Fig. 3 is a third schematic structural view of the mask provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the humidity-sensitive color changing member of fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mask provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the hygrometer, the processor and the alarm unit in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a mask, which may be of different types. For example, the mask may be an anti-haze type mask, a medical surgical mask, or the like, depending on the application.
The mask includes a mask body 100, and the mask body 100 has a generally sheet-like structure for covering the mouth and nose of a user. In this way, gases entering the user's body through the mouth or nose during breathing are filtered by the mask body 100 to provide protection to the user.
In some possible embodiments, taking a medical-use surgical mask as an example, the mask body 100 includes an abutting layer 110, a filter layer 120, and a protective layer 130 stacked in sequence, wherein the abutting layer 110 is located on a side of the filter layer 120 facing a user, and the protective layer 130 is located on a side of the filter layer 120 facing away from the user.
When the mask is worn by a user, at least the edge part of the attaching layer 110 is attached to the face of the user, so that a filtered cavity is enclosed between the mask body 100 and the face of the user, and gas filtered by the mask body 100 firstly enters the cavity and then enters the body of the user through the mouth and the nose of the user.
The laminating layer 110 may be made of a spun-bonded non-woven fabric; the filter layer 120 may be a meltblown fabric, which has good filterability, shielding properties and thermal insulation properties; the protective layer 130 may be a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, which has a hydrophobic and insulating function and prevents droplets from passing through the mask.
It is understood that the cover 100 may have other structures according to the use requirement, and for example, a waterproof layer (not shown) may be disposed on the outer side of the protection layer 130, or an antibacterial layer (not shown) may be disposed between the filter layer 120 and the protection layer 130.
In some possible embodiments, the mask further comprises a fixing portion 200, and the fixing portion 200 is connected to the mask body 100 for fixing the mask on the head of the user.
The fixing portion 200 is generally a flexible rope-shaped structure, both ends of the fixing portion 200 are connected to the cover 100, and the fixing portion 200 is used for being hung on the ear of a user or the fixing portion 200 is hung on the back side of the head of the user.
Therefore, the edge of the cover body 100 can be attached to the face of the user in a fitting manner, and the phenomenon that the protection is invalid due to a gap between the edge of the cover body 100 and the face of the user is avoided.
Optionally, the fixing portion 200 may be made of cotton or hemp, so as to improve the comfort of the user.
In some possible embodiments, the upper edge of the shield 100 may also be provided with a flexible nose piece 500, for example, the nose piece 500 may be a metal piece. Like this, the user wears the gauze mask in-process, can press nose strip 500 towards the nasal part of self for nose strip 500's shape changes and with the shape looks adaptation of self nasal part, appears the gap in order to avoid appearing between the edge of cover body 100 and the user's face, has optimized the guard effect of gauze mask.
To facilitate alerting the user to replace the mask in a timely manner, in some possible embodiments, the mask body 100 is provided with a humidity-sensitive color changing member 300, and the humidity-sensitive color changing member 300 is configured to change color when the humidity of the mask body 100 is greater than a preset threshold. The preset threshold of the humidity of the cover body 100 may be set according to needs, for example, the preset threshold is 20% to 50%.
That is to say, when the cover body 100 humidity grow, moisture on the cover body 100 can conduct to the humidity sensitive piece 300 that changes colour for the humidity of humidity sensitive piece 300 that changes colour becomes, and when the humidity of the cover body 100 was greater than when predetermineeing the threshold value, the colour of humidity sensitive piece 300 that changes colour changes, and the colour change process of humidity sensitive piece 300 that changes colour is irreversible, even if cover body 100 humidity reduces once more, the colour of humidity sensitive piece 300 that changes colour also can not reply to initial colour, in order to provide warning effect.
That is, when the user finds that the color of the humidity sensitive color-changing piece 300 changes, the humidity of the mask body 100 is high, and the mask should be replaced in time to prevent the mask from breeding bacteria and endangering the health of the user.
The initial color of the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 may be a transparent color or may be consistent with the color of the protective layer 130, for example, white. In some possible embodiments, the color of the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 after color change may be set as required, for example, the color of the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 after color change may be one or a combination of several bright colors such as yellow, blue, orange, red, etc., which is easy to be found and has a good warning effect.
