Claims (13)
1. A wire harness fixing device for fixing a wire harness on a mounting plate, the wire harness including a wire harness trunk and a plurality of wire harness branches, the wire harness fixing device comprising:
the connecting seat is fixedly connected with the mounting plate;
the base is fixedly arranged on the connecting seat; and
the guiding assembly comprises a guiding shell, the guiding shell is fixedly connected with the base and forms a guiding cavity for constraining the trunk of the wiring harness, and the guiding shell is provided with a guiding wire passing hole communicated with the guiding cavity to control the trend of the branches of the wiring harness.
2. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the guide housing includes a first side plate, a second side plate and a transition plate connected between the first side plate and the second side plate, and free ends of the first side plate and the second side plate extend toward the base and are respectively fixedly connected with the base.
3. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of the guide wire passing holes are provided, and the plurality of the guide wire passing holes are respectively provided in the first side plate, the second side plate and the transition plate;
and/or the plurality of guide wire passing holes are formed in the joints of the first side plate and the transition plate and the joints of the second side plate and the transition plate.
4. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the guide housing includes a first housing and a second housing, the first housing and the second housing being detachably connected and fixedly connected to the base, respectively.
5. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 4, wherein the first housing is provided with a first hole portion, the second housing is provided with a second hole portion, and the first hole portion and the second hole portion are close to each other and form the guide wire passing hole when the first housing and the second housing are coupled.
6. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the guide assembly further comprises a guide support member protruding from the guide housing and communicating with the guide wire passing hole.
7. The wire harness securing device according to claim 1, wherein the guide assembly further comprises a first connecting portion provided to the guide housing, the base being provided with a second connecting portion detachably connected to the first connecting portion.
8. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 7, wherein the first connecting portion is a buckle portion, the second connecting portion is a through hole penetrating the base, and the buckle portion is engaged with the through hole.
9. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 8, wherein a side portion of the guide housing is provided with a stopper protrusion, and when the fastening portion is fastened to the through hole, the stopper protrusion and the fastening portion clamp an opposite surface of the base to cooperatively restrict movement of the guide housing with respect to the base.
10. The device for fixing a wire harness according to claim 1, wherein the connecting base includes a first base plate, a second base plate, and a fixing portion, the fixing portion is disposed on a side of the second base plate facing away from the first base plate and is configured to be fixedly connected to the mounting plate, the first base plate and the second base plate are connected to form a connecting cavity with a lateral opening, and a clamping structure adapted to the connecting cavity is disposed on a side of the base facing the connecting base.
11. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 10, wherein the first substrate is provided with an avoidance port communicating with the connection chamber, the latch structure includes a latch hook portion, the latch structure extends into the connection chamber through the opening, and is fastened to the avoidance port through the latch hook portion.
12. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 10, wherein the fixing portion includes a fixing post and an anti-slip portion provided on an outer peripheral surface of the fixing post, the mounting plate is provided with a through hole, the fixing post is inserted through the through hole, and the anti-slip portion is engaged with the through hole.
13. A vehicle characterized by comprising the wire harness fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
