In the field of recycling, temporary bags such as woven bags are often used for transferring media of light waste materials such as plastic bag films, plastic bottles, shredded paper and the like. The sealing is tied up to this kind of sack transportation, and at the in-process of tying up the sealing, often lack suitable material, mostly use interim instruments such as cloth strip, plastics rope, and this kind of mode seals the effect not good and difficult taking apart. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a bag closure tool is provided, wherein the bag closure tool may include a clasp and an elastic tie. The buckle piece is matched with the elastic binding rope, the elastic binding rope can be tensioned around the bag opening by a plurality of circles in the binding process, and the elastic binding rope is relatively fixed through the buckle piece, so that the binding purpose is realized. In the process of unbinding, the elastic binding rope can be separated from the buckle piece and the elastic binding rope is unlocked, so that the purpose of unbinding can be achieved. Therefore, the binding and unbinding efficiency in the recycling link can be greatly improved.
A schematic view of a clasp according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 1-3. Wherein the latch 100 may include a cavity 110, an opening 120, and a fixing hole 130. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cavity may be, for example, a U-shaped groove opened in the fastener body, and the cavity 110 may be open and have a cavity side wall and a cavity bottom wall.
The fixing hole 130 is for fixing one end of the elastic cord and is a through hole provided at the bottom wall of the chamber. Wherein the chamber bottom wall is a bottom wall opposite the opening. An elastic cord may pass through the securing hole and may extend within the cavity 110. In the present disclosure, one end of the elastic cord may be provided with a first fixing member. As a specific example, the first fixing element may be a metal fixing ring stamped at one end of the elastic lashing. In use, the end of the elastic cord provided with the first fixing element may be located outside the cavity bottom wall, such that when the elastic cord is pulled, the first fixing element may abut against the outside of the fixing hole. The shape of the fixing hole 130 may be configured to be semicircular, circular, or any other suitable shape.
The opening 120 may extend from the opening of the chamber 110 to the wall of the chamber. In the present disclosure, the opening portion 120 may extend to a cavity side wall of the cavity and may also extend to a cavity bottom wall of the cavity. In the present disclosure, the snaps may be made of a plastic material or the like. The elastic tying rope can be an elastic rope with an inner core made of elastic rubber threads and an outer layer made of wear-resistant and anti-skid yarns.
In addition, the buckle piece can also be provided with a two-dimensional code or an RFID chip so as to achieve the purpose of tracing to the source.
In the present disclosure, the snaps may be provided in various suitable shapes. As shown in the embodiment of fig. 1-3, for example, the clasp is provided in a cube-like shape. This embodiment differs from the embodiment of fig. 1 to 3 mainly in that the fixing hole 130 may be provided in a circular shape, and the extension distance of the opening portion 120 at the cavity bottom wall may be slightly short.
Fig. 7 and 8 show a clasp according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure. Wherein the elastic cords are shown in figures 7 and 8 for ease of understanding the present disclosure. The embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8 is different from the first and second embodiments in that the snaps may be formed in a spherical shape.
The grommet 100 may include a cavity 110, an opening 120, and a fixing hole 130. The cavity 110 may be open and have cavity sidewalls and a cavity bottom wall. The fixing hole 130 is for fixing one end 210 of the elastic cord 200, and is a through hole provided at the bottom wall of the chamber. Wherein the chamber bottom wall is a bottom wall opposite the opening. The elastic cord 200 may pass through the securing hole 130 and may extend within the cavity 110. In the present disclosure, one end 210 of the elastic cord 200 may be provided with a first fixing member 211. As a specific example, the first fixing member 211 may be a metal fixing ring stamped at one end 210 of the elastic cord 200. In use, the end 210 of the elastic cord 200 provided with the first securing member 211 may be located outside the cavity bottom wall so that the first securing member 211 may abut against the outside of the securing aperture when the elastic cord 200 is placed under tension. The shape of the fixing hole 130 may be configured to be semicircular, circular, or any other suitable shape.
The opening 120 may extend from the opening of the chamber 110 to the wall of the chamber. In the present disclosure, the opening portion 120 may extend to a cavity side wall of the cavity and may also extend to a cavity bottom wall of the cavity. The bag closure tool of claim 5, wherein the association of the bag closure tool with a particular body can be achieved by the two-dimensional code or RFID chip, and the re-association of the bag closure tool with a particular body can be achieved by the two-dimensional code or RFID chip, enabling recycling of the bag closure tool.
