Further, in this embodiment, the width of the first inserting end 3611a is smaller than the width of the first limiting end 3611b, and preferably, the width of the first limiting end 3611b is larger than the width of the first inserting hole 3511, so that the first limiting end 3611b limits the inserting position of the first plug 3611 and the first inserting hole 3511, and the stability of the structure is further improved.
The other end of the fixing rod 361 in this embodiment is further provided with a third plug 3612, and the third plug 3612 is used for assembling a detector, and the detector is used for recording the spraying track of the spray gun 31.

The arm rack bar 32 in this embodiment is a long bar structure, a connecting block 321 is disposed at one end of the arm rack bar 32, the rotating disc 441 of the connecting block 321 in this embodiment is connected by a bolt, and the connecting block 321 is clamped with the corresponding avoiding notch 4411. This structural design retrencies, effectively promotes the stability that arm 4 and spraying device 3 are connected, avoids the error of spraying device 3 and arm 4 junction, promotes the accurate nature of automatic spraying robot spraying operation.
The bottom end of the arm hack lever 32 in the invention is provided with the second jack 322 inserted with the second plug 3521, the second jacks 322 in the embodiment are provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of second jacks 322 are arranged along the axial direction of the arm hack lever 32, so that the spraying device 3 in the embodiment can be simultaneously assembled with a plurality of groups of spray guns 31, the practicability of the spraying robot is improved, the spraying efficiency of the spraying operation is improved, and the structure is strong in practicability.
The second plug 3521 includes a second plugging end 3521a and a second connection section 3521b, the second plugging end 3521a is connected with the supporting portion 352 through the second connection section 3521b, and the second connection section 3521b is provided with a second connection hole 3521 c; the side wall of the arm gun rack rod 32 is also provided with a second fixing hole 323, the second fixing hole 323 corresponds to the second connecting hole 3521c in position, the second fixing hole 323 is communicated with the second inserting hole 322, and the coating and spraying device further comprises a second connecting piece 34; the second connector 34 is inserted into the second fixing hole 323 and the second fixing hole 323, thereby defining a connection position of the arm gun bar 32 and the second plug 3521.
The arm frame bar 32 is further provided at a side thereof with a second fixing hole 323, the second fixing hole 323 is communicated with the second insertion hole 322, and the second connecting member 34 connects the second connecting hole 3521c and the second fixing hole 323, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the second plug 3521 and the arm frame bar 32.
The structure of the first connecting member 33 in the present embodiment will be explained with reference to fig. 3 and 4:
the first connecting member 33 in this embodiment is a U-shaped structure, two sets of first fixing holes 3512 are provided, the first connecting member 33 includes a first fixing section and two first inserting sections oppositely disposed at two ends of the first fixing section, a straight line where long sides of the two sets of first inserting sections are located intersects a straight line where long sides of the first fixing section are located, and the two sets of first inserting sections are respectively inserted into the two first fixing holes 3512. The first fixing section defines an insertion position of the first connecting member 33, and improves the stability of the first connecting member 33 in connecting the arm gun rest lever 32 and the gun clamp 36.
In addition, the first connecting member 33 in this embodiment may be an elastic member, and the two sets of first inserting sections are relatively close to each other, so as to clamp the spray gun clamp 36 and improve the structural stability of the spraying device 3.
Preferably, the first connecting member 33 in this embodiment is located above the arm rack bar 32, and the first connecting member 33 also defines the position of the arm rack bar 32, so as to improve the compactness and stability of the structure of the spraying device 3.
The second connecting member 34 in this embodiment has the same structure as the first connecting member 33 in this embodiment, and two sets of second fixing holes 323 are provided in this embodiment. The second connecting member 34 in this embodiment is a U-shaped structure, the second fixing holes 323 are provided in two sets, the second connecting member 34 includes a second fixing section and second inserting sections oppositely disposed at two ends of the second fixing section, the straight lines of the long sides of the two sets of second inserting sections intersect with the straight lines of the long sides of the second fixing section, and the two sets of second inserting sections are respectively inserted into the two second fixing holes 323. The second fixing section defines a plugging position of the second connector 34, and raises the stability of the second connector 34 connecting the arm gun rest bar 32 and the middle overlapping block 35.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
first, the spray gun 31 is connected to the clamp assembly.
