The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those skilled in the art.
The applicant finds that the existing intelligent equipment has poor universality due to the fact that the size and the weight of the object to be clamped are large, and the object to be clamped with various sizes is difficult to reliably fix. In addition, most clamping devices have a single clamping angle with the object to be clamped, so that a user cannot obtain an optimal visual angle easily, and the operation experience of the user is influenced.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a clamping device 100 suitable for clamping objects to be clamped with different sizes is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The clamping device 100 of the present embodiment includes: the clamping device comprises a first clamping piece 110 and a second clamping piece 120, wherein the first clamping piece 110 and the second clamping piece 120 are used for clamping objects to be clamped together. The first clamping member 110 is hinged to the second clamping member 120, the first clamping member 110 can rotate relative to the second clamping member 120, and the second clamping member 120 can slide relative to the first clamping member 110 along the first direction X. The present embodiment can form different sizes of receiving spaces by differently deforming the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 by a relative movement, so as to receive objects to be clamped with various sizes and shapes. The object to be clamped in the application can be an intelligent device such as a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted computer and the like of a mobile phone and a large screen, and can also be objects to be clamped in other different shapes. For convenience of description, the object to be held is exemplified as a mobile phone in the present application.
Most of the existing mobile phone clamping jaws are designed to be of plate-shaped structures attached to mobile phone frames, and the preset directions of the mobile phone clamping jaws are difficult to adjust before the mobile phone is clamped. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first clamping member 110 includes a clamping section 111. The clamping section 111 may be in the shape of a flat plate. In an alternative embodiment, the clamping section 111 may also be provided with a hollowed-out groove to save material and facilitate heat dissipation. The clamping section 111 has opposing clamping and back faces. When the handset is in the clamped state, the clamping face of the clamping section 111 faces the handset. Likewise, the clamping section 111 also has opposite upper and lower ends. In this embodiment, the first clamping member 110 further includes a first clamping portion 112 and a second pressing portion 113, the first clamping portion 112 is connected to the upper end of the clamping section 111, and the second pressing portion 113 is connected to the lower end of the first clamping member 110 far away from the first clamping portion 112. The second pressing portion 113 and the first clamping portion 112 are respectively bent with respect to the clamping segment 111. In this embodiment, the first clamping member 110 has a reasonable structural design, and a user can open the first clamping member 110 before clamping the mobile phone to form a certain space, and the position of the mobile phone can be conveniently adjusted in the space, and then the mobile phone can be clamped and fixed to obtain a desired clamping angle.
Prior art clamping devices have mostly spring-actuated jaws that open. When the spring is not applied with force, the initial space between the clamping parts of the clamping jaws is relatively small, and some clamping ends even abut against each other. When the mobile phone is fixed, the spring needs to be applied with force to separate the clamping parts, so that a space for accommodating the mobile phone is formed. In this embodiment, the clamping surface of the first clamping member 110 is convexly provided with a first hinge portion 114 and an abutting portion 115, and the first hinge portion 114 and the abutting portion 115 are arranged at an interval. Since the first hinge portion 114 and the contact portion 115 are provided at a distance, a certain space is formed between the first hinge portion 114 and the contact portion 115. The abutment portion 115 is located in the space between the first hinge portion 114 and the first clamping portion 112. In this embodiment, the abutting portion 115 is plate-shaped, and an end portion of the abutting portion 115 away from the clamping section 111 includes an abutting end surface, and the abutting end surface is used for abutting against a frame of the mobile phone. The abutment 115 also includes opposing first 1151 and second faces. The upper end of the second clip 120 abuts between the first hinge 114 and the abutment 115. When the first clamp 110 is not rotated relative to the second clamp 120, the first surface 1151 of the abutment portion 115 may abut against the clamping surface of the second clamp 120. The second clamping member 120 is fixed to the first hinge portion 114 of the first clamping member 110 and cannot approach the first clamping portion 112, so that an initial angle of not less than 90 ° is formed between the clamping surface of the first clamping member 110 and the clamping surface of the second abutting member. At this time, the mobile phone can be held by directly holding the mobile phone between the abutting portion 115 and the second holding member 120 without applying a force to rotate the first holding member 110. When a larger size of the mobile phone needs to be held, the second clamping member 120 can be stretched relative to the first clamping member 110 to form a larger space for accommodating the mobile phone in the second clamping member 120, and at this time, the abutting portion 115 and the second clamping member 120 can hold the mobile phone along the length direction thereof. This will be described in detail below. Because the initial angle between the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 is large enough, the user does not need to apply force to rotate the first clamping member 110 relative to the second clamping member 120, and the requirement for fixing a large-size mobile phone can be met.
