The base according to claim 8, wherein the rotating member includes a body portion and a partition portion extending from the body portion to the housing, the body portion has a receiving cavity disposed toward the housing, and the partition portion is disposed in the receiving cavity to partition the receiving cavity into the first receiving cavity and the second receiving cavity.
10. The base of claim 7,
the base body is provided with a placing groove, and at least part of the driving piece is positioned in the placing groove.
