In addition, the constraint member is arranged on the filter member, and the constraint member and the filter member can be connected, such as fixed connection or detachable connection, wherein the fixed connection can be bonding, welding and the like, and the detachable connection can be interference fit connection, clamping and the like; the restraining member may be integrally formed with the filter member.
In addition, the connection mode of the detachable connection of the restriction component and the drain pipe can be interference fit connection, clamping connection or combination of the interference fit connection and the clamping connection and the like.
With respect to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the restriction member is connected or clamped with the drain pipe in an interference fit manner.
In this way a simple and easy to implement manner of restraint is provided.
It can be understood that the restriction member is connected with the drain pipe in an interference fit manner, specifically, the restriction member is connected with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe in an interference fit manner, wherein, as viewed in the circumferential direction of the drain pipe, the restriction member may be connected with only a part of the inner wall surface of the drain pipe in an interference fit manner, for example, the restriction member is made into a strip-shaped plate member having a length and a width along the radial direction of the drain pipe, two ends of the plate member are made into an arc shape adapted to the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, and the two ends of the plate member are connected with only a part of the inner wall surface in the circumferential direction after being in the interference fit manner with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe; or the restraining member may be in sealing connection with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, for example, the restraining member is made into an annular structure, and after the restraining member in the annular structure is in interference fit connection with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, the entire outer peripheral surface of the restraining member is attached to the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, so that the sealing connection is realized. The sealing connection is limited to between the outer peripheral surface of the restriction member and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, and in order to ensure smooth flow of the accumulated water, the restriction member and/or a part of the filter member for supporting the restriction member should be penetrated in the axial direction of the drain pipe.
The restriction component and the drain pipe can be clamped by arranging a bayonet or an annular clamping groove on the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, arranging clamping protrusions capable of being matched with the bayonet or the clamping groove at two end parts of the restriction component with length and width along the radial direction of the drain pipe, and realizing the clamping of the restriction component and the drain pipe through the matching of the clamping protrusions and the bayonet or the clamping groove. It will be appreciated that different snap-fit arrangements will constrain the filter element to different degrees. If the size of bayonet socket is less, bayonet socket and the protruding cooperation of joint can form the restraint to the filter component in axial and circumferencial direction simultaneously, and when the bayonet socket along the great bar draw-in groove or the ring groove that forms of size of circumference, the protruding restraint that receives in circumference of joint that blocks in the draw-in groove is limited, and then makes the restraint that the filter component received in circumference limited, mainly forms the restraint to the filter component in the axial this moment.
With regard to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance described above, in some possible embodiments, the filter member includes a body portion and a support portion disposed on a side of the body portion remote from the cooking chamber, the restraining member being connected to the support portion.
In this way, one implementation of the filter member in connection with the restraining member is provided. The filter component of current inner bag subassembly configuration is equivalent to the utility model provides a body part, the utility model discloses an add the support part at body part, can conveniently realize restraint member and filter component's being connected.
It will be appreciated that the support portion and the body portion may be integrally formed or may be formed as a separate structure. When the two are made into a separate structure, the connection mode of the supporting part and the body part can be bonding, welding (in the case that the two are made of metal materials), clamping, interference fit connection and the like.
Furthermore, the connection of the restraining member to the support portion may be either a direct connection or an intermediate piece, wherein the intermediate piece may be formed separately from the forming portion or may be a separate structure. For the connection mode of the constraint component and the manufactured part/middle part, the constraint component can be tightly connected, such as interference fit connection, bonding, clamping and the like, or can be movably connected, such as sleeving connection and the like, axial constraint is preferentially ensured, and circumferential constraint is preferentially carried out while the axial constraint is ensured.
Regarding the connecting position of the support portion at the body portion, when the shape of the body portion is a regular shape, such as a circular or polygonal structure, the support portion is preferably connected to the central position of the body portion, and may of course be connected eccentrically to the body portion.
With respect to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance described above, in some possible embodiments, at least a portion of the support portion extends into the drain pipe, and the restraining member is attached to the support portion proximate a free end thereof.
In this way, an implementation of the support portion and the restraining member is provided. By extending at least a portion of the support portion into the drain pipe, the restraining member is connected to the portion at a location proximate the free end, such that the structural arrangement of the restraining member and the filter member is more rational, thereby better performing the restraining and filtering functions.
It should be noted that the filter member and the restriction member are pre-assembled prior to connection to the drain, and connected to the drain in a subassembly.
With regard to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance described above, in some possible embodiments, the restraining member includes an annular portion that is in sealing connection with an inner wall surface of the drain pipe.
In this way, a connection of the restriction member to the drain pipe is provided. By making the restraining member into a structure comprising the annular part, the annular part is in sealing connection with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, the contact area between the restraining member and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe is increased, the acting force between the restraining member and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe is increased, and the connection stability of the restraining member and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe can be improved.
