In another specific example of the sorting station of the present invention, the sorting station includes three processing portions 40, which are the sending unit 41, the transfer unit 42, and the storage unit 43, respectively, or the sending unit 41, the transfer unit 42, and the temporary storage unit 44, respectively, or the sending unit 41, the storage unit 43, and the temporary storage unit 44, respectively, or the transfer unit 42, the storage unit 43, and the temporary storage unit 44, respectively.
Although the processing sections 40 of the sorting stations of the present invention can be combined in different ways, for convenience of description and understanding, the sorting stations of the present invention will be further disclosed and explained with reference to the following description, wherein the sorting stations disclosed in fig. 1A to 5 include four specific embodiments of the processing sections 40.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 5, the supporting body 10 is used for supporting the processing platform 20 to a preset height position so as to form a holding space 400 at the lower side of the processing platform 20, i.e., the upper side and the lower side of the processing platform 20 form the sorting space 200 and the holding space 400, respectively. The processing platform 20 has a sending through hole 21, and the sending through hole 21 communicates the sorting space 200 and the holding space 400. The sending unit 41 comprises a sending part 411 and at least one sending pipe 412 connected to the sending part 411, the sending part 411 is arranged in the holding space 400, and the sending aperture 21 of the processing platform 20 corresponds to the sending part 411 to allow the sample tube 100 passing through the sending aperture 21 of the processing platform 20 to be received by the sending part 411, the sending pipe 412 is arranged to be extendable from the holding space 400 to the sorting space 200 and further to the inspection site, so that the sample tube 100 sent by the sending part 411 can be sent to the inspection site along the sending pipe 412.
Preferably, the sending through hole 21 of the processing stage 20 is provided at one end portion of the processing stage 20, and accordingly, the sending part 411 of the sending unit 41 is provided corresponding to the end portion of the processing stage 20.
It is worth mentioning that the type of the sending part 411 of the sending unit 41 is not limited in the sorting station of the present invention, as long as it can send the sample tubes 100. For example, in this particular example of the sorting station shown in fig. 1A to 5, the sending portion 411 of the sending unit 41 may be a pneumatic sending unit.
Specifically, the sending part 411 further comprises at least one transport conduit 4111 and a distributor 4112, wherein the transport conduit 4111 has a conduit inlet 41111 and a conduit outlet 41112 corresponding to the conduit inlet 41111, the conduit outlet 41112 is arranged to communicate with the sending conduit 412, the sending aperture 21 of the processing platform 20 corresponds to the distributor 4112, and the distributor 4112 is used for distributing the sample tube 100 to the different transport conduit 4111, wherein the transport conduit 4111 is configured to allow a gas flow from the conduit inlet 41111 to the conduit outlet 41112, so as to send the sample tube 100 by driving the sample tube 100 along the sending conduit 412, thereby sending the sample tube 100.
For example, in this particular example of the sorting station shown in fig. 1A to 5, the number of the transport ducts 4111 of the sending part 411 is three, and the distribution thereof is defined as a first transport duct 4111A, a second transport duct 4111b and a third transport duct 4111c, the first transport duct 4111A, the second transport duct 4111b and the third transport duct 4111c having the duct inlet 41111 and the duct outlet 41112, respectively. The conduit inlet 41111 of the first transport conduit 4111a, the conduit inlet 41111 of the second transport conduit 4111b, and the conduit inlet 41111 of the third transport conduit 4111c correspond to the distributor 4112, respectively, to allow the distributor 4112 to distribute the sample tube 100 into one of the first transport conduit 4111a, the second transport conduit 4111b, and the third transport conduit 4111 c. The conduit outlet 41112 of the first transport conduit 4111a is arranged in communication with the sending conduit 412 corresponding to a first of the test sites to allow the sample tube 100 to be sent to the first of the test sites, the conduit outlet 41112 of the second transport conduit 4111b is arranged in communication with the sending conduit 412 corresponding to a second of the test sites to allow the sample tube 100 to be sent to the second of the test sites, and the conduit outlet 41112 of the third transport conduit 4111c is arranged in communication with the sending conduit 412 corresponding to a third of the test sites to allow the sample tube 100 to be sent to the third of the test sites.
