In particular, "height" corresponds to the dimension from top to bottom, "width" corresponds to the dimension from left to right, and "depth" corresponds to the dimension from front to back. These relative terms are for convenience of description and are not generally intended to require a particular orientation. Terms concerning attachments, coupling and the like (e.g., "connected" and "attached") refer to a relationship wherein structures are secured or attached, either directly or indirectly, to one another through intervening structures, as well as both movable or rigid attachments or relationships, unless expressly described otherwise.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that the embodiments or technical features described below can be arbitrarily combined to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The utility model provides a clothes drying system, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 9, for carry out clothes treatment device's stoving, include:
a fan to create an air flow;
a heater for heating air;
the door body is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and a cavity;
the fan and the heater are arranged in the cavity; under the drive of the fan, cold air enters the cavity from the air inlet, is heated by the heater to form hot air, and the hot air is blown into an inner drum of the clothes treatment device through the air outlet so as to dry clothes.
In this embodiment, utilize the cavity structure of the door body, form the stoving wind channel, replace the tradition and set up the scheme in stoving wind channel in the box, make full use of door body inner space reduces the interior space of box and occupies, riches and dries the structure.
In one embodiment, the air inlet is arranged on the front side of the door body, that is, the air inlet is arranged on a glass cover of the door body, and the air inlet is simply arranged. The fan may be an axial fan or a centrifugal fan.
Furthermore, the air inlet is of a plurality of through groove structures.
Furthermore, the heater is arranged between the glass cover and the inner frame of the door body and corresponds to the air inlet. Specifically, the heater may be fixed to the inner frame, or may be fixed to the fan housing.
In another embodiment, the door body comprises a glass cover, an inner frame, a concave door glass and an outer frame from outside to inside; the outer frame and the door glass form a back profile structure of the door body together; the inner frame divides the cavity into a front cavity and a rear cavity, and the heater is positioned in the cavity between the inner frame and the outer frame; the inner frame and the outer frame are respectively provided with an inner frame ventilation opening and an outer frame ventilation opening;
the inner frame ventilation opening and the outer frame ventilation opening are respectively positioned at two sides of the heater to form a structure for feeding air from the peripheral side of the door body. Specifically, when the door body is used for air intake, cold air enters the door body from the periphery of the door body, enters the door body through the air inlet of the outer frame, and flows to the air outlet of the door body through the air inlet of the inner frame after being heated by the heater. The air inlet is hidden, and the appearance of the door body is attractive. The heater sets up between inside casing and frame, and inside casing and frame are the working of plastics, are convenient for the mounting structure of shaping heater. The fan may be an axial fan or a centrifugal fan.
Furthermore, the inner frame ventilation openings and the outer frame ventilation openings are located at the bottom of the door glass, so that the concealment performance of the inner frame ventilation openings and the outer frame ventilation openings is improved.
Furthermore, the ventilation openings of the inner frame and/or the ventilation openings of the outer frame are of a plurality of through groove structures or opening structures.
In one embodiment, the fan is an axial flow fan or a centrifugal fan, and the air outlet is arranged on the door glass of the door body. Specifically, the air outlet sets up on door glass, and the hot-air side blows in the inner tube to increase the area of contact of hot-air and clothing, improve drying efficiency. When the fan is an axial flow fan, the fan blows air flow towards the door glass, the air outlet is formed in the door glass, the air flow path is shortened, and the time for the air flow to enter the inner barrel is further shortened. When the fan is a centrifugal fan, the air outlet end of the centrifugal fan is arranged on the peripheral side of the fan, and hot air is guided to the air outlet arranged on the door glass by arranging the air guide structure.
Furthermore, the air outlet is of a grid structure to separate hot air into a plurality of air flows, so that the hot air blown into the inner drum is uniformly distributed, and the contact area of the hot air and clothes is increased.

Specifically, the inlet end of the air guide structure is communicated with the outlet end of the fan, and the outlet end of the air guide structure is communicated with the chamber of the door seal. The hot air blown out by the fan is guided into the door seal through the air guide structure and then is guided into the inner cylinder through the open end of the door seal so as to be guided into the inner cylinder from the upper part of the inner cylinder.
Further, in another embodiment, the door glass of the door body is integrally formed with the air guide structure; the air guide structure comprises a partition plate and an air guide channel; the outlet end of the air guide channel faces the inner barrel so as to guide hot air to an air outlet formed in the door glass of the door body; the baffle is used for separating the fan and the air outlet. Specifically, door glass and wind-guiding structure integrated into one piece to avoid appearing the gap between baffle and the door glass, in order to avoid when the clothing processing apparatus is for washing and drying by fire the all-in-one, in the washing execution process, water in the inner tube passes in the air outlet on the door glass back and gets into in the fan, and leads to the fan to damage. The height of the outlet end of the air guide channel is controlled to pull the distance between the outlet end of the air guide channel and the water level in the glass of the inlet door, so that the operation of the fan cannot be influenced during washing. Further, the outlet end of the air guide channel is arranged close to the upper part of the door glass. Furthermore, a drainage plate is arranged between the partition plate and the door glass, and the drainage plate is arranged in an upward inclined mode towards the direction far away from the inner barrel so as to guide water entering the space between the partition plate and the door glass to flow back into the inner barrel and drain water in the door body in time.
Furthermore, the heater is arranged in the air guide channel, and air blown out by the centrifugal fan enters the air guide channel and is heated by the heater to form hot air. The heater is convenient to install and does not influence the internal structure of the door body.
In one embodiment, the drying device further comprises an air outlet which is communicated with the inner cylinder so as to remove damp and hot air in the drying process.
The utility model discloses still provide clothing processing apparatus, include as above clothing drying system. Specifically, the clothes treatment device comprises an inner barrel, an outer barrel, a door body and a drying assembly, wherein the drying assembly is arranged in the door body, the traditional scheme that a drying air channel is arranged in the box body is replaced, the internal space of the door body is fully utilized, and the space in the box body is reduced.
In one embodiment, the door body comprises a glass cover, an inner frame, an inwards concave door glass and an outer frame from outside to inside.
In one embodiment, when the fan is an axial flow fan, the clothes processing device is a dryer, since the axial flow fan blows airflow along the circumferential direction thereof, that is, blows airflow towards the door glass, in order to avoid affecting the airflow velocity, the air outlet is arranged on the door glass of the door body, if a partition plate is arranged between the door glass and the axial flow fan, the airflow blown by the axial flow fan is also affected to enter the inner barrel through the door glass, and therefore, the clothes processing device is a dryer, washing is not performed, and the phenomenon that water in the inner barrel enters the cavity of the door body through the door glass to affect the operation of the axial flow fan is avoided; or, in another embodiment, when the blower is a centrifugal blower, the laundry processing device is a dryer or a washing and drying all-in-one machine, since the centrifugal blower blows airflow along its circumferential direction, the airflow can be blown upwards to the door seal and enter the inner barrel through the door seal, or an air outlet is arranged on the door glass, by arranging the guide structure, the partition plate of the guide structure is used for separating the centrifugal blower from the door glass, and the position of the outlet end of the air guide channel of the guide structure is designed to pull the distance between the air guide channel and the water level in the cavity, so as to avoid water from contacting the centrifugal blower.
