 400 is a free end and is connected to the abutting rod 330, when the fixing element 200 and the rotating element 300 rotate relatively, and the earmuff 30 moves away from the human ear, the elastic element 400 stores energy and prevents the earmuff 30 from rotating away from the human ear, and after the external force acting on the earmuff 30 is cancelled, the elastic element 400 makes the earmuff 30 tend to rotate close to the human ear, so that the earmuff 30 can form a rebound effect of moving close to the human ear automatically, so that a proper fitting force is formed between the left earmuff 31 or the right earmuff 32 and the human ear, and meanwhile, the fitting force acting on the human ear can be distributed more uniformly, and the comfort of the earphone 10 can be ensured. The sealing performance of the left ear tube 31 or the right ear tube 32 to the ear cavity can be improved, noise is prevented from entering the ear cavity, and the noise reduction performance of the earphone 10 is improved.
The elastic member 400 includes a winding portion 401, an installation portion 402 and an abutting portion 403, the installation portion 402 and the abutting portion 403 are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the winding portion 401, the winding portion 401 has certain elasticity and can be of a sheet structure or a thread structure, when the winding portion 401 is of the sheet structure, the thickness of the winding portion 401 is 0.3mm to 0.5mm, and the specific value of the thickness can be 0.3mm, 0.4mm or 0.5 mm. The width of the winding portion 401 is 2mm to 5mm, and the specific value of the width may be 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, or the like. Through the width and the thickness of reasonable setting winding portion 401, can change the energy storage effect of elastic component 400 under the same deformation volume, change the tight power between left ear section of thick bamboo 31 or right ear section of thick bamboo 32 and the people's ear then.
The winding portion 401 is curved, for example, the winding portion 401 is wound at an angle of less than 360 ° with respect to the central axis of the rotary member 300, which is understood to mean that the winding portion 401 is not wound once. As another example, the winding portion 401 is wound at an angle of 360 ° or more with respect to the central axis of the rotary member 300, which may be colloquially understood as the winding portion 401 is wound at one turn or more. For convenience of description, the elastic member 400 having the winding part 401 wound at an angle less than 360 ° is referred to as a first elastic member 410, and the elastic member 400 having the winding part 401 wound at an angle greater than or equal to 360 ° is referred to as a second elastic member 420.
The mounting portion 402 may be a sheet-shaped structure, and a slot 230 is formed on the fixing element 200, and the mounting portion 402 is inserted into the slot 230, so as to achieve a fixed connection relationship between the mounting portion 402 and the fixing element. The abutting portion 403 is curved in such a manner that the abutting portion 403 is curved in a direction opposite to the direction in which the winding portion 401 is curved, and the abutting portion 403 is curved in a hook shape so that the abutting portion 403 can be hooked on the abutting lever 330. Considering that the number of the abutting rods 330 is three, when the abutting portions 403 on the same elastic member 400 can be hooked on different abutting rods 330, different pre-deformation amounts can be formed on the elastic member 400, so as to change the adhesion force between the left ear tube 31 or the right ear tube 32 and the human ear.
Only one elastic member 400 may be provided on the same fixing member 200, for example, a first elastic member 410 or a second elastic member 420 may be provided. Two elastic members 400 may also be disposed on the same fixing element 200, where the two elastic members 400 are the first elastic member 410 and the second elastic member 420, respectively, and in the installation process, the mounting portions 402 of the first elastic member 410 and the second elastic member 420 are respectively inserted into different slots 230 on the fixing element 200, for example, the mounting portion 402 of the second elastic member 420 may be inserted into the slot 230 provided on the mating shaft 220, so that the mounting portions 402 of the first elastic member 410 and the second elastic member 420 are respectively fixed at different positions of the fixing element 200. The winding portion 401 of the first elastic member 410 is overlapped outside the winding portion 401 of the second elastic member 420, and the abutting portion 403 of the first elastic member 410 is also overlapped outside the abutting portion 403 of the second elastic member 420, so that the abutting portions 403 of both the first elastic member 410 and the second elastic member 420 can be hooked on the same abutting rod 330, and the abutting portions 403 of both the first elastic member 410 and the second elastic member 420 are hooked on the same position of the rotation member 300. When two elastic members 400 are provided, the adhesion force between the left ear tube 31 or the right ear tube 32 and the human ear can be increased reasonably.
