In a specific application, the modulus of the adhesive portion of the second seal 140 is equal to or less than 100Mpa, the modulus of the adhesive portion of the third seal 150 is equal to or less than 100Mpa, and the modulus of the adhesive portion of the first seal 160 is equal to or greater than 300 Mpa. The high modulus of the adhesive portion is relatively hard, and the low modulus of the adhesive portion is relatively soft. In the dropping process of the electronic device 100, when the adhesive portion of the first sealing member 160 is pulled by the adhesive portion of the second sealing member 140 and the adhesive portion of the third sealing member 150, the adhesive portion of the first sealing member 160 is hard enough to ensure that the first plate 130 and the second plate 132 of the display module 120 are not easily damaged in the dropping process, and the first plate 130 and the second plate 132 are not damaged by layering, such as air intake.
Specifically, the modulus of the adhesive portion of the second seal 140 includes: 90MPa, 80MPa, 70MPa, 60MPa, 50MPa, etc., not to mention here.
Specifically, the modulus of the adhesive portion of the third seal 150 includes: 90MPa, 80MPa, 70MPa, 60MPa, 50MPa, etc., not to mention here.
Specifically, the modulus of the adhesive portion of the first seal 160 includes: 310MPa, 320MPa, 330MPa, 340MPa, 350MPa, etc., not to mention them.
Specifically, in the related art, the adhesive is directly dispensed only on the device body 110, and the bonding manner is planar bonding. As shown in fig. 6, the display module 120 is fixed to the apparatus body 110 by the dispensing head 190.
The adhesive dispensing method of the main body 110 and the display module 120 is changed into the adhesive dispensing method by taking side adhesive dispensing as a main method, so that the width of plane adhesion is reduced, and the side adhesion is increased to ensure the adhesion reliability of the main body 110 and the display module 120. Meanwhile, the first sealing member 160 protects the cover plate 122 and the display panel 124, so as to ensure the reliability test of the whole device without damaging the display module 120.
The width of the black edge of the display module in the related art is 1.77mm, and the width of the black edge of the display module 120 in the application is less than 1.44 mm.
The first sealing member 160 dispensing process:
dispensing glue on the side of the display module 120 bonds the bottom of the cover plate 122 to the side of the display panel 124. The cover plate 122 is more securely connected to the display panel 124 and the cover plate 122 forms a good seal with the display panel 124. The first sealing member 160 mainly serves to protect the display module 120: the cover plate 122 and the display panel 124 are bonded through the first sealing element 160 to form a firmer whole body, when the whole mobile phone is impacted, the display module 120 cannot be damaged, and the waterproof performance of the display module 120 can be improved due to the fact that the first sealing element 160 is arranged between the cover plate 122 and the display panel 124.
Dispensing process of the second and third sealing members 140 and 150:
the second seal 140 and the third seal 150 bond the cover plate 122 and the display panel 124 integrally with each other via the first seal 160, and are bonded and fixed to the apparatus main body 110. The bonding mode is plane bonding, side bonding or all side bonding. The second sealing member 140 and the third sealing member 150 are mainly used for bonding and fixing, and the device body 110, the cover plate 122 and the display panel 124 are integrally bonded together through the first sealing member 160, and a good seal is formed between the device body 110 and the display module 120, so that liquid outside the mobile phone is prevented from entering the mobile phone.
The electronic apparatus 100 includes a display module 120, an apparatus body 110, a first sealing member 160, a second sealing member 140, and a third sealing member 150.
By the side dispensing method, the side of the display module 120 is dispensed in a whole circle. The function of protecting the display panel 124 of the display module 120 is achieved. The glue needs to be completely cured before being assembled with the device body 110.
The first sealing member 160 is required to form a good adhesion with the display panel 124 and the cover plate 122, and to some extent, to form the three as a whole. The first seal 160 has a bonding strength of 10Mpa or more to the display panel 124 and the cover plate 122.
The modulus of the first sealing member 160 is required to be relatively high, and the modulus at normal temperature is required to be more than 300 Mpa. The high modulus of glue is relatively hard. In the whole machine falling process, when the first sealing element 160 is pulled by the second sealing element 140 and the third sealing element 150, the first sealing element 160 is hard enough to ensure that the display panel 124 of the display module 120 is not easily damaged in the falling process. Causing undesirable damage such as layered air intake of the first plate 130 and the second plate 132 of the display panel 124.
The adhesive part of the first sealing member 160 may be acrylic shadowless adhesive, or two-component two-liquid mixed hardened adhesive.
Four-axis or five-axis dispensing machines are needed for dispensing.
Firstly, the side of the display module 120 is fixed on the base of the dispenser, and the base of the dispenser requires 360-degree free rotation, so that four sides of the display module 120 can be dispensed, and the dispensing head 190 of the dispenser can be a needle head, an injection valve and the like. The dispensing amount of the first sealing member 160 is controlled by the dispensing speed of the dispensing head 190 in cooperation with the moving speed of the dispenser base.
The bonding strength between the second seal 140 and the third seal 150 and the apparatus body 110 is 10Mpa or less. The bonding strength between the second seal 140 and the third seal 150 and the first seal 160 is 10Mpa or less. The bonding strength between the second sealing member 140 and the third sealing member 150 and the device main body 110, and the bonding strength between the second sealing member 140 and the third sealing member 150 and the first sealing member 160 cannot be higher than the bonding strength between the first sealing member 160 and the display module 120, so as to ensure that the first sealing member 160 and the display module 120 are a good fixed whole during the process of detaching the display module 120 from the device main body 110.
The modulus of the second sealing member 140 and the third sealing member 150 is required to be relatively low, and the modulus at normal temperature is 100Mpa or less. The glue is softer when the modulus is low. If there is deformation between the main body 110 and the display module 120 during the falling process of the whole machine, the second sealing member 140 and the third sealing member 150 perform a good recoil function.
The adhesive portion of the second sealing member 140 may be moisture-curable reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, or modified silicone, etc.
The glue dispensing needs to use a four-axis or five-axis glue dispenser, and the glue is dispensed to the side of the device main body 110, similar to the glue dispensing manner of the first sealing member 160.
The dispensed display module 120 is assembled to the dispensed device body 110.
After the glue is dispensed on the device body 110, the display module 120 needs to be assembled within the glue opening time. Glue opening times of over 4 minutes are generally required.
After the display module 120 is assembled, a certain period of pressure holding is required because the second sealing member 140 and the third sealing member 150 are not yet cured. Ensure that the relative position of the display module 120 and the device body 110 is not shifted before the glue is cured. The dwell time is more than or equal to 2 hours and less than or equal to 4 hours.
Specifically, the display module 120 includes a touch screen module.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the display module 120 includes, from top to bottom: the cover plate 122, the glue layer 180, the first plate 130, the second plate 132 and the buffer part 128.
