Claims (10)

1. A press fit system, comprising;
a base body (10);
the fixed pressure plate assembly (20), the fixed pressure plate assembly (20) comprises a fixed pressure plate (21), and the fixed pressure plate (21) is installed on the seat body (10);
the movable pressing plate assembly (30) comprises driving portions (31) and movable pressing plates (32), each fixed pressing plate (21) and each movable pressing plate (32) are arranged in a surrounding mode to form a pressing space (33) for pressing pulp molded products (40), the driving portions (31) are installed on the base body (10), the output end of each driving portion (31) is in driving connection with the corresponding movable pressing plate (32) to drive the corresponding movable pressing plate (32) to move towards the inside or the outside of the corresponding pressing space (33), and the positions of the driving portions (31) on the base body (10) are adjustable.

The press-fitting system according to claim 1, wherein the number of the fixed platen assemblies (20) and the number of the movable platen assemblies (30) are plural, the plural fixed platen assemblies (20) and the plural movable platen assemblies (30) are disposed in one-to-one correspondence, and the corresponding fixed platen assemblies (20) and the corresponding movable platen assemblies (30) are respectively located at both sides of the press-fitting space (33).

The press-fitting system according to claim 1, wherein the driving portion (31) comprises an adjusting block (311) and a driving member (312), the base (10) is provided with a first long hole (11), the extending direction of the first long hole (11) is parallel to the length direction of the movable platen (32), the adjusting block (311) is provided with a through hole (3111), and the first long hole (11) and the through hole (3111) are connected together by a bolt.
4. A press-fitting system according to claim 3, characterised in that said through-hole (3111) is an elongated hole, said through-hole (3111) extending in a direction parallel to the direction of movement of said movable platen (32).
5. Press-fitting system according to claim 4, wherein both sides of the adjusting block (311) are provided with said through-holes (3111), the directions of extension of the two through-holes (3111) being parallel.
6. The press fit system according to claim 1, wherein the fixed platen assembly (20) further comprises a support plate (22), a bottom of the support plate (22) being connected with the holder body (10), a side of the support plate (22) being connected with an outer side of the fixed platen (21).
7. The laminating system according to claim 6, wherein the stationary platen assembly (20) further includes a plurality of support plates (22), the plurality of support plates (22) being spaced apart along a length of the stationary platen (21).
8. The press system according to claim 1, wherein the output of the drive portion (31) is detachably connected to the movable platen (32), the press system comprising a plurality of lengths of the movable platen (32).
9. Press fit system according to any one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that an upper surface of the seat (10) corresponding to the press fit space (33) is provided with a grid-like scale.
10. The press-fit system according to claim 2, wherein the corresponding fixed platen assembly (20) and the movable platen assembly (30) are respectively located at two sides of the press-fit space (33) to form two sets of platen groups, namely a length platen group and a width platen group, and the fixed platen (21) and the movable platen (32) of the two length platen groups and the fixed platen (21) and the movable platen (32) of the two width platen groups enclose a rectangular press-fit space (33).
