Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, aspects of the present disclosure will be further described below. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced in other ways than those described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed in the specification are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a washing machine nozzle assembly 1 including a first nozzle 11 and a second nozzle 12. Specifically, the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 have a water inlet and a water outlet independent of each other, and the water outlets of the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 have different water spraying directions.
That is, the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 are provided independently of each other, and have independent water flow passages, and the water flow flowing in the first nozzle 11 and the water flow flowing in the second nozzle 12 do not meet each other. Specifically, the first nozzle 11 has a first water inlet 111 and a first water outlet 112, the second nozzle 12 has a second water inlet 121 and a second water outlet 122, the first water inlet 111 and the second water inlet 121 are independently disposed, the first water outlet 112 and the second water outlet 122 are independently disposed, and the first water outlet 112 and the second water outlet 122 have different water spraying directions.
The washing machine nozzle assembly 1 provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is provided with the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 which have different water spraying directions, so that different parts inside the washing machine can be respectively sprayed in the working process of the washing machine, the self-cleaning function of the washing machine is convenient to realize, and the washing effect of the washing machine is convenient to improve. The first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 are arranged independently, so that the nozzle can be controlled to spray water into the washing machine according to needs, the applicability of the washing machine nozzle assembly 1 is improved, the working mode suitable for the washing machine nozzle assembly 1 is widened, and the requirement for improving and upgrading the washing machine is met better.
For example, when the washing machine nozzle assembly 1 is installed on a washing machine, water can be sprayed to the inner tub of the washing machine by the first nozzle 11, and water can be sprayed to the door body (specifically, door glass) of the washing machine by the second nozzle 12, so that clothes placed in the washing machine and the door body of the washing machine can be sprayed, thereby improving the washing effect of the washing machine on the clothes, and realizing the self-cleaning function of the washing machine.
In a specific implementation, since the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 are independently arranged, the water inlet of the first nozzle 11 and the water inlet of the second nozzle 12 can be respectively connected to different water supply devices, for example, the first nozzle 11 is connected to a circulation pump of a washing machine, and the second nozzle 12 is connected to a water inlet pipe of the washing machine, so that the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 can be independently controlled to spray water into the washing machine; alternatively, the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 are both connected to the same water supply device, but the water inlet valve controls whether the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 are supplied with water, for example, the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 are connected to the water inlet pipe of the washing machine through a three-way valve or two-way valves, and the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 can be independently controlled to spray water into the washing machine. With the arrangement, the first nozzle 11 and the second nozzle 12 can be controlled to spray water simultaneously or only one of the first nozzle and the second nozzle can spray water according to the working mode of the washing machine, so that the working mode suitable for the washing machine nozzle assembly 1 is widened, and the transformation and the upgrade of the washing machine are facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first nozzle 11 has a first water inlet passage section 113 and a first water outlet passage section 114 which are communicated with each other, and a center line of the first water inlet passage section 113 and a center line of the first water outlet passage section 114 form a first included angle which is greater than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees, as shown in fig. 3, wherein α represents the first included angle.
Specifically, the inlet port (i.e., the first inlet port 111) of the first nozzle 11 is formed on the first water inlet passage section 113, and the outlet port (i.e., the first outlet port 112) of the first nozzle 11 is formed on the first water outlet passage section 114. Through the arrangement of the first included angle, the water inlet formed on the first water inlet channel section 113 is conveniently connected with a water supply device, and the water outlet formed on the first water outlet channel section 114 can spray water towards a predetermined direction, so that the installation and water spraying requirements are met at the same time; in addition, the first included angle is set to be larger than 90 degrees, so that the problem that the flow resistance of water flow flowing into the first water outlet channel section 114 from the first water inlet channel section 113 is large due to the undersize of the first included angle and the second included angle, the flow speed of a water outlet is reduced, and the spraying effect is affected is avoided.
In specific implementation, the size of the first included angle can be reasonably set according to actual conditions. For example, when the first nozzle 11 sprays water toward the inside of the inner barrel, the central line of the first water inlet channel section 113 can be arranged vertically, the central line of the first water outlet channel section 114 can be arranged obliquely downwards, and an included angle of about 20 degrees is formed between the central line of the first water outlet channel section 114 and the horizontal axis of the inner barrel, so as to ensure that the water sprayed from the first nozzle 11 is sprayed into the inside of the inner barrel obliquely downwards better.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the water spraying direction of the first water outlet channel section 114, two opposite inner wall surfaces (specifically, two left and right opposite inner wall surfaces) of the first water outlet channel section 114 gradually extend toward the direction away from each other, and the widths of the two upper and lower opposite inner wall surfaces of the first water outlet channel section 114 gradually increase, so that the two upper and lower opposite inner wall surfaces of the first water outlet channel section 114 are formed into a fan shape. So set up for first outlet channel section 114's cross sectional dimension crescent, thereby make through first nozzle 11 spun rivers can form sectorial scattered rivers to the left and right sides scattering, thereby enlarged first nozzle 11 spray the area, promoted the effect of spraying.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the second nozzle 12 has a second inlet passage section 123 and a second outlet passage section 124 which are communicated with each other, and a center line of the second inlet passage section 123 and a center line of the second outlet passage section 124 form a second included angle which is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees, as shown in fig. 5, wherein β in the figure represents the second included angle.
Specifically, the inlet port (i.e., the second inlet port 121) of the second nozzle 12 is formed on the second water inlet passage section 123, and the outlet port (i.e., the second outlet port 122) of the second nozzle 12 is formed on the second water outlet passage. Through the arrangement of the second included angle, the water inlet formed on the second water inlet channel section 123 is conveniently connected with the water supply device, and the water outlet formed on the second water outlet channel section 124 can spray water in a preset direction, so that the installation and water spraying requirements are met; in addition, the second included angle is larger than 90 degrees, so that the problem that the flow resistance of water flow flowing into the second water outlet channel section 124 from the second water inlet channel section 123 is large, the flow speed of the water outlet is reduced, and the spraying effect is influenced due to the fact that the included angle between the first included angle and the second included angle is too small is avoided.
In specific implementation, the size of the second included angle can be reasonably set according to actual conditions. For example, when the second nozzle 12 sprays water toward the door body, the central line of the second water inlet channel section 123 may be arranged vertically, the central line of the second water outlet channel section 124 may be arranged obliquely downwards, and the central line of the second water outlet channel section 124 is approximately tangent to the circumferential direction of the door body, so as to ensure that the water sprayed from the second nozzle 12 is sprayed onto the door body better.
