The illuminating lamp according to claim 1, further comprising a control assembly, wherein the control assembly comprises a main control circuit board and a switch, the main control circuit board is arranged in the shell and electrically connected with the flashlight illumination assembly, the side lamp illumination assembly and the atmosphere illumination assembly, the switch is arranged on the shell and is used for controlling the flashlight illumination assembly, the side lamp illumination assembly and the atmosphere illumination assembly to be turned on and off, and a control handle used for switching on one of the flashlight illumination assembly, the side lamp illumination assembly and the atmosphere illumination assembly is arranged on the main control circuit board;