In some possible embodiments, the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 includes a substrate layer 310 and a water-sensitive color-changing ink layer 320, the water-sensitive color-changing ink layer 320 is formed by curing water-sensitive color-changing ink, the substrate layer 310 is connected to the cover body 100, and the water-sensitive color-changing ink layer 320 is disposed on the surface of the substrate layer 310. The water-color-changing ink is a material known to those skilled in the art, and the embodiment is not limited. The substrate layer 310 may be glass fiber cloth, non-woven cloth, oxford cloth, or mylar, etc.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of humidity-sensitive color-changing members 300 are disposed at intervals.
Like this, the humidity sensitive piece that discolours 300 can detect the humidity of the different positions of cover body 100, and when wherein arbitrary one or more humidity sensitive piece that discolours 300 takes place the colour change, the humidity that represents cover body 100 and the humidity sensitive piece that discolours 300 corresponding position department that should take place the colour change is great promptly, and the suggestion needs to be changed the gauze mask, and the warning effect is better.
In some possible embodiments, the distribution area of the humidity sensitive color changing member 300 is less than or equal to half of the area of the cover 100.
That is, the sum of the total area of the plurality of humidity-sensitive color-changing pieces 300 is less than or equal to half of the area of the mask body 100, so as to avoid that the humidity-sensitive color-changing pieces 300 excessively affect the area of the mask body 100 for air circulation, thereby causing the user to breathe unsmoothly and affecting the use experience.
It is considered that the user can see the mask only when taking off the mask, and the user cannot see the color change of the humidity sensitive color changing member 300 by himself or herself during the use of the mask.
In order to remind the user to replace the mask in time, in some possible embodiments, a hygrometer 410, a processor 430 and an alarm Unit 420 are further disposed on the mask, the hygrometer 410 may be a humidity sensor, and the processor 430 may be a Micro Controller Unit (MCU).
The hygrometer 410 and the alarm unit 420 are electrically connected to the processor 430, respectively, the hygrometer 410 is used for detecting the humidity of the cover 100, and the processor 430 is used for controlling the alarm unit 420 to send out an alarm signal when the humidity detected by the hygrometer 410 is greater than a preset threshold.
In this way, the processor 430 obtains the humidity measured by the hygrometer 410 in real time, compares the obtained humidity with the pre-stored preset threshold, and when the obtained humidity is smaller than the pre-stored preset threshold, the controller controls the alarm unit 420 to be in the off state to prompt the user that the user can continue to use the mask.
When the acquired humidity is greater than the preset threshold, the controller controls the alarm unit 420 to start and send an alarm signal to prompt the user to replace the mask in time.
In this way, the user can be reminded to replace the mask by the humidity sensitive color changing member 300 or the alarm unit 420. Even if the user does not see the color change of the humidity sensitive color-changing piece 300 in time, for example, in the process of wearing the mask, the user can also obtain an alarm signal through the alarm unit 420, so that the situation that the user continuously uses the mask due to missing reminding and the body health of the user is harmed is avoided.
In some possible embodiments, the alarm unit 420 is a buzzer alarm, a light alarm, a vibrating alarm or a voice alarm. Wherein, the buzzer siren can send out the buzzing sound, through the buzzing sound suggestion user change gauze mask. The light alarm can send out alarm warning light, and reminds a user to replace the mask through the normally bright or flashing alarm warning light. The vibration alarm can vibrate, and the user prompts the user to replace the mask. The voice alarm can play alarm prompt voice, and prompts a user to replace the mask through voice.
Therefore, no matter the user wears the mask or takes off the mask, the user can obtain the alarm signal of the mask in time, and the mask is convenient to use.
Because the gauze mask is worn at user's head, in some possible embodiments, hygrometer 410 is the flexible piece, and like this, hygrometer 410 can take place corresponding deformation along with the buckling of gauze mask, and hygrometer 410's life is longer, and can also avoid because of hygrometer 410 hardness is great, the use experience when the influence user wore the gauze mask.
