Claims (14)

The counterweight device is characterized by comprising a left frame piece (2), a middle piece and a right frame piece (1) which are sequentially connected from left to right, wherein the left frame piece (2), the middle piece and the right frame piece (1) surround to form a counterweight shell with a cavity structure in which system parts required by engineering machinery (23) can be installed.

The counterweight device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear ends of the left frame member (2), the middle member and the right frame member (1) are smoothly connected and the overall rear end is in a circular arc structure, and both sides of the circular arc structure are formed into arc-shaped corners.

A counterweight device according to claim 2, characterized in that the right frame member (1) and the left frame member (2) each comprise a side plate (27), a tailgate (28) and a frame member bottom plate (29), and the connection of the side plate (27) and the frame member bottom plate (29) and the connection of the tailgate (28) and the frame member bottom plate (29) form an inclined chamfer.
4. A counterweight arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the upper end of the right frame member (1) is provided with a first mounting piece (19) and a second mounting piece (20) for mounting a guard door of the working machine (23).
5. A counterweight device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said right frame member (1) and said left frame member (2) are both cast members.

The counterweight device according to claim 3, characterized in that the middle component comprises a front end bent plate component, a bottom plate (10), a rear panel (9), a round steel structure (8) and a rear connecting plate (7) which are sequentially connected from front to back, a rear cover baffle (6) is installed on the outer side of the rear connecting plate (7), the front end bent plate component comprises a first bent plate (3), a second bent plate (5) and a third bent plate (4) which are sequentially connected from left to right, the first bent plate (3), the second bent plate (5) and the third bent plate (4) are encircled to form an inner concave structure (24) matched with the engineering machinery (23), and the counterweight shell is inclined from the round steel structure (8) to the direction of the bottom plate (10) and forms a maintenance space below the rear panel (9).

The counterweight device according to claim 6, wherein the second bending plate (5) is a bent piece, the upper end surface of the second bending plate (5) is flush with the upper end surfaces of the first bending plate (3) and the third bending plate (4), two ends of the second bending plate (5) are respectively connected with the first bending plate (3) and the third bending plate (4) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the upper end surface of the second bending plate (5) is provided with a mounting hole (32) for mounting the engineering machinery (23).

The counterweight device according to claim 6, wherein said cavity structure is provided from left to right as a first installation space for installing a heat sink, a second installation space for installing an engine, and a third installation space for installing a hydraulic system, respectively.

A counterweight device according to claim 10, characterized in that the first mounting space is internally provided with a first connecting member (21) mounted on the upper end of the first bent plate (3) and a second connecting member (22) mounted on the inner surface of the side plate (27) of the left frame member (2).

The counterweight device according to claim 10, characterized in that a first mounting plate (11), a second mounting plate (13), a third mounting plate (15), a fourth mounting plate (17) and a reinforcing plate (14) for mounting the engine are arranged in the second mounting space, two ends of the reinforcing plate (14) are respectively connected with the inner surface of the second bent plate (5) and the inner surface of the rear panel (9), the bottom of the reinforcing plate (14) is connected with the bottom plate (10), the first mounting plate (11) and the second mounting plate (13) are mounted on the inner surface of the second bent plate (5), one end of the first mounting plate (11) is connected with the reinforcing plate (14), the other end of the first mounting plate is mounted with a first reinforcing plate (12), the first reinforcing plate (12) is mounted on the inner surface of the second bent plate (5), the third mounting plate (15) is mounted between the second reinforcing plate (16) and the reinforcing rib plate (14), the third mounting plate (15) and the second reinforcing plate (16) are connected with the inner surface of the rear panel (9), the fourth mounting plate (17) is mounted on the inner surface of the rear panel (9), and the upper end of the fourth mounting plate is connected with the bottom surface of the rear connecting plate (7).