1) The lance 31 is connected with the intermediate overlapping block 35: in this embodiment, a fixing groove is formed at one side of the spray gun 31, a third fixing hole 3523 is formed at the supporting portion 352 of the middle overlapping block 35, and a screw penetrates through the third fixing hole 3523 to be connected with the fixing groove, so that the spray gun 31 and the middle overlapping block 35 are assembled.
When the spray gun 31 of different pigments needs to be replaced, the spray gun 31 and the middle overlapping block 35 need to be disassembled through disassembling screws, so that the structure is simplified, practical and convenient to operate.
2) The middle overlapping block 35 is inserted into the spray gun clamp 36: the top end of the middle overlapping block 35 in this embodiment is provided with a first jack 3511, the first plug 3611 at one end of the spray gun clamp 36 is inserted into the first jack 3511, and the first limiting end 3611b on the first plug 3611 promotes the insertion position of the first plug 3611 and the first jack 3511, so that the spray gun clamp 36 can be assembled by a user conveniently.
After the first plug 3611 and the first jack 3511 are plugged in place, the first fixing hole 3512 is communicated with a first connecting hole 3611d on the first plug 3611; then, the second connecting member 34 is inserted and installed, and the second connecting member 34 is inserted and limited in the first fixing hole 3512 and the first connecting hole 3611d, so that the stability that the spray gun clamp 36 is easy to fall off is avoided.
Secondly, the spray gun clamp 36 is held by a hand to carry out manual spraying operation.
First, the third plug 3612 of the fixing rod 361 of the gun holder 36 in this embodiment is installed with the detector, and then the swing part on the installation platform is manually painted by manually holding the grabbing rod 362, as shown in fig. 9, and the detector records the track of the manually painted swing part.
And thirdly, the spraying device 3 is connected with the mechanical arm 4.
1) The arm gun frame rod 32 is mounted on the rotating disc 441 on the mechanical arm 4, wherein an avoiding notch 4411 is arranged on the periphery side of the rotating disc 441. The arm gun rest rod 32 in this embodiment is a long-strip structure, a connecting block 321 is disposed at one end of the arm gun rest rod 32, the rotating disc 441 of the connecting block 321 in this embodiment is connected by a bolt, and the connecting block 321 is clamped with the corresponding avoiding notch 4411. This structural design retrencies, effectively promotes the stability that 4 and the spraying device 3 of arm are connected, avoids the error of the spraying device 3 and 4 junctions of arm, promotes the accurate nature of automatic spraying robot spraying operation.
2) The gun holder 36 is detached from the intermediate overlapping block 35, and then the intermediate overlapping block 35 is attached to the arm gun rest bar 32. Wherein, the bottom end of the arm rack bar 32 is provided with a second jack 322, and a second plug 3521 on the middle overlapping block 35 is inserted into the second jack 322.
3) The second connector 34 connects the second plug 3521 and the second jack 322 which are plugged in place, so as to define the connection position of the middle overlapping block 35 and the arm gun rack bar 32, thereby improving the stability of the structure and avoiding the loose structure from dropping.
In the invention, the second jacks 322 are provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of second jacks 322 are axially arranged along the arm gun rest rod 32, so that the spraying device 3 in the embodiment can be simultaneously provided with a plurality of groups of spray guns 31, and can be provided with spray guns 31 of various colors, thereby improving the practicability of the spraying robot and the spraying efficiency of the spraying operation, and having strong structural practicability.
After the middle overlapping block 35 is connected to the arm frame bar 32, the spray gun clamp 36 is inserted into the first insertion hole 3511 of the middle overlapping block 35, and then the spray gun clamp 36 and the middle overlapping block 35 are fixed by the first connecting member 33, so that the assembly of the spraying device 3 is completed.
In this embodiment, in the structure of the assembled spraying device 3, the first connecting part 33 is located above the arm frame bar 32, and the first connecting part 33 further defines the position of the arm frame bar 32, so as to improve the compactness and stability of the structure of the spraying device.
Fourthly, after the spraying device 3 and the mechanical arm 4 are assembled, the manual spraying track detected by the detector is fed back to the central processing unit in the base 1, and then the central processing unit drives the mechanical arm 4 to spray the swing part on the spraying platform 2.