The first hinge 114 is located at the lower end of the clamping section 111 of the first clamping member 110. The number of the first hinge portions 114 is two, and the two first hinge portions 114 are oppositely protruded at two sides of the clamping section 111. A first fixed shaft 117 and a first spring 116 strung on the first fixed shaft 117 are disposed between the two first hinges 114. The first spring 116 has two ends that are deformed by a force. Two ends of the first fixing shaft 117 abut against the corresponding first hinge portions 114 respectively. The second clamping member 120 includes a second hinge portion 121, and the second hinge portion 121 is hinged to the first hinge portion 114 via a first fixed shaft 117 and a first spring 116. In this embodiment, the second pressing portion 113 may extend from the lower end of the clamping section 111 in a direction away from the first hinge portion 114. The arrangement mode can lead the pressing operation to be more labor-saving. The first clamping portion 112 extends from the upper end of the clamping section 111 in a direction approaching the first hinge 114. This structure is provided to form a larger receiving space between the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120. In other embodiments, the extending direction between the second pressing portion 113 and the first clamping portion 112 may be other directions. The first clamping portion 112 has an abutting end surface abutting against the mobile phone bezel. The first clamping portion 112 may further include a positioning block 1121 abutting against the mobile phone for better fixing the frame of the mobile phone.
As shown in fig. 3, the second clamping member 120 further includes a first portion 122 and a second portion 123, and the first portion 122 is movably connected to the second portion 123. By articulated it is meant that relative movement of the first part 122 and the second part 123 can occur. The first portion 122 has a flat plate shape with an upper end and a lower end disposed opposite to each other. That is, the second clamping member 120 has a length extending from the upper end to the lower end. The second clamping member 120 further has a clamping surface and a back surface disposed opposite to each other. The clamping face of the first portion 122 faces the handset when the handset is in the clamped state. In other embodiments, the first portion 122 may also be plate-like or other shape with a certain curvature. In this embodiment, the second hinge 121 is disposed at a position on the back of the first portion 122 near the upper end. The second hinge portion 121 is provided with a hinge hole 1211. Specifically, both ends of the first fixed shaft 117 respectively pass through the hinge holes 12111 to abut against the two first hinge portions 114. One end of the first spring 116, which is forced, abuts against the second pressing portion 113 of the first clamping member 110, and the other end is fixed to the first hinge portion 114. When the second pressing portion 113 is pressed, the two ends of the first spring 116 are deformed by force, and the first clamping member 110 rotates relative to the second clamping member 120. When the second pressing portion 113 is released, the first spring 116 rebounds to drive the first clamping member 110 to return to the initial state. When a larger-sized mobile phone needs to be clamped, the second pressing portion 113 of the first clamping member 110 can be pressed to rotate the first clamping member 110 relative to the second clamping member 120, so that a larger space is formed between the first clamping portion 112 and the second clamping member 120 to accommodate the mobile phone, and the larger-sized mobile phone can be clamped.
In this embodiment, the second portion 123 is configured to be able to slide along the first direction X relative to the first portion 122, so that the second clamping portion 1232 approaches or departs from the first clamping portion 112. The first portion 122 of the second clamp 120 is provided with a first cavity 1221 extending in the first direction X. The first direction X may be along a length direction, a width direction, a thickness direction, or other directions of the first portion 122. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the first direction X is a length direction of the first portion 122. The first cavity 1221 is two chambers disposed side-by-side and spaced apart from each other in the first portion 122. In other alternative embodiments, the first cavity 1221 may be one. The second portion 123 of the second clamping member 120 includes a connecting portion 1231 and a second clamping portion 1232 that are connected to each other. The connecting portions 1231 are in the form of two strips. The two connection portions 1231 are respectively inserted into the two first cavities 1221. The number of the first cavity 1221 and the number of the connecting portions 1231 are set to two, so that the operation of the second clamping member 120 in the first cavity 1221 is smoother. In this embodiment, the first cavity 1221 is formed in the first portion 122 of the second clamping member 120, the connecting portion 1231 of the second portion 123 is inserted into the first cavity 1221, and the connecting portion 1231 can be stretched and retracted along the length direction of the first portion 122, so that the position of the second clamping portion 1232 can be conveniently adjusted. When the first clamping member 110 does not rotate relative to the second clamping member 120, the abutting portion 115 and the second clamping member 120 can clamp the mobile phone along the length direction thereof. When a large sized cell phone needs to be held, the connecting portion 1231 may be stretched relative to the first portion 122 to form a suitable space between the second clamping portion 1232 and the abutment portion 115, or a suitable space between the second clamping portion 1232 and the first clamping portion 112, to accommodate the cell phone. Alternatively, the first clamping member 110 may be rotated relative to the second clamping member 120 to form a larger space between the second clamping portion 1232 and the first clamping portion 112. It should be noted that the connecting portion 1231 is disposed in the first cavity 1221, and the fixing manner of the connecting portion and the first portion 122 will be described in detail below.