Further, the distributor 4112 has a distribution space 41121 and a distribution opening 41122 communicating with the distribution space 41121, wherein the distributor 4112 has a receiving state and a distribution state, and the distributor 4112 is arranged to be switchable between the receiving state and the distribution state. When the dispenser 4112 is in the receiving state, the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 corresponds to the sending perforation 21 of the processing platform 20, such that the sample tube 100 is allowed to enter and be held in the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 after passing through the sending perforation 21 of the processing platform 20, e.g., the sample tube 100 is allowed to enter and be held in the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 via the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112. When the distributor 4112 is in the distributing state, the distributing opening 41122 of the distributor 4112 is aligned with the conduit inlet 41111 of one of the conveying conduits 4111, so that subsequently the sample tubes 100 held in the distributing space 41121 of the distributor 4112 are allowed to enter the conveying conduit 4111 via the distributing opening 41122 of the distributor 4112 and the conduit inlet 41111 of the aligned conveying conduit 4111.
For example, when the dispenser 4112 is in the dispensing state, the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 can be aligned with the conduit inlet 41111 of the first transport conduit 4111a, such that subsequently, the sample tubes 100 held in the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 are allowed to enter the first transport conduit 4111a via the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 and the conduit inlet 41111 of the first transport conduit 4111a, and the sample tubes 100 can be sent to a first of the detection sites via the sending conduit 412. Accordingly, when the dispenser 4112 is in the dispensing state, the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 can be aligned with the tube inlet 41111 of the second transport tube 4111b, such that subsequently, the sample tubes 100 held in the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 are allowed to enter the second transport tube 4111b via the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 and the tube inlet 41111 of the second transport tube 4111b, and the sample tubes 100 can be sent to a second of the inspection locations via the sending tube 412. Accordingly, when the dispenser 4112 is in the dispensing state, the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 can be aligned with the conduit inlet 41111 of the third transport conduit 4111c, such that subsequently, the sample tubes 100 held in the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 are allowed to enter the third transport conduit 4111c via the dispensing opening 41122 of the dispenser 4112 and the conduit inlet 41111 of the third transport conduit 4111c, and the sample tubes 100 can be sent to a third of the inspection locations via the sending conduit 412.
Preferably, the distributor 4112 is a disk-shaped distributor, wherein the distributor 4112 can be rotationally switched between the receiving state and the distributing state, and the distributor 4112 can be rotationally selectively aligned with the duct inlet 41111 of one of the conveying ducts 4111, in such a way that a miniaturization of the sending part 411, and thus of the sorting station, is facilitated.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the sending part 411 of the sending unit 41 further comprises a transferring part 4113, wherein the transferring part 4113 is configured to transfer the sample tubes 100 held in the distributing space 41121 of the distributor 4112 to the corresponding conveying conduits 4111.
Specifically, the distributor 4112 further has a pushing opening 41123, and the pushing opening 41123 communicates with the distributing space 41121, so that the distributing space 41121 forms a through hole. The transfer portion 4113 comprises a transfer driver 41131 and a push rod 41132 which is drivably connected to the transfer driver 41131, wherein the transfer driver 41131 is configured to drive the push rod 41132 to protrude into the dispensing space 41121 through the push opening 41123 of the dispenser 4112 and to be further extendable toward the dispensing opening 41122, and to drive the push rod 41132 to exit from the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 or to drive the push rod 41132 to be held close to the push opening 41123 in the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112. When the transfer driver 41131 drives the push rod 41132 to extend into the distribution space 41121 through the push opening 41123 of the distributor 4112 and further extend towards the distribution opening 41122, the push rod 41132 can push the sample tube 100 held in the distribution space 41121 of the distributor 4112 into the conveying conduit 4111 through the distribution opening 41122 of the distributor 4112 and the conduit inlet 41111 of the conveying conduit 4111. Accordingly, when the transfer driver 41131 drives the push rod 41132 to exit the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 or drives the push rod 41132 to be held in a position close to the push opening 41123 within the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112, the sample tube 100 can be fed into the dispensing space 41121 of the dispenser 4112 for subsequent dispensing of the sample tube 100 by the dispenser 4112.
