1. An unfolding and folding device which has an unfolding state and a folding state and can be switched between the unfolding state and the folding state, and is characterized by comprising:
the first upright column and the second upright column are arranged at intervals;
the connecting rod mechanism is arranged between the first stand column and the second stand column, comprises a vertical connecting rod, and is provided with a locking part;
the locking mechanism is arranged on the vertical connecting rod and comprises a locking piece;
when the unfolding and folding device is switched from the folding state to the unfolding state, the first stand column and the second stand column are both away from the vertical connecting rod outwards, and the locking piece is locked on the locking part so as to lock the unfolding and folding device in the unfolding state; when the unfolding and folding device is switched from the unfolding state to the folding state, the locking piece is unlocked from the locking part, and the first stand column and the second stand column are both inwards closed towards the vertical connecting rod.
2. The unfolding and folding device according to claim 1, wherein said vertical connecting rods are respectively provided with an upper connecting structure and a lower connecting structure;
the connecting rod mechanism further comprises a first upper connecting rod, a second upper connecting rod, a first lower connecting rod and a second lower connecting rod, wherein one ends of the first upper connecting rod and the first lower connecting rod are hinged to the first upright post, and the other ends of the first upper connecting rod and the first lower connecting rod are respectively hinged to the upper connecting structure and the lower connecting structure; one ends of the second upper connecting rod and the second lower connecting rod are hinged to the second upright post, and the other ends of the second upper connecting rod and the second lower connecting rod are hinged to the upper connecting structure and the lower connecting structure respectively.

The unfolding and folding device according to claim 2, wherein said upper connecting structure and said lower connecting structure are respectively an upper hinge seat and a lower hinge seat fixedly connected to the upper and lower ends of said vertical connecting rod; the first upper connecting rod and the second upper connecting rod are respectively hinged at two ends of the upper hinge seat, and the first lower connecting rod and the second lower connecting rod are respectively hinged at two ends of the lower hinge seat;
when the unfolding and folding device is in the unfolding state, the first upper connecting rod and the second upper connecting rod are horizontally arranged, and the first lower connecting rod and the second lower connecting rod are horizontally arranged; when the unfolding and folding device is in the folding state, the first upper connecting rod, the second upper connecting rod, the first lower connecting rod and the second lower connecting rod are vertically arranged.
4. A folding and unfolding apparatus according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein said locking mechanism further comprises a sliding base slidably disposed on said vertical link in a lifting manner, and said locking member is movably disposed in said sliding base.

The unfolding and folding device according to claim 4, further comprising a first stay and a second stay, wherein one end of said first stay is hinged to said first upper link, and the other end of said first stay is hinged to said slide; one end of the second support rod is hinged to the second upper connecting rod, and the other end of the second support rod is hinged to the sliding seat;
when the unfolding and folding device is in the unfolding state, the first support rod, the first upper connecting rod and the vertical connecting rod enclose a first right triangle, and the second support rod, the second upper connecting rod and the vertical connecting rod enclose a second right triangle.
6. The unfolding and folding device according to claim 4, wherein the locking member includes a locking seat and a locking pin fixedly connected to the locking seat, and the locking portion is a locking hole formed in the vertical connecting rod;
when the unfolding and folding device is in the unfolding state, the lock pin is locked in the lock position hole.

The unfolding and folding device according to claim 6, wherein said locking mechanism further comprises an unlocking button disposed on said sliding seat, said locking seat is provided with a first inclined wall, said unlocking button is provided with a second inclined wall, and said second inclined wall is movably attached to said first inclined wall;
