The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
The range hood of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The embodiment of the utility model provides an in provide a range hood. As shown in fig. 1, the range hood includes a cabinet assembly 10, a smoke collecting hood 20, an oil collecting container 30, and an oil guide plate 40. The smoke collecting cover 20 is connected to the bottom of the cabinet assembly 10. Specifically, the smoke collection hood 20 may be connected to the bottom of the chassis assembly 10 by any means such as plugging, welding, fastener connection, etc. The oil collecting container 30 is connected to the smoke collecting hood 20, and is used for collecting oil inside the range hood and oil flowing down along the outer surface of the smoke collecting hood 20. Illustratively, the oil collection container 30 is removably attached to the bottom of the fume collecting hood 20. Therefore, after the oil collecting container 30 is full of oil, the oil collecting container 30 can be detached for cleaning, and the process is more convenient. For example, the oil collecting container 30 may be an elongated through groove. Alternatively, the oil collecting container may be provided in a corresponding shape, such as a circle, a ring, etc., according to a different shape of the fume collecting hood. Or, the oil collecting container can be a plurality of, and the oil collecting container is connected on the smoke collecting cover at a certain distance from each other, and the oil stain on the range hood can be collected. The chassis assembly 10 has a chassis air inlet 11 at its bottom. The fume collecting hood 20 has a hood outlet 21. The case air inlet 11 is communicated with the smoke collecting hood air outlet 21. After the lampblack absorber starts, the fan in the case assembly 10 starts to work, oil smoke enters the smoke collecting hood 20 through the smoke collecting hood 20 at the smoke collecting hood air inlet, enters the case assembly 10 through the smoke collecting hood air outlet 21 and the case air inlet 11 in sequence, and is finally discharged to the outdoor or flue through the case air outlet 13 of the case assembly 10. In this process, oil stains are attached to the inside of both the chassis assembly 10 and the smoke collection cover 20. If no oil guide part is arranged, oil stains can flow to a lower position or be accumulated at a certain position at will, so that the cigarette machine needs to be ensured to have good sealing effect at each position, otherwise, the problem of oil leakage is easy to occur.
The oil guide pan 40 prevents oil from accumulating or flowing freely in the hood 20. Specifically, the oil drain pan 40 may include an upper opening 41 and a lower opening 42. The upper opening 41 may be connected to the cabinet inlet 11, and the lower opening 42 may be connected to the hood outlet 21. An oil guide wall 43 is connected between the upper opening 41 and the lower opening 42, the oil guide wall 43 is located right below the chassis air inlet 11, and the lower end of the oil guide wall 43 is located right above the inner side wall of the smoke collecting hood 20. The upper opening 41 of the oil guiding tray 40 is connected to the cabinet air inlet 11, and oil dirt in the cabinet assembly 10 can drip to the oil guiding wall 43, flow along the oil guiding wall 43 to the inner side wall of the exhaust fume collecting hood 20, and finally flow into the oil collecting container 30. It should be noted that the directional terms "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "left" and "right" as used herein are relative to the user when the machine is in use.
The oil guide disc 40 is provided, and the oil guide wall 43 included in the oil guide disc 40 can receive oil dirt dropped from the case assembly 10 and guide the oil dirt to the inner side wall of the fume collecting hood 20 and flow into the oil collecting container 30 along the inner side wall, so that an oil path from the inner side wall of the fume collecting hood 20 to the oil collecting container 30 along the oil guide wall 43 is formed. The oil circuit utilizes the internal structure of the smoke collecting hood 20 more effectively, and the oil circuit is simpler and smoother, so that the problems of oil circuit blockage and the like are not easy to occur. Prevent that the greasy dirt in the lampblack absorber from piling up, drip even in the food that the user is cooking, improve user and use and experience. The oil way inside the range hood is more reasonable in arrangement, and the oil collecting effect is better. The connecting disc 40 has a simple structure and is easy to produce. Moreover, the oil guide disc 40 is arranged separately from the smoke collecting hood 20 and the case assembly 10, so that the processing difficulty can be reduced.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the oil guiding wall 43 may be located at the front of the collection hood 20, the oil guiding wall 43 is inclined downward from front to rear, and the lower end of the oil guiding wall 43 is located directly above the front side wall 24 of the collection hood 20. Thus, the oil on the oil guide wall 43 is collected at the lower end of the oil guide wall 43, and the oil on the lower end flows to the front side wall 24 of the hood 20. The oil circuit is more unobstructed, and the oil collecting effect is better. Moreover, since the oil guide wall 43 is inclined upward in the forward direction, the oil guide wall 43 is gradually flared in the blowing direction in the hood 20, and therefore the wind resistance inside the hood 20 does not increase.
