As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a seat mode of the combined back frame 1, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a stretcher mode.
The combined back frame 1 comprises a first stretcher framework 11 and a second stretcher framework 18; the first stretcher framework 11 and the second stretcher framework 18 are of tubular structures, the second end of the first stretcher framework 11 is sleeved on the first end of the second stretcher framework 18, and the first end of the second stretcher framework 18 can stretch from the second end of the first stretcher framework 11 to the second stretcher framework 18; the two are connected into a telescopic rod structure.
The middle part of the first stretcher framework 11 is connected with a first end shaft of the seat frame 13; the seat frame 13 adopts a tubular structure and is mainly used for supporting the buttocks of the wounded in a single-person bearing working mode. The second end of the seat frame 13 is connected with the first end shaft of the chair leg 15; the seat legs 15 are of a tubular structure and support the seat frame 13 in a single-person-carrying mode (seat mode).
Two sides of the second end of the second stretcher frame 18 are respectively connected with the first end shafts of the two first folding mechanisms 141, and the second ends of the two first folding mechanisms 141 are respectively connected with two side shafts of the second end of the seat frame 13;
two sides of the second end of the first stretcher framework 11 are respectively connected with the first end shafts of the two second folding mechanisms 142, and the second ends of the two second folding mechanisms 142 are respectively connected with the middle shafts of two sides of the chair legs 15;
the folding mechanism is a connecting mechanism and is matched with the seat frame 13 and the chair legs 15 to realize switching under different working modes.
The combined back frame 1 further comprises a pedal 16; the pedals 16 adopt a tubular structure, so that the pedals can be used by wounded, the comfort of the wounded can be improved by the single carrying working mode, and the wounded can be prevented from sliding off the stretcher by the single dragging working mode.
The second ends of the chair legs 15 are provided with chair leg cross bars, the middle parts of the pedals 16 are fixedly connected with the first ends of the pedal connecting rods, and the second ends of the pedal connecting rods are movably connected with the chair leg cross bars. The second end of the pedal connecting rod is of a hollow round tube structure and is sleeved on the cross rod of the chair leg, and the pedal connecting rod and the cross rod can rotate concentrically. When in the stretcher mode, as shown in fig. 3, the pedal connecting rod rotates around the chair leg cross rod, and the pedals 16 are folded, so that the stretcher is more convenient to carry.
Furthermore, the pedal connecting rod and the chair leg cross rod are movably connected by using a limiting connecting assembly technology. The limiting connecting assembly can be connected with the cross rod and the straight rod, and the straight rod can rotate in a certain angle around the cross rod. As shown in fig. 9, the limiting connection assembly includes a first connection rod 51, a second end of the first connection rod 51 is fixedly provided with a connection member 52, and the second end of the first connection rod 51 is fixedly connected with a connection circular tube 53 through the connection member 52; an outer limiting member 54 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the connecting circular tube 53. The limiting connecting assembly further comprises a first cross rod 61, the connecting circular tube 53 is sleeved on the outer side of the first cross rod 61, and the connecting circular tube 53 and the first cross rod 61 can concentrically rotate; preferably, the contact surface between the circular connecting tube 53 and the first cross bar 61 is rough, and if rubber is disposed on the contact surface, the circular connecting tube 53 and the first cross bar 61 cannot rotate freely, and can only rotate after a certain force is applied. A first inner limiting member 62 and a second inner limiting member 63 are arranged outside the first cross bar 61. When the first connecting rod 51 rotates around the first cross rod 61, the outer limiting member 54 contacts with the first inner limiting member 62 or the second inner limiting member 63, so as to limit the rotation. When the outer limiting part 54 is located between the first inner limiting part 62 and the second inner limiting part 63, the first cross bar 61 can rotate freely relative to the connecting circular tube 53; when the outer limiting member 54 abuts against the first inner limiting member 62 or the second inner limiting member 63, the first connecting rod 51 cannot rotate in a direction away from the first inner limiting member 62 or the second inner limiting member 63. The specific positions of the first inner limiting member 62 and the second inner limiting member 63 determine the rotation angle of the first connecting rod 51. The motion path of the outer limiting member 54 between the first inner limiting member 62 and the second inner limiting member 63 is an arc, and the arc radian thereof is the rotation angle of the first connecting rod 51. If the radian of the motion track is pi/2, the rotation angle of the first connecting rod 51 is 90 degrees. By adjusting the specific positions of the first inner limiting member 62 and the second inner limiting member 63, the rotation angle of the first connecting rod 51 relative to the first cross rod 61 can be set.