The annular part can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, silica gel and silicon rubber, the outer diameter of the annular part is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the drain pipe, and the annular part deforms to a certain extent in the installation process, so that tight connection between the constraint component and the inner wall surface is realized, and the connection stability of the constraint component and the inner wall surface is ensured.
In order to further improve the convenience and stability of connection between the restriction member and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, the outer peripheral surface of the annular portion is preferably designed to be a saw-toothed structure, so that not only can the deformation degree of the annular portion be increased, and further the acting force between the annular portion and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe be increased, and the connection stability be improved, but also the deformation direction of the saw-toothed structure can be opposite to the taking-out direction of the filter member, so that the difficulty of taking out the filter member is further increased, and the restriction effect is enhanced.
With regard to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance described above, in some possible embodiments, the filter member further comprises a connection portion by means of which the restraining member is connected to the support portion.
By providing the connecting portion, the restraining member and the support portion are connected by means of the connecting portion, the moment to which the restraining member is subjected can be reduced during the connection process, and the risk that the restraining member is separated from the filter member during the installation process is reduced.
When viewed along the radial direction, the connecting part is positioned between the constraint component and the supporting part, and the connecting part and the supporting part can be integrally formed and can also be connected in a clamping, bonding, welding, interference fit connection mode and the like. The connecting part is of an annular plate-shaped structure, and the constraint component and the connecting part can be connected in a clamping manner, an interference fit manner and the like.
It will be appreciated that the connecting portion also serves as a secondary filter, because when the restriction member is sealingly connected to the inner wall of the drain pipe, the connecting portion is required to ensure that the water flow can smoothly circulate within the drain pipe, and therefore the connecting portion should be through in the axial direction of the drain pipe, e.g., the connecting portion may be provided with through holes, grid holes, etc.
With regard to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the body portion is located at a position of the liner body corresponding to the water outlet, the body portion has a filtering surface facing the cooking chamber, and at least a portion of the filtering surface forms an included angle with a horizontal plane.
By making the filter surface in a form with an angle to the horizontal plane, the flow direction of the standing water can be guided in a set manner by means of a non-horizontal filter surface, so that a better filter effect is achieved. It will be appreciated that the manner of setting is related to the manner of non-planar disposition in the filter surface.
For example, the filter surface can make the conical surface structure of upwards protruding, so, can block the particulate matter in the position department that body portion is close to its edge with the help of the slope that this conical surface has and the dead weight of particulate matter, and rivers then can pass through body portion's filtration position smoothly and get into in the drain pipe, so not only can effectively avoid the particulate matter to block up the filtration pore, conveniently clear up the particulate matter moreover.
Or, the filter surface can be made into a conical surface structure which is sunken downwards, so that the particles can be concentrated in the middle of the filter part, and the particles are cleaned conveniently.
Alternatively, the filtering surface may be a combination of a flat surface and an arcuate surface, or a combination of a flat surface and an inclined surface, or a combination of an arcuate surface and an inclined surface, or the like.
With regard to the above-described inner container assembly of the cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the body portion is formed with a first filtering portion located at a region of the body portion near a middle portion thereof.
Thus, an embodiment is provided in which the body portion performs a filtering function.
It will be appreciated that the first filter portion may include one or more first apertures, which may be circular, square, oval, arcuate, or a combination thereof. In the case where the first through-hole includes a plurality of through-holes, it is preferable that the plurality of first through-holes be arranged in a ring-shaped array in a region near the middle thereof. For example, the first filtering location includes a plurality of circular apertures in an annular array around the support portion.
In some possible embodiments, a second filtering portion is further formed on a portion of the body portion corresponding to the periphery of the first filtering portion, and the filtering capacity of the second filtering portion is greater than that of the first filtering portion.
It will be appreciated that a high filtration capacity indicates that particles in the sump do not readily pass through the filter site, and a low filtration capacity indicates that particles in the sump more readily pass through the filter site. In other words, for convenience of understanding, assuming that the directions of the particles are close, the filtering portion with large filtering capacity can fully intercept the particles with small size, while the filtering portion with small filtering capacity can only intercept the particles with large size, and the particles with small size can directly pass through the filtering portion. More specifically, taking the example that the first filtering portion includes a plurality of circular first through holes and the second filtering portion includes a plurality of circular second through holes, the filtering capacity of the second filtering portion is greater than that of the first filtering portion when the aperture of the second through holes is smaller than that of the first through holes.
Thus, a more preferred implementation of the body portion for performing the filtering function is provided. Through setting up the second filtering part to the filter capacity that sets to the second filtering part is greater than the filter capacity of first filtering part, so, the particulate matter in ponding is at first obstructed when passing through the second filtering part in the in-process that accompanies the ponding circulation and stops, and rivers then can further discharge fast through first filtering part, and then accelerate ponding exhaust speed, promote filtration efficiency.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking appliance includes the inner container assembly of the cooking appliance according to any one of the above technical solutions.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the cooking appliance is configured with the inner container assembly according to any one of the foregoing technical solutions, the cooking appliance has all technical effects that can be obtained by the inner container assembly, and details are not described herein.