In operation, under the action of external force, when the fixing member 200 rotates counterclockwise around the central axis of the rotating member 300 to move away from the human ear following the ear cup 30, since the abutting portion 403 of the elastic member 400 is hooked on the abutting rod 330, the abutting rod 330 will generate a pulling force on the elastic member 400, so that the elastic member 400 stores energy and hinders the ear cup 30 from moving away from the human ear. The elastic member 400 will cause the earmuff 30 to tend to rotate closer to the human ear. After the external force on the ear muffs 30 is cancelled, the energy stored by the elastic part 400 is released, and the tension of the elastic part 400 makes the ear muffs 30 automatically rebound, i.e. the ear muffs 30 can form the rebound effect of automatically moving close to the human ears, and the left ear tube 31 or the right ear tube 32 is ensured to form a proper attaching force with the human ears.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the sealing cover 500 is located in the receiving cavity 30a of the ear cup 30 and is fixedly connected to the fixing member 200, the connection between the sealing cover 500 and the ear cup 30 is sealed by glue, and the rotating member 300 and the elastic member 400 are sealed in the cavity defined by the sealing cover 500 and the ear cup 30. By providing the sealing cover 500, it is possible to prevent external dust and liquid from corroding the rotating member 300 and the elastic member 400, and to improve the smoothness of the rotation of the rotating member 300 with respect to the stationary member 200.
If the connecting member 100 is a C-shaped structure, two through holes 30b are formed in the ear muff 30, so that two ends of the connecting member 100 with the C-shaped structure are matched with the through holes 30b and connected with two ends of the connecting member 100 through a rotating shaft. This results in a single installation location of the connector 100 on the one hand. Specifically, referring to a plan view of the left or right ear cylinder 31 or 32, which is a circle, the connector 100 can be disposed only symmetrically with respect to the diameter of the circle, resulting in a single mounting position of the connector 100. On the other hand, the same connecting element 100 corresponds to two rotating shafts, which increases the number of rotating shafts, resulting in a complicated structure of the earphone 10 and an increase in volume and weight, which is not favorable for the small-sized and light-weighted design of the earphone 10. On the other hand, the mounting positions of the two rotating shafts are required to be provided with sealing structures for sealing, which undoubtedly increases the number and sealing difficulty of the sealing structures and also makes the structure of the earphone 10 more complicated.
With the earphone 10 of the above embodiment, the connecting member 100 is engaged with the through hole 313 at the middle of the rotating member 300, and both sides of the rotating member 300 are rotatably connected to the fixing members 200 fixed to the ear cups 30, respectively, so that the rotating connection relationship between the connecting member 100 and the rotating member 300 can be realized, and the left ear tube 31 and the right ear tube 32 can move toward or away from the human ear. This diversifies the installation position of the through-hole 110 of the connector 100. Specifically, the left ear tube 31 or the right ear tube 32 is referred to as a plan view, which is a circle, and the central axis of the piercing part 110 may be coincident with or parallel to the diameter of the circle, so that the mounting position of the piercing part 110 can be diversified. On the other hand, only one rotating piece 300 is needed to rotate the left ear cylinder 31 and the right ear cylinder 32 relative to the connecting piece 100, so that the number of the rotating pieces 300 can be reduced, the structure of the earphone 10 is simplified, the volume and the weight of the earphone 10 are reduced, and the miniaturization and the light-weight design of the earphone 10 are improved. On the other hand, the sealing caps 500 are in one-to-one correspondence with the rotation members 300, and when the number of the rotation members 300 is reduced, the number of the sealing caps 500 is also reduced, so that the number of the sealing caps 500 corresponding to the left or right ear tubes 31 or 32 is one, thereby reducing the number of the sealing caps 500 and further simplifying the structure of the earphone 10. In view of the reduction of the positions to be sealed, the difficulty of sealing the earphone 10 can be reduced, and the sealing performance of the earphone 10 can be improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