Preferably, the transfer driver 41131 of the transfer portion 4113 is mounted to the distributor 4112 to allow the transfer portion 4113 to rotate synchronously with the distributor 4112, so that the transfer portion 4113 can reliably transfer the sample tubes 100 held in the distribution space 41121 of the distributor 4112 to the corresponding transport tube 4111 after the distribution opening 41122 of the distributor 4112 is aligned with the tube inlet 41111 of one transport tube 4111.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, an end of the transport duct 4111 forming the duct inlet 41111 abuts an outer wall of the distributor 4112 to close the duct inlet 41111 of the transport duct 4111 when the distribution opening 41122 of the distributor 4112 is not aligned with the duct inlet 41111 of the transport duct 4111, thereby ensuring that the transport duct 4111 forms a gas flow from the duct inlet 41111 in a direction towards the duct outlet 41112, thereby allowing the sample tubes 100 to be driven along the transport duct 4111 to be sent to the inspection site via the sending duct 412.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the sending portion 411 of the sending unit 41 further comprises at least one sending gas source portion 4114, wherein the sending gas source portion 4114 comprises a sending gas generator 41141 and at least one sending gas pipe 41142 connected to the sending gas generator 41141, wherein the conveying duct 4111 has a gas source port 41113 near an end of the conveying duct 4111 forming the duct inlet 41111, wherein the end of the sending gas source pipe 41142 is mounted to the gas source port 41113 of the conveying duct 4111. The sending gas pipe 41142 is used to transmit the gas flow generated by the sending gas generator 41141 to the transmission duct 4111, so that the transmission duct 4111 forms a gas flow flowing from the duct inlet 41111 to the duct outlet 41112.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the sending part 411 of the sending unit 41 further comprises a dispensing driver 4115, wherein the dispenser 4112 is drivably mounted on the dispensing driver 4115, so that the dispenser 4112 is driven by the dispensing driver 4115 to rotate to switch between the receiving state and the dispensing state.
It should be noted that the type of the dispensing driver 4115 is not limited in the sending unit 41 of the present invention, as long as the dispenser 4112 can be driven to rotate. For example, in a specific example of the sending unit 41 of the present invention, the dispensing driver 4115 is a motor, and the dispenser 4112 is mounted to a rotor of the motor, so that the dispenser 4112 can be driven to rotate by the dispensing driver 4115.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the sending part 411 of the sending unit 41 further includes a connecting frame 4116, and the distribution driver 4115 and the end of each of the conveying pipes 4111 forming the pipe inlet 41111 are respectively mounted on the connecting frame 4116, so that the distribution driver 4115 and the conveying pipes 4111 are integrated by the connecting frame 4116. The connection housing 4116 may be mounted to the process platform 20 or the support body 10 to allow the sending part 411 of the sending unit 41 to be mounted to the holding space 400.
In the particular embodiment of the sorting station shown in fig. 1A to 5, the transport unit 42 extends inside the processing platform 20 from the middle of the processing platform 20 to one end, such that the transport unit 42 is able to transport the sample tubes 100 to the detection devices 300 located at the sides of the sorting station.
Alternatively, in another specific example of the sorting station of the present invention, the conveying unit 42 can extend from one end of the processing platform 20 to the other end, so that the conveying unit 42 can convey the sample tube 100 to the detecting device 300 located at the side of the sorting station.
It is worth mentioning that the type of the transfer unit 42 is not limited in the sorting station of the present invention as long as it can transfer the sample tubes 100, for example, the transfer unit 42 may be a crawler-type transfer unit.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 5, the storage unit 43 is detachably disposed on the processing platform 20 at a lower portion of the outer side of the processing platform 20, such that: on the one hand, the storage unit 43 can be hidden by the processing platform 20 to ensure the appearance integrity of the sorting station, and on the other hand, an operator can mount the storage unit 43 on the lower portion of the processing platform 20 at the outside of the processing platform 20 or separate the storage unit 43 from the lower portion of the processing platform 20 to be operated.
Preferably, the processing platform 20 has a storage through hole 22, the storage through hole 22 connects the sorting space 200 and the holding space 400, wherein the storage through hole 22 corresponds to the storage unit 43, so that the sample tube 100 sorted and transferred by the sorting part 30 in the sorting space 200 can be transferred to the storage unit 43 after passing through the storage through hole 22 of the processing platform 200, so as to allow the subsequent concentrated transfer of a plurality of sample tubes 100 stored in the storage unit 43. It is worth mentioning that the type of the storage unit 43 is not limited in the sorting station of the present invention, as long as it can store the sample tubes 100, for example, the storage unit 43 may be a drawer type storage unit.
The buffer unit 44 is formed on the upper portion of the processing platform 20, for example, the processing platform 20 is provided with a blind hole or a through hole to form the buffer unit 44, and the sample tube 100 is buffered in such a way that a part of the sample tube 100 is held in the buffer unit 44.