At least two mounting seats are arranged in the invention. At least two installation seats are connected with the base 1 through an installation support 23, and the installation support 23 is rotatably connected with the base 1. And are distributed in an annular array at least with the rotation center of the mounting bracket 23 as the center of circle. Preferably, the movement locus of the mounting seats in this embodiment is overlapped by the feeding position and the discharging position, and two mounting seats are preferably provided, and the two mounting seats are the first mounting seat 21 and the second mounting seat 22 respectively.

3) After the spraying of the first swing part is finished, the first mounting seat 21 drives the first spraying finished product to move from the spraying position to the blanking position, and a worker blanks the first spraying finished product, loads a third swing part and prepares for spraying operation; at this time, the second mounting seat 22 drives the second swing member to move from the loading position to the unloading position for spraying operation.
This completes the use of the automatic coating robot of the preferred embodiment.

1. A spray coating device, comprising:
a spray gun is arranged on the spray gun,
the arm gun rack rod is used for being connected with the corresponding mechanical arm; and
one side of the middle overlapping block is connected with the spray gun, and the other side of the middle overlapping block is detachably connected with the arm gun rack rod; and
the spray gun fixture is arranged at the top end of the middle overlapping block, the spray gun fixture is detachably connected with the middle overlapping block, a detector is connected onto the spray gun fixture, and the detector is used for detecting the movement track of the spray gun.
2. The spray coating device of claim 1 wherein said intermediate clutch block comprises:
the connecting part is vertically arranged on one side of the middle overlapping block, one side of the connecting part is connected with the spray gun, a first jack is arranged at the top end of the connecting part, and the first jack is spliced with the spray gun clamp; and
the support portion, the bottom of the connecting portion is connected to one side of the top of the support portion, the other side of the top of the support portion is located at the bottom end of the arm gun rest rod, and a second plug is arranged on the support portion and is connected with the arm gun rest rod in an inserting mode.
3. The spray coating device of claim 2 wherein said spray gun clamp comprises:
the fixed rod is vertically arranged, the top end of the fixed rod is connected with the detector, the bottom end of the fixed rod is provided with a first plug, and the first plug is inserted into the first jack; and
and the grabbing rod is arranged on one side of the fixed rod and used for grabbing the spray gun clamp in a handheld mode.
4. The spraying device according to claim 3, wherein a first fixing hole is formed in a side wall of the middle overlapping block, and the first fixing hole is communicated with the first insertion hole;
the first plug is provided with a first limiting hole, the spraying device further comprises a first connecting piece, and the first connecting piece penetrates through the first fixing hole and extends into the first inserting hole, so that the positions of the spray gun clamp and the middle overlapping block are limited.
5. The spraying device according to claim 4, wherein the first fixing holes are provided in two groups, the first connecting member includes a first fixing section and first inserting sections oppositely disposed at two ends of the first fixing section, a straight line where long sides of the two groups of first inserting sections are located intersects a straight line where long sides of the first fixing section are located, and the two groups of first inserting sections are respectively inserted into the two groups of first fixing holes.
6. A spray assembly according to claim 4 wherein said first plug comprises:
the first limiting end is connected with the bottom end of the fixed rod, the first limiting end is in contact with the top surface of the middle overlapping block, and the first limiting end limits the inserting position of the first plug and the first inserting hole;
the first plug end is plugged with the first jack; and
the first connection section connects the first plug-in end and the first limit end, and the first limit hole is arranged in the first connection section.
7. The spray coating device of claim 2 wherein the support portion is provided with a third fixing hole extending therethrough, the support portion being removably connected to the spray gun via the third fixing hole.
8. The spray coating device of claim 2 wherein said arm rest bar has a plurality of second receptacles at a bottom end thereof for receiving a second plug, said arm rest bar being of elongate configuration, said plurality of second receptacles being arranged along a long side of said arm rest bar.
9. The spraying device of claim 8, wherein the second plug includes a second insertion end and a second connection section, the second insertion end is connected with the support portion through the second connection section, and the second connection section is provided with a second connection hole;
the side wall of the arm gun rest rod is also provided with a second fixing hole, the second fixing hole corresponds to the second connecting hole in position, the second fixing hole is communicated with the second jack, and the spraying device further comprises a second connecting piece;
the second fixing hole and the second fixing hole are spliced by the second connecting piece, so that the connecting position of the arm gun frame rod and the second plug is limited.
10.