Of course, in other embodiments not shown, the oil-guiding wall may also be located at the side of the fume collecting hood, from which the oil-guiding wall is inclined downwardly and from the opposite side, with the lower end of the oil-guiding wall being located directly above the side wall of the fume collecting hood located at that side. Or the oil guide wall can be positioned at the rear part of the fume collecting hood and inclines downwards from back to front, the lower end of the oil guide wall can be abutted against the rear side wall of the fume collecting hood, and oil stains flow through the oil guide wall, flow through the rear side wall of the fume collecting hood and flow into the oil collecting container. Of course, the oil guide wall may be provided on a plurality of the side portions, the front portion and the rear portion of the smoke collection hood.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the chassis assembly 10 is provided with an oil guide nozzle 12, the oil guide nozzle 12 is located at the rear of the fume collecting hood 20 and is inclined downward from front to back, and an oil outlet 121 of the oil guide nozzle 12 is located directly above the oil collecting container 30. Specifically, the angle of inclination of the oil delivery nozzle 12 may be arbitrary. The arrows in fig. 3 schematically show the flow direction of the oil dirt in the cooking hood. The oil guide nozzle 12 is located at the rear part of the smoke collecting hood 20 and is arranged from front to back, so that oil stain at the rear part of the range hood can be collected on the oil guide nozzle 12 and is guided into the oil collecting container 30 through the oil guide nozzle 12. The oil guide nozzle 12 is inclined downward from front to back, so that the oil on the oil guide nozzle 12 can more efficiently flow into the oil collecting container 30, and the accumulation on the oil guide nozzle 12 is reduced. In this way, the oil delivery nozzle 12 can be provided so that the lower surface of the oil delivery nozzle 12 has an air guiding function. On the other hand, the oil stain in the front part of the range hood can be collected on the oil guide wall 43 of the oil guide plate 40, and the oil stain in the rear part is collected on the oil guide nozzle 12 and finally flows into the oil collecting container 30, so that the oil stain accumulation in the range hood is more comprehensively prevented, and the phenomena of oil dripping, oil leakage and the like caused by the oil stain accumulation are reduced. Illustratively, the oil guiding nozzle can also be arranged at other positions of the exhaust fume collecting hood, for example, the oil guiding nozzle is arranged at the left side or the right side of the exhaust fume collecting hood and inclines downwards towards the opposite side.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the smoke-collecting hood 20 may also include an oil screen 22. When the range hood is used, oil smoke enters the smoke collecting hood 20 through the oil net 22. The oil screen 22 forms a fume collecting hood air inlet 29. For example, the oil guide nozzle 12 may be located above the hood intake opening 29. Thus, the oil guide nozzle 12 can guide the oil smoke entering the smoke collecting hood 20 to a certain degree, so that the oil smoke can enter the chassis air inlet 11 of the chassis assembly 10 more efficiently. Specifically, the oil outlet 121 of the oil delivery nozzle 12 may be provided at any position directly above the oil collecting container 30. Preferably, the oil outlet 121 of the oil delivery nozzle 12 may be as close as possible to the rear sidewall 27 of the smoke collecting hood 20. Thus, the gap between the oil guide nozzle 12 and the rear side wall 27 is smaller, and less oil smoke can flow into the chassis assembly 10 from the gap. Further, the oil outlet 121 of the oil guiding nozzle 12 may abut against the rear sidewall 27, and the oil stain on the oil guiding nozzle 12 may flow into the oil collecting container 30 through the rear sidewall 27. Illustratively, the oil guide wall 43 may be located above the hood intake opening 29. Thus, the smoke inlet efficiency of the smoke collecting hood air inlet 21 can be ensured.