Specifically, the two connecting portions 1231 of the second portion 123 are oppositely provided with first latch teeth 12311. The second clamping portion 1232 is located outside the first cavity 1221. The second clamping portion 1232 is substantially perpendicular to the connecting portion 1231. So that the second portion 123 is L-shaped as a whole. The second clamping portion 1232 has an abutting end surface abutting against the mobile phone bezel. The abutting end face can be provided with an anti-skid pad. The fixing effect of the mobile phone can be further enhanced. The back of the first portion 122 is also opened with a second cavity 1222 communicating with the first cavity 1221. The second cavity 1222 is located at a position between two first cavity 1221 chambers. The second cavity 1222 is smaller in size than the first cavity 1221 along the length of the first portion 122. The second cavity 1222 is provided with a first locking block 123 and an elastic member 125, wherein the first locking block 123 is movably connected with the first portion 122 and the connecting portion 1231, respectively. Specifically, the first locking block 123 has a first pressing portion 1231 and a second latch 1242 connected to each other, the first pressing portion 1231 is exposed out of the second cavity 1222, and the number of the second latch 1242 is two and is respectively located in the first cavity 1221. In this embodiment, the elastic member 125 is a cylindrical second spring having two ends capable of being deformed by a force. Both ends of the second spring are respectively connected to the first locking block 123 and the first portion 122 of the second clamping member 120, and can generate an elastic force that enables the first locking block 123 to press the first portion 122. Specifically, both ends of the second spring abut the first locking block 123 and the first portion 122, respectively. In other embodiments, the elastic member 125 may be other resilient members.
In this embodiment, when the first pressing portion 1231 of the first locking block 123 is pressed, the second latch 1242 of the first locking block 123 is disengaged from the corresponding first latch 12311 of the connecting portion 1231, and at this time, the first locking block 123 unlocks the second portion 123 of the second clamping member 120 from the first portion 122, and the second portion 123 can be stretched in the length direction relative to the first portion 122. When the second pressing portion 113 is released, the second spring generates a resilient force pressing the first locking block 123, so that the second latch 1242 of the first locking block 123 and the first latch 12311 of the connecting member return to the engaged state. At this time, the first locking block 123 may lock the second portion 123 to the first portion 122. When a large-sized mobile phone needs to be clamped, the first pressing portion 1231 of the first locking block 123 can be pressed to adjust the second clamping portion 1232 of the second clamping member 120 to a proper size, so as to clamp the mobile phone between the second clamping portion 1232 and the abutting portion 115, or adjust the second clamping portion 1232 to a proper size, so as to press the second pressing portion 113 of the first clamping member 110, so that the first clamping member 110 rotates relative to the second clamping member 120, so as to clamp the mobile phone between the second clamping portion 1232 and the first clamping portion 112, and release the first pressing portion 1231, so as to stably clamp the mobile phone.
The fixing method of the connecting portion 1231 and the first part 122 is not limited to this embodiment, and for example, the connecting portion 1231 may be engaged with or abutted against the first part 122 as long as the connecting portion 1231 can be stretched in the longitudinal direction of the first part 122 and the second clamping portion 1232 can clamp the mobile phone.
In this embodiment, the first clamping member 110 can rotate relative to the second clamping member 120, and the second clamping member 120 can stretch relative to the first clamping member 110, so that the user can adjust the clamping orientation of the mobile phone to form accommodating spaces with different sizes. The holding device 100 of the embodiment can stably hold the mobile phone in a horizontal direction, a vertical direction or a plurality of directions, so that a user can conveniently operate the mobile phone. And the clamping device 100 is reasonable in design, so that the mobile phone clamping and taking-out process is simple, the convenience is higher, and the user operation experience is good.