With continued reference to fig. 1A-5, the sorting station further includes a receiving portion 70, wherein the receiving portion 70 is disposed on the processing platform 20, and the receiving portion 70 extends from one end of the processing platform 20 to the other end, such that the sample tubes 100 received by the receiving portion 70 can be conveyed from one end of the processing platform 20 to the other end. Preferably, the receiving part 70 is provided at an inner side of the processing platform 20 and an upper portion of the processing platform 20. It is worth mentioning that the type of receiving part 70 is not limited in the sorting station of the present invention, as long as it can convey the sample tube 100. For example, the receiver 70 is a crawler-type receiver.
Alternatively, in a variant example of the sorting station of the present invention, the receiving portion 70 of the sorting station and the transfer unit 42 of the processing portion 40 can be one and the same mechanism.
In addition, the sorting station further comprises a receiving conduit 80, wherein an end of the receiving conduit 80 corresponds to an end of the receiving portion 70 to allow receiving the sample tubes 100 from the receiving conduit 80 from the receiving portion 70.
Fig. 3A to 3E show the flow of the sorting station.
Fig. 3A shows a state in which the receiving part 70 of the sorting station receives the sample tube 100. In particular, the sample tube 100 can be transported along the receiving channel 80 to an end of the receiving portion 70 corresponding to an end of the processing platform 20, and the receiving portion 70 can carry the sample tube 100 along in a direction from one end of the processing platform 20 to the other end.
Referring to fig. 3B, the sorting unit 30 sorts and transfers the sample tubes 100 to the transfer unit 42 in the sorting space 200 according to the properties of the sample tubes 100, so as to allow the transfer unit 42 to continue moving toward the end of the processing platform 20 and finally to be transferred to the inspection device 300. Specifically, the sorting unit 30 transfers the sample tube 100 from the receiving unit 70 to the transport unit 42 in a manner that the sample tube 100 is clamped.
Referring to fig. 3C, the sorting unit 30 sorts and transfers the sample tubes 100 to the sending unit 41 in the sorting space 200 according to the attributes of the sample tubes 100, so as to allow the sending unit 41 to send the sample tubes 100 to the detection location.
Referring to fig. 3D, the sorting unit 30 sorts the sample tubes 100 in the sorting space 200 and transfers the sample tubes 100 to the buffer unit 44 according to the attributes of the sample tubes 100, so as to allow the buffer unit 44 to temporarily store the sample tubes 100 in the sorting station.
Referring to fig. 3D, the sorting unit 30 sorts the sample tubes 100 in the sorting space 200 according to the attributes of the sample tubes 100 and transfers the sample tubes 100 to the storage unit 43, so as to collectively process the plurality of sample tubes 100 stored in the storage unit 43.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only examples, wherein features of different embodiments may be combined with each other to obtain embodiments which are easily imaginable in accordance with the disclosure of the invention, but which are not explicitly indicated in the drawings.

The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.
Claims (10)
1. A sorting station for sorting sample tubes, comprising:
a sorting section;
a support body;
a receiving part;
a receiving pipe;
at least two processing sections; and
a processing platform, wherein the processing platform is supported by the supporting body to a preset height position, and a sorting space is formed on the upper side of the processing platform, wherein the sorting part sorts and transfers the sample tubes to different processing parts in the sorting space formed by the processing platform, wherein the receiving part is disposed on the processing platform and extends from one end of the processing platform to the other end, wherein one end of the receiving pipe corresponds to one end of the receiving part to allow the receiving part to receive the sample tubes from the receiving pipe, and the receiving part transfers the sample tubes from one end of the processing platform to the other end.
2. Sorting station according to claim 1, characterized in that the sorting section is held suspended in the sorting space.
3. The sorting station according to claim 2, further comprising an assembly top disposed on the support body to allow the support body to support the assembly top above the sorting space, wherein the sorting part is suspendedly mounted on the assembly top to hold the sorting part in the sorting space in suspension.
4. A sorting station according to claim 1, characterised in that the sorting section is mounted to the processing platform.
5. Sorting station according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the sorting station further comprises an identification section, wherein the identification section is arranged in the sorting section.
6. A sorting station according to any of claims 1-4, characterised in that the sorting station further comprises an identification part, wherein the identification part is arranged at the support body or the processing platform, wherein the identification part forms a detection area.