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the projection of the oil guide nozzle 12 in the horizontal plane at least partially coincides with the projection of the oil guide wall 43 in the horizontal plane. Specifically, the oil stain on the rear portion of the exhaust fume collecting hood 20 can be collected on the oil guiding nozzle 12, and the oil stain on the front portion of the exhaust fume collecting hood 20 can be collected on the oil guiding wall 43. The arrangement that at least part of the projection of the oil guide nozzle 12 in the horizontal plane is overlapped with the projection of the oil guide wall 43 in the horizontal plane ensures that all oil stains can only be gathered on the oil guide nozzle 12 or the oil guide wall 43 and flow into the oil collecting container 30 in the horizontal plane covered by the oil guide nozzle 12 and the oil guide wall 43. The coverage is more complete, avoids the greasy dirt to assemble on other structures (for example fan casing 14) of lampblack absorber and passes the emergence of the outside condition of direct drippage to the lampblack absorber of oil net 22, and then reduces the condition of lampblack absorber oil drip, oil leak.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, a ventilation channel 23 is provided between the oil guide nozzle 12 and the oil guide wall 43, and the ventilation channel 23 communicates between the hood intake 29 and the fan intake in the chassis assembly 10. Thus, the oil smoke entering the smoke collecting hood 20 enters the fan housing 14 through the ventilation passage 23. Generally, the fan inlet in the chassis assembly 10 is located at the front side, and the oil guide nozzle 12 and the oil guide wall 43 have the above-mentioned inclined directions, so that the oil smoke can flow into the chassis assembly 10 through the ventilation channel 23 after entering the smoke collecting hood 20, and has a small wind resistance.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the ventilation passage 23 has a reduced size in a direction from the hood intake opening 29 to the fan intake opening. Therefore, the end of the ventilation channel 23, which is closer to the smoke collecting hood air inlet 29, has a larger size, so that more oil smoke can enter the ventilation channel 23. After the oil smoke enters the ventilation channel 23, under the action of a fan (not shown), the oil smoke efficiently enters the air inlet of the fan, wherein the size of one end, close to the air inlet of the fan, of the ventilation channel 23 is small, so that the guiding effect on the air can be achieved, the circulation efficiency of the oil smoke in the ventilation channel 23 is further guaranteed, and the smoke removal effect of the range hood is further guaranteed. Illustratively, the oil outlet 121 of the oil guide nozzle 12 may be as close as possible to the rear side wall 27 of the fume collecting hood 20, and the connection of the oil guide nozzle 12 to the cabinet assembly 10 may be near the front of the fume collecting hood 20, but not in front of the fan 15 within the cabinet assembly 10, as shown in fig. 3. For example, the top of the oil guide nozzle 12 may be connected to the bottom of the fan in the chassis assembly, so that the air inlet is not shielded, and the wind resistance is not increased.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the front side wall 24 of the smoke collecting hood 20 is located below the oil guiding pan 40, the lower end of the oil guiding wall 43 is directly above the front side wall 24, the front side wall 24 is inclined downward from front to rear, and the lower end of the front side wall 24 is located directly above the oil collecting container 30. Thus, the oil collected on the oil pan 40 flows through the oil guiding wall 43, and flows from the lower end of the oil guiding wall 43 to the front side wall 24. The front side wall 24 is inclined downwards from front to back, so that oil dirt on the front side wall 24 can flow into the oil collecting container 30 along the front side wall 24. The oil stain is prevented from being accumulated on the front side wall 24, so that the oil stain can more efficiently flow into the oil collecting container 30, the structural design is more reasonable, and the oil collecting effect is better. Illustratively, a control assembly 50 may be disposed on the front sidewall 24. The front side wall 24 may be recessed inwardly and the control assembly 50 embedded therein. The control component 50 can be operated to control the working state of the range hood.