The hygrometers 410 may be linear, and the linear hygrometers 410 may have a small area to reduce the influence on the airflow.
Specifically, the humidity includes a first electrode (not shown), a humidity sensitive layer (not shown), and a second electrode (not shown). Wherein, the first electrode is a metal wire, such as a copper wire, the diameter of the metal wire can be 100-1000 μm, and the humidity sensitive layer is formed by curing the humidity sensitive solution coated on the outer wall surface of the first motor. The second electrode is coated on the outer wall surface of the humidity sensitive layer, forms a layered electrode and can be formed by evaporation, sputtering and the like. The humidity sensitive solution can be fibroin solution or other solution containing humidity sensitive material known to those skilled in the art, and the humidity sensitive material can be silicon humidity sensitive material, ceramic humidity sensitive material, etc.
It will be appreciated that the hygrometer 410 can also be in the form of a sheet or film (not shown), depending on the shape of the moisture sensitive layer. Thus, the hygrometer 410 has a large area, can detect the humidity of the cover body 100 with a large area, and has a large detection range and high test precision. For example, the hygrometer 410 includes a flexible substrate (not shown), a detection electrode (not shown), and a humidity sensitive layer (not shown), with the detection electrode positioned between the flexible substrate and the humidity sensitive layer.
The humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 and the hygrometer 410 are connected to the filter layer 120, respectively. That is to say, the humidity-sensitive color-changing piece 300 and the hygrometer 410 are both arranged between the adhesive layer 110 and the protective layer 130, and the situation that the humidity-sensitive color-changing piece 300 and the hygrometer 410 are arranged on the side of the adhesive layer 110 facing the user and hot air exhaled by the user or sweat exhausted by the user directly contacts with the humidity-sensitive color-changing piece 300 and the hygrometer 410 is avoided, and the situation that the humidity-sensitive color-changing piece 300 and the hygrometer 410 are arranged outside the protective layer 130 and the humidity-sensitive color-changing piece 300 and the hygrometer 410 are affected by external water is also avoided, so that the testing accuracy of the humidity-sensitive color-changing piece 300 and the hygrometer 410 is improved.
It is understood that the humidity sensitive color changing member 300 may be disposed between the attachment layer 110 and the filter layer 120, or between the filter layer 120 and the protective layer 130. The hygrometer 410 may be disposed between the conforming layer 110 and the filter layer 120, or between the filter layer 120 and the overcoat layer 130.
The conformable layer 110, the filter layer 120, and the protective layer 130 may be relatively fixed and integrally connected. For example, the conforming layer 110, the filter layer 120, and the protective layer 130 are secured relative to one another by respective edges.
In some possible embodiments, the attachment layer 110 is fixedly connected to the protective layer 130, and forms a receiving chamber having an opening through which the filter layer 120 is detachably disposed. Thus, when the humidity sensitive color changing member 300 or the alarm unit 420 prompts the user to replace the mask, the filter 120 may be taken out and replaced with a new filter 120.
At this time, since the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 is irreversibly changed in color, the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 may be integrally connected to the filter layer 120. The hygrometer 410 may be removably attached to the filter layer 120. it will be appreciated that the hygrometer 410 may also be attached to the filter layer 120 as a unit, and the hygrometer 410 may be removed from the processor 430 during replacement of the filter layer 120.
The humidity sensitive color changing members 300 are distributed at different locations of the cover 100. in some possible embodiments, the humidity sensitive color changing members 300 are in the shape of a strip (e.g., a rectangle as shown in fig. 3), a circle (as shown in fig. 2), or a multi-angular star (e.g., a five-pointed star as shown in fig. 1). it is understood that the humidity sensitive color changing members 300 may also be in an irregular geometric shape (not shown).
The size of the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 can be set according to the requirement, for example, the length of the strip-shaped humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 is equivalent to the length of the cover 100.
In some possible embodiments, the shape of the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 is not limited to a geometric shape, for example, the humidity-sensitive color-changing member 300 may also be a letter shape, a number shape, a letter shape, an image shape, or a combination thereof (not shown), and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
