The temperature measuring device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the elastic bending portions is two, the lower ends of the two elastic bending portions are respectively connected to two ends of the temperature measuring contact portion, the upper end of one of the elastic bending portions is connected to the fixed heat conducting portion, the upper end of the other of the elastic bending portions is provided with a through hole, the fixed heat conducting portion is provided with a limiting piece, and the limiting piece is inserted into the through hole.
5. The temperature measuring device for battery according to claim 1, wherein the temperature measuring contact part is provided with a groove depressed toward the temperature measuring main body.
6. The temperature measuring device for battery as claimed in claim 5, wherein the groove is strip-shaped and is correspondingly disposed in the middle of the temperature measuring contact portion.
7. The temperature measuring device for battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed heat-conducting portion is provided with a heat-conducting plate protruding toward the inside of the temperature measuring main body, the heat-conducting plate being provided with a heat-conducting plane.

The temperature measuring device for a battery according to claim 1, wherein the temperature measuring main body comprises: the temperature measuring device comprises a shell, a temperature measuring probe and a heat conducting filling body, wherein the temperature measuring probe is arranged in the shell, the heat conducting filling body is filled between the shell and the temperature measuring probe, and the fixed heat conducting part is fixed in the shell and is in contact with the heat conducting filling body.

10. A battery pack, comprising:
a housing;
a plurality of batteries disposed within the housing; and
the temperature measuring device for a battery according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the temperature measuring body is fixed to the case, and the contact surface is in contact with the top of the battery.
