As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an interface device, which includes a connector assembly 100 and a middle frame 200. The connector assembly 100 includes a housing 110, and a slot 111 is formed at a plugging end of the housing 110. The middle frame 200 is provided with a socket 210, the socket 210 is communicated with the slot 111, and the plugging end of the seat body 110 is sealed against the middle frame 200 at the periphery of the socket 210. The middle frame 200 further has a mounting groove 220, a portion of the seat body 110 is located in the mounting groove 220, and the welding end of the seat body 110 abuts against the side wall of the mounting groove 220 far away from the socket 210. It should be noted that the interface device is generally plugged into a USB interface of an external device such as a data line to implement the electrical conductivity of the interface device, and the interface device may be a USB Type-C interface device.
In the technical solution provided in the present application, the seat body 110 of the connector assembly 100 is provided with a slot 111, the middle frame 200 is provided with a socket 210, and the slot 111 is communicated with the socket 210. The socket 210 is provided with a plug end which abuts against the middle frame 200 to form a seal, so that the dustproof and waterproof performance of the interface device is improved. Meanwhile, because a part of the seat body 110 is located in the mounting groove 220 of the middle frame 200 and the welding end of the seat body 110 abuts against the side wall of the mounting groove 220, which is far away from the socket 210, the welding end of the interface device can also form a seal, thereby further improving the dustproof and waterproof performance of the interface device.
The details and operation of the interface device provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the connector assembly 100 further includes a tongue plate 120 and conductive terminals 130, wherein the tongue plate 120 is located in the slot 111, the conductive terminals 130 are disposed on the tongue plate 120, and the soldering portions 131 of the conductive terminals 130 extend out of the soldering end of the housing 110 and are adapted to be soldered to a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) 300. It will be appreciated that the PCB board is located on the side of the connector assembly remote from the mounting slot. In some embodiments, the base 110 is made of plastic. It can be understood that the base 110 can better protect the tongue plate 120 and the conductive terminals 130.
