The filter screen seat 72 is provided with a water through hole so that the filtered drink liquid can pass through the water through hole and then be discharged from the liquid outlet 15 of the bin body 11.
The filtering assembly 7 may further include a filter screen sealing member 73, wherein the filter screen sealing member 73 is disposed between the filter screen seat 72 and the inner wall surface of the bin body 11 to seal a gap between the filter screen seat 72 and the bin body 11, so as to prevent the drink liquid from directly discharging from the liquid outlet 15 after passing through the gap between the filter screen seat 72 and the bin body 11 without being filtered by the filter screen 71. The filter screen sealing member 73 is annular and can be sleeved on the edge of the filter screen seat 72, and the outer side wall surface of the filter screen sealing member 73 can be in extrusion fit with the inner wall surface of the bin body 11 so as to realize sealing between the filter screen seat 72 and the bin body 11.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 9-12, the beverage brewing assembly further comprises a shower element 8, the shower element 8 being mountable to the lid 12, and the shower element 8 being arranged to spray the brewing liquid entering from the liquid inlet 14 into the receiving chamber 13.
Liquid inlet 14 sets up at cang gai 11, and gondola water faucet component 8 is located and holds chamber 13 to the mountable is in cang gai 11. Wherein the lid seal 18 may be mounted on the lid 12 or may be mounted on the cartridge body 11.
In use of the beverage brewing assembly 100 shown in fig. 9-12, the lid 12 is rotated relative to the cartridge body 11 by the shaft 17. As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a beverage maker, which includes a body 200 and the beverage brewing assembly 100 of any of the above embodiments, wherein the connecting portion 16 of the beverage brewing assembly 100 is detachably connected to the body 200.
In the beverage machine, the beverage brewing assembly 100 is detachably connected with the machine body 200, so that the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be disassembled and assembled, the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be conveniently disassembled and then cleaned, the cleaning is convenient, the cleaning is thorough, and the use safety of the beverage machine is improved.

Through the matching of the slide rail 111 on the bin body 11 of the beverage brewing assembly 100 and the chute 6 on the machine body 200, the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be assembled and disassembled in a sliding manner, so that the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be cleaned and the capsule 2 can be taken and placed.
A locking structure (not shown) may be further disposed between the beverage brewing assembly 100 and the machine body 200, so that after the beverage brewing assembly 100 is slidably mounted on the machine body 200 in place, the locking structure can lock the beverage brewing assembly 100, and prevent the beverage brewing assembly 100 from being displaced or accidentally falling off.
The specific form of the locking structure is not limited, such as: the brewing chamber 1 and the machine body 200 of the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be respectively provided with a locking puncture bulge and a locking groove, and after the beverage brewing assembly 100 is installed in place, the locking puncture bulge can be inserted into the locking groove to prevent the beverage brewing assembly 100 from moving or falling off accidentally; when the beverage brewing assembly 100 needs to be detached, the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be pulled forcefully, so that the locking piercing protrusions are disengaged from the locking grooves, and the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be detached at the moment.
It should be understood that the body and the beverage brewing assembly may also be removably connected by other means, such as: the connecting part on the brewing bin is a clamping part (such as a buckle), the machine body is provided with a clamping matching part (such as a clamping groove), and the assembly connection of the beverage brewing component and the machine body can be realized through the clamping connection of the clamping part and the clamping matching part; the beverage brewing assembly can be disassembled by separating the clamping part from the clamping matching part.
In some exemplary embodiments, the exit orifice 15 of the beverage brewing assembly 100 forms an exit nozzle of the beverage maker. Wherein, the liquid outlet 15 of the beverage brewing assembly 100 can be directed downward, so that the beverage can flow out from the liquid outlet 15.
The liquid outlet 15 of the beverage brewing assembly 100 directly forms a liquid outlet of the beverage machine, so that the liquid outlet does not need to be additionally arranged on the machine body 200 of the beverage machine, and the arrangement is such that components in contact with the brewed beverage are integrated in the beverage brewing assembly 100, namely, the beverage brewing assembly 100 becomes a component in independent direct contact with the beverage, and other components of the beverage machine do not directly contact with the beverage, so that a user can take out the whole beverage brewing assembly 100 and wash the beverage brewing assembly independently without washing other components, and the beverage brewing assembly is convenient to use.
In some exemplary embodiments, the body 200 further comprises a liquid supply assembly (not shown), which may comprise a water tank, a water pump, and a heating assembly, the water inlet of the water pump being connectable to the water tank by a conduit, and the water outlet of the water pump being connectable to the liquid inlet 14 of the brewing chamber 1 by a conduit, for pumping the water of the water tank to the capsule 2 in the brewing chamber 1. The heating assembly may heat the water to provide hot water for brewing of the capsule 2.

1. A beverage brewing assembly, comprising:

2. The beverage brewing assembly of claim 1, wherein the cartridge cover defines the liquid inlet and the cartridge body defines the liquid outlet;
the beverage brewing assembly further comprises a piercer assembly configured to pierce a capsule in the containment chamber and comprising a first piercer mounted to the lid and a second piercer mounted to the cartridge body.

The beverage brewing assembly according to claim 2, wherein the lid includes a lid body and a protrusion disposed on a side of the lid body adjacent to the cartridge body, the receiving cavity includes a first receiving cavity disposed on the protrusion and having an opening facing away from the lid body, and an annular mounting groove is disposed on an end of the protrusion remote from the lid body;
the assembly further includes a sealing member mounted in the mounting slot, the sealing member configured to seal against the capsule.

The assembly according to claim 3, wherein the sealing member comprises a first sealing portion located inside the sealing member and arranged to seal in abutment with the capsule sidewall of the capsule, and a second sealing portion located at an end of the sealing member distal from the groove bottom of the mounting groove and arranged to seal in abutment with an annular flange at the end of the capsule sidewall.
5. The beverage brewing assembly according to claim 3, wherein the liquid inlet port extends through the cap body and communicates with the first receiving cavity, and the liquid inlet port is offset from the first piercer;
the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity is arranged to form a gap with the outer wall surface of the capsule, and the gap forms a fluid channel so that the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet flows to the first puncture outfit.
