the flow guide type separation structure comprises a separation body, wherein the separation body is arranged between the spraying module and the ultrasonic cleaning module and comprises at least two separation plates, each separation plate is provided with a pivoting end and a butt end, and each pivoting end is pivoted so that the separation plates can turn over;
the partition body has a closed state capable of covering the opening to cut off the communication between the opening and the spray chamber and an open state allowing the opening to be opened to communicate between the opening and the spray chamber; when the separating body is in a closed state, the abutting ends abut together, the separating plates incline downwards from the abutting ends to the pivoting ends, a surplus meal discharge port is formed by enclosing the top wall of each separating plate and the lower end of the first base body, and the surplus meal discharge port is communicated with the spraying cavity and the outside.

the bottom wall of the groove is lower than the bottom wall of the collecting groove, the outer discharge port is formed in the bottom wall of the groove, and the opening part of the groove is communicated with the outside and can be used for the filter basket to draw out of the meal residue collecting structure;
the filter basket is used for intercepting and/or collecting residues in the food waste when the food waste is discharged to the outer discharge port.
