The connection position of the pin 32 on the socket body 31 can be designed reasonably according to the actual structure of the socket body 31, and the pin 32 can be connected to the bottom wall 311 of the socket body 31 or the elastic wall 312 of the socket body 31.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the number of the pins 32 is four, and four pins 32 are oppositely arranged on the bottom wall 311 of the socket terminal 3 in pairs.
In some embodiments, the socket body 31 and the pins 32 are integrally stamped from sheet metal. The socket terminal 3 formed by integrally stamping is convenient to process, low in manufacturing cost and high in structural strength. The material may be H65, H80, phosphor copper, stainless steel, etc., and the surface is plated with nickel or tin to form the socket terminal 3 having conductive property.
In a specific implementation, the pins 32 may be formed by punching from the inner wall of the bottom wall 311 of the socket body 31 to the outer wall of the bottom wall 311, or the pins 32 may be formed by punching from the inner wall of the elastic wall 312 of the socket body 31 to the outer wall of the elastic wall 312 and then bending toward the bottom wall 311.
The following describes an automated connection process by taking the wiring device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure as an example to electrically connect the conductive wire 2 and the circuit board 4:
the first process is as follows: in the lead processing stage, a riveting machine is used for crimping the plug terminal 1 on the lead 2 to realize the connection of the plug terminal 1 and the lead 2; (at the same time or before, the pins 32 of the socket terminal 3 may be soldered to the circuit board 4)
And a second process: a manipulator (clamp) of the automation equipment clamps the plug terminal 1 and then moves to the upper part of the socket terminal 3 needing to be electrically connected;
the third process: by the downward movement of the manipulator (clip), the plug main body 11 of the plug terminal 1 is caught between the two elastic walls 312 of the receptacle terminal 3, as shown in fig. 4. Because the two ends of the plug main body 11 are respectively provided with the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 13, the plug terminal 1 cannot move towards the two ends (in the left and right directions of the visual angle shown in fig. 3) by utilizing the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 13, so that the plug terminal 1 is ensured not to fall off from the socket terminal 3; due to the elastic clamping force applied to the plug terminal 1 by the two elastic walls 312 of the socket terminal 3, the arc surface 302 of the elastic wall 312 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical plug main body 11, so that the conductive area is increased, and the overcurrent capacity is improved.
A second aspect of the present disclosure provides a household appliance including the wiring connection device according to any one of the above embodiments.
The household appliance provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure has the beneficial effects of the wiring device of any one of the above embodiments because it includes the wiring device of any one of the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the household electrical appliance may further include a circuit board 4 and a wire 2 (specifically, a power line or other power lines) in addition to the wiring device, the socket terminal 3 of the wiring device is connected to the circuit board 4, the plug terminal 1 of the wiring device is connected to the wire 2, and the plug terminal 1 is clamped into the elastic clamping groove 30 of the socket terminal 3, so as to electrically connect the circuit board 4 and the wire 2 by using the wiring device.
It should be noted that the wiring device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to the electrical connection between the lead 2 and the circuit board 4, and may also be used to electrically connect a lead and an electrical component, for example, the socket terminal 3 of the wiring device is connected to an electrical component, the plug terminal 1 of the wiring device is connected to a lead, and the plug terminal 1 is inserted into the elastic slot 30 of the socket terminal 3, so as to connect an electrical component and a lead.
Specifically, the household appliances can be electric cookers, electric pressure cookers, refrigerators and the like.

Claims (10)
1. A wiring device, comprising:
a plug terminal;
socket terminal, with plug terminal adaptation is connected, be formed with the elasticity draw-in groove on the socket terminal, the elasticity draw-in groove have with the draw-in groove opening that the lateral part of plug terminal corresponds, the plug terminal can warp draw-in groove opening card is gone into in the elasticity draw-in groove, and under the elasticity clamp force effect of elasticity draw-in groove with the internal face contact of elasticity draw-in groove is in order to realize the electricity and connect.
2. The wiring device of claim 1, wherein the plug terminal includes a cylindrical plug body, the plug terminal snapping into the resilient card slot from a side of the plug body.

The wiring device according to claim 2, wherein the inner wall surface of the elastic clamping groove includes arc surfaces which are oppositely arranged and adapted to the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the plug main body, and the outer peripheral surface of the plug main body is attached to the arc surfaces to realize electrical connection.
4. The wiring device according to claim 2, wherein a guide surface for guiding the plug terminal to be caught in the elastic card slot is formed at the card slot opening.

The wiring device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the plug terminal further comprises a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion, the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are disposed on the plug main body at intervals and are used for being abutted against two ends of the socket terminal respectively to limit the movement of the plug terminal relative to the socket terminal.
7. The wiring device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the plug terminal further comprises a connecting portion connected to one end of the plug main body for riveting connection or welding connection with an external wire.
8. The wiring device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the socket terminal includes a socket body, the socket body includes a bottom wall and two elastic walls extending from opposite sides of the bottom wall, the bottom wall and the two elastic walls enclose the elastic engaging groove, and the engaging groove opening is formed between the two elastic walls.
9. The wiring device according to claim 8, wherein the socket terminal further comprises one or more pins, the pins are connected to the bottom wall or the elastic wall of the socket body, and the pins are used for connecting with an external circuit board.
10. A household appliance comprising a wiring device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