7. The sorting station according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the number of processing sections is two, being a sending unit and a transport unit, respectively, wherein the sending unit is arranged at the lower side of the processing platform, the processing platform having a sending aperture communicating the sorting space with the sending unit, such that the sample tube is received by the sending unit after passing through the sending aperture of the processing platform, wherein the transport unit is arranged at the processing platform for transporting the sample tube; or
The number of the processing parts is two, which are respectively a sending unit and a storage unit, wherein the sending unit is arranged at the lower side of the processing platform, the processing platform is provided with a sending perforation, the sending perforation is communicated with the sorting space and corresponds to the sending unit, so that the sample tube is received by the sending unit after passing through the sending perforation of the processing platform, the storage unit is detachably arranged at the lower side of the processing platform, the processing platform is provided with a storage perforation, the storage perforation is communicated with the sorting space and corresponds to the storage unit, so that the sample tube is received by the storage unit after passing through the storage perforation of the processing platform; or
The number of the processing parts is two, which are respectively a sending unit and a temporary storage unit, wherein the sending unit is arranged at the lower side of the processing platform, the processing platform is provided with a sending perforation, the sending perforation is communicated with the sorting space and corresponds to the sending unit, so that the sample tube is received by the sending unit after passing through the sending perforation of the processing platform, and the temporary storage unit is arranged at the upper side of the processing platform and is used for temporarily storing the sample tube; or

Sorting station according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the number of processing sections is three, which are respectively a sending unit, a transmission unit and a storage unit, wherein the sending unit is arranged at the lower side of the processing platform, the processing platform is provided with a sending perforation which is communicated with the sorting space and corresponds to the sending unit, such that said sample tube is received by said sending unit after passing through said sending aperture of said processing platform, wherein the transport unit is arranged at the processing platform for transporting the sample tubes, wherein the storage unit is detachably arranged at the lower side of the processing platform, the processing platform is provided with a storage through hole which is communicated with the sorting space and corresponds to the storage unit, such that said sample tube is received by said storage unit after passing through said storage aperture of said processing platform; or

The sorting station according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the number of processing sections is four, each being a delivery unit, a transport unit, a storage unit and a buffer unit, wherein the delivery unit is arranged on the underside of the processing platform, the processing platform having a delivery aperture which communicates with the sorting space and corresponds to the delivery unit, such that the sample tubes are received by the delivery unit after passing through the delivery aperture of the processing platform, wherein the transport unit is arranged on the processing platform for transporting the sample tubes, wherein the storage unit is detachably arranged on the underside of the processing platform, the processing platform having a storage aperture which communicates with the sorting space and corresponds to the storage unit, the sample tubes are received by the storage unit after passing through the storage through holes of the processing platform, wherein the temporary storage unit is arranged on the upper side of the processing platform for temporarily storing the sample tubes.
10. The sorting station according to claim 9, wherein the delivery unit comprises a delivery portion and at least one delivery conduit connected to the delivery portion, the delivery portion being arranged in a holding space formed in the underside of the processing platform and the delivery aperture of the processing platform corresponding to the delivery portion to allow the sample tube passing through the delivery aperture of the processing platform to be received by the delivery portion, the delivery conduit being arranged to be extendable from the holding space to the sorting space and further to a testing location such that the sample tube delivered by the delivery portion can be delivered to the testing location along the delivery conduit;
wherein the sending part further comprises at least one transport conduit having a conduit inlet and a conduit outlet corresponding to the conduit inlet, the conduit outlet being arranged to communicate with the sending conduit, the sending aperture of the processing platform corresponding to the distributor for distributing the sample tubes to different transport conduits, wherein the transport conduit is configured to allow a gas flow in a direction from the conduit inlet to the conduit outlet for sending the sample tubes by driving the sample tubes along the sending conduit, such that the sending of the sample tubes is achieved;
wherein the distributor has a distribution space and a distribution opening communicating with the distribution space, wherein the dispenser has a receiving state and a dispensing state and is arranged to be switchable between the receiving state and the dispensing state, the dispensing opening of the dispenser corresponding to the delivery aperture of the processing platform when the dispenser is in the receiving state, such that the sample tube is allowed to enter and be retained in the dispensing space of the dispenser after passing through the sending aperture of the processing platform, wherein the dispenser is a disc-shaped dispenser which is switchable in a rotational manner between the receiving state and the dispensing state, and the distributor is capable of selectively aligning the pipe inlet of one of the transport pipes in a rotating manner;
wherein the sending part further comprises a transferring part for transferring the sample tubes held in the distribution space of the dispenser to the corresponding transfer tubes;